Sibelius Hall is located by the beautiful Lake Vesijärvi. Sibelius Hall is a congress- and concert center that offers diverse services for both consumers and companies. Sibelius Hall was built in 2000 adjacent to an old factory building. The modern wooden architecture is combined with the old industrial history in the most interesting way.

City advice

Getting around

Getting around with bus.

Local buses 3 and 61 run from your neighborhood Venetsia. It takes 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop at Ajokatu. Buses drive via Travel/Railway station and via Town Square. When coming home with bus, use bus stop closest to S-market grocery store at Town Square. Hop off at Venetsia bus stop. More info on local bus trafic lsl dot fi (also in ENG)
Don't miss

Lahti Harbour, Park Pikku-Vesijärvi and Park Lanu.

The harbour by Lake Vesijärvi is a must when visiting Lahti. Have a nice pastry at one of the cafees and meet locals. Or hop on a lake cruise. Or climb up to Lanu puisto forest garden to find all 12 statues by Olavi Lanu hidden along the path. Climbing on statues is strongly recommended! You can also listen to daily Musical Fountain in Pikku-Vesijärvi Park. Good idea to wear comfortable shoes if you do all these. More info visitlahti dot fi
