Getting around

A Note On Safety

We love our crazy town but it comes with a few challenges. For your own well-being, be aware of your surroundings. If you're walking at night, don't walk alone, stay alert and off your phone, remain in well-lit areas and glance behind you once in awhile. If you're out drinking into the wee hours, CALL A CAB or UBER TO BRING YOU HOME. New Orleans is famously not-so-safe in general, and things always get crazier in the summer heat, so please exercise caution, especially when leaving the French Quarter or Frenchmen St after dark, as tipsy tourists do tend to get targeted.
