Also in Chepachet: the haunted Tavern on Main (dine with ghosts, lol), Acote's Hill historic cemetery and site of the Dorr Rebellion, a beautiful summit with surrounding steeply sloped wooded hollows of pine and hemlock, the historic Baptist Church with its distinctive tracker pipe organ and the Pulaski and George Washington State forest wilderness areas.

Also, downtown on lovely shopping/strolling destination WESTMINSTER ST.--Providence Coal-fired Pizza is pretty rockin'. You can sit outdoors--al fresco. They have an arugula pizza that I love.
