Neighborhoods

Fishing port and yacht marina with a nearby Castle and wonderful walks around the headland. Great eateries from humble fish and chips to fine dining. Lots of pubs with good atmosphere. Try the Harbour Bar at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. Frequented mostly by locals and slightly off the usual tourist trail. Fantastic walks along the East pier out to the lighthouse with views to Ireland's Eye island. The West pier hosts a number of fish restaurants and some playful seals in the harbour.
