City advice

Getting around

The CityLink Lime (or LM) Harbor East bus stops right across the street from our Airbnb.

Text stop # 4033 to MTAMD for arrival times. One way fare is $1.70 and an all day unlimited rides pass is $4.00, which is also good on the subway. Between 2:30 and 4:00 weekdays the buses are full to capacity with mostly school kids. If buses are too full they will pass you by, so try to avoid taking a bus during these times.
Getting around

Ride share services, the bus or walking get you around fairly quickly. Your car, priceless!

We don't advise walking around at night in Baltimore unless you're doing so at Inner Harbor. Baltimore, like New York city can have you on a great street one moment and then on a desolate, dark street, the next. During the day and early evening when there's still good light is fine for setting out on foot. Always travel safely, though. If you start your adventures in daylight but wind up ready to head back after dark, without your own car or a rental, go to the ride share apps.

Free Charm City Circulator

Purple route and Orange route. We are not well versed on public transportation but if you're game, we'd suggest getting as much information, online, as possible before trying them out.
