Take a 5-10 minute walk to Fairlight beach. Great little beach for swimming. Nice and calm as it's on the Harbor side. It has a ocean pool and a little pool for kids. See photos for a walking map.

Great walk along the coast and sea side suburbs of the Northern Beaches. Mixed environments from parks, National parks, beaches and suburbia. Takes around 2 - 3 hours depending on your fitness level. Grab some lunch at the Spit and a bus back to Manly.
