Great little independent and locally owned restaurant, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. They do a great value set menus at lunch and pre-theatre. Ideally, I'd book in advance so that you can request a window table upstairs - they have fantastic views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle!

With so many faux guides out there, it's refreshing to see a real local expert providing authentic, informative tours. A great example of a Highland gentleman, Seòras not only knows the Highland's inside out but is full of great 'craic' , too. We wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Charlie Chaplin's favourite holiday destination, and home to Tilda Swinton, Nairn's a lovely wee town to spend a few hours in. The beach is fabulous on a good day, or perfect for blowing away the cobwebs when the wind's up! Close to Inverness, Nairn's easily reachable by train or by car.
