East of our location about 15 minutes. The white river is a designated natural river and it’s beautiful. There are trails that start in Pines Point Campground.

It’s a beautiful, paved rail-to-trail bike path, will take you from Montague to Hart, and is 22 miles long. It is 2.5 miles west of our location, runs north and south.

Nordhouse is over an hour north of our location. If you’re driving north after your stay at our place, and want to hike, it’s one of the better places for views and camping. A quick internet search and you’ll find good info on it.

North of our location. I hear there is a trail here that is great (and challenging). It loops around but goes past the Little AuSable Lighthouse. If you internet search for Silver Lake Sand Dunes Trail you’ll find it. It tell you to park in the pedestrian parking to find the trail head. I’m guessing it’s sandy trails.
