I strongly advise you to visit this place, the famous churros, this cafe has a history of about 100 years, they prepare churros exactly as they should be, not sweet, not salty, not oily, but exactly as you need! Three churros per person and a cup of hot chocolate - be sure to order in this authentic place.

Pulpo a la gallega; hamon of pigs that ate only acorns - jamon de bellotas, and many snacks – tapas, and good and noise atmosphere I like the tables inside and out, Famous place here is a delicious beef tenderloin - solomillo de ternera; and octopus in Galician style - absolutely different impressions from the restaurant. Inside is a stuffed bull in full growth, you can take a very interesting photos.

In our opinion the cuisine in this restaurant is the best in Malaga, as well as the atmosphere and interior. We strongly recommend you to visit this restaurant, we especially like the tables around the open kitchen, so you can see all the variety of dishes and their beautiful design and choose something for yourself. Excellent wine list. Reservations are required, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

A very popular place, I recommend to get a table in the garden near the trees (the entrance from calle Alcazabilla): from this place there are beautiful views to the Roman theatre and Alcazaba. Also I recommend you to go inside and see the interior with the photos of famous people there and to touch the atmosphere of old Malaga: to come from one entrance from calle Alcazabilla and to leave from another on the calle Granada. A varied menu: tapas, hamon, oysters, beef, anchovies and other fish of fries.

I prefer this restaurant on the beach (chiringuito), the prices are lower, the quality is higher than in other restaurants on the beach. I recommend to taste sardines cooked on the open fire grill. Next there is a playground for children, you can not be distracted from food, watch the children there

Good quality of tapas, a very big choice in buffet, and waiter each 3 minutes will introduce and offer you new tapas. I really like camembert fries - camambert frita, as well as lamb kebab - pinchitos de cordero, you can order these dishes from the waiter and prepare them personally for you.

I strongly advise you to visit the market from 10 am to 3 pm, this is a well-known object of architecture where you can buy delicious fruits, seafood, meat, I also like the street in front of the central entrance is full of seafood cheap restaurants. Here you will get fresh seafood, paella, and many different dishes. I prefer a restaurant that is located near the left gate, if you look at the central entrance. The waiter Manolo with a mustache like El Salvador Dali. The best paella they have, also I recommend to try eggplant or grilled vegetables, shish kebab from octopus, or shrimp and stingray, the menu of this restaurant is in your apartment.

I like this restaurant with its atmosphere of the past century, a very warm and vintage interior. We also want to note the beautiful view of the garden of the cathedral, if you choose a table on the street. If you visit a restaurant with children, children can walk in Cathedral's garden, and you can enjoy your dinner in peace while watching the children.

Parks & Nature

A very nice botanical garden in the city center, I advise you to walk along its paths and enjoy nature, it is possible to meet squirrels, and a lot of parrots. For kids there is a good play ground - the nearest entrance to the play ground in the park from Plaza de La Marina.

Interesting and informative place, very easy to reach - just a few steps up, at the conclusion of the excursion I advise to stop in a cafe with beautiful views of the sea, the landscape and walls of Alcazaba and fix this impression: a glass of wine with olives or a cup of coffee or ice cream for children.

Castillo Gibralfaro is an interesting place, but it's hard to climb there on foot, I advise you to take the bus 35 to the Paseo del Parque street and drive to the final stop directly to the castle. And then you can walk down to Alcazaba on foot.
