Great spot for picnicking, swimming or walking. Beautiful in the mornings with the tide out - the beach stretches on for miles and there are great views of the surrounding areas. Highlight is that there isn't a shop/cafe so take everything you need!

Sightseeing

Pretty street, particularly in summer with hanging baskets and shady trees. The top of Trafalgar Street features cafes, bars and restaurants (Hopgoods is excellent), and the road is closed to traffic over summer giving a relaxed vibe.
