Lovely mix of tradition food, tapas and more. It's located on main street and is easy to get to. They also feature a small art gallery with traditional indigenous mask. The masks are hand carved and painted and are a really unique gift to bring home.

Zi lounge has great food day and night. Each night they have a DJ playing top hits. Thursdays is ladies night before 11pm and ladies drink free! Don't forget to try a Chili Guaro.

If you want to see a crystal blue river, waterfalls and enjoy nature hikes, there are many points where you can see the Rio Azul. Costa Rican roads tend to be bumpy, especially once you are in nature so be patient, nature is sometimes hard to get to.

The largest collection of Costa Rican artists. Excellent prices. They will also make prints of any of the pieces in the gallery. It's a great place to plan into another trip (on the main HWY to the airport). Stop in for an hour or two and then head on your way.

Coco has many grocery stores: Super Compro, Luperon, Mega Super and Automercado. Automercado is more expensive but has a larger selection of imported foods that you may be used to. Luperon also has a nice selection and better prices. Luperon is across the street from the Automercado.

Parks & Nature
I recommend going inland to one of the many volcanos. If you want to see the full volcano you should plan a few days there. The temperature will be 10 degrees lower and it will be misty and rainy. Sometimes the peaks are cloudy. It's hard to imagine it being cooler in Costa Rica because the beaches are so hot and dry, but there are many climate zones here.
