Food Scene

Probably my favourite restaurant in Edinburgh. Beautiful cool scandi interiors combined with inventive menu using Scottish produce. Slightly more expensive, like more restaurants it is cheaper at lunch.

Neighbourhoods

Lots of independents stores. A slightly edgier version of Stockbridge. A few pubs, restaurants and cafes as well. The Barony is our pub pick and there is another branch of Artisan Roast and Soderberg there. Life Story is essential if looking for Scandi home products.

Our beautiful neighbourhood. A stones throw from the city centre but with a village feel. Tons of bars, restaurants, cafes and lovely walks along the river, Inverleith Park and the Botanical Gardens. Famous for the Sunday market, but a great place to hang out all week.
