If you go to Preußenpark in summer Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays you will find a sea of colorful parasols which is called Thaipark. And a super dooper mixed mix of all kinds of people in Berlin. Thai people cook authentic Asian food and it is sooooo yummy! Here you easily get in contact to other Germans who also enjoy this cultural event which became part of Berlin. You shouldnt arrive later then 11am because otherwise it is getting very crowded. But everybody is relaxed there. You should bring 1-2€-coins and 5€-bills because everything is between 1-5€. Enjoy :)

This bar on the very top of a shopping center is not easy to find (you have to use the elevator to the top and walk through the parking house) has a phenomenal view on Berlin (not 360° but 180° over the rooves of Berlin and with Berlin TV Tower). Entrance is 3 € , but it's worth it.

If you want to go to a lake, go to Wannsee. If you rent a bike, it is a nice bike tour not just through a part of Berlin as a city but also through Berlins nature. At the Wannsee it kinda seams as if the time stands still.
