City advice

Getting around

Parking, Driving and Getting Around

If you are driving, you are fine parking on the center of Ancell Street all day. The city has a 72 hour rule about getting towed. If you drive to Old Town, the closer you park to King street, the better a chance you have to pay for street parking. If you park a few blocks away there is just time limited parking. But they do enforce the time limits; so be aware of the time when you park. If you are going into DC, iI highly suggest taking the metro or an Uber/Lyft/taxi. If you can navigate the metro buses and trains, that's the cheapest and quickest way to get around during rush hour.
