Local spot famous for it's delicious freshy made pastry-based treat. They do a delicious eggplant based veggie sausage roll as well as a variety of meat options ;) I buy my Sourdough here, trust me it's good.

Award winning Restaurant, currently with 1 Hat to their name. Great coffee, freshly baked treats (Flourless Chocolate cake with Caramel sauce is my fave) and perfect for brunch or dinner. Kind of a cafe, bakery, and restaurant all in one...popular with celebs too, Nigella Lawson was one of it's most recent customers. The menu is Middle Eastern inspired and the prices are comparable to the average, so considering the amazing quality of both food and service it's a real bargain.

Arts & Culture

Bursting with independant shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, Crown street is a must if you're new to the area. By day, fashion, homewares, arts/crafty eclectic wares, pop-ups, record/music shops, plenty of vintage clothing and an overwhelming choice of places for brunch. Crown Street is home the famous Gelato Messina which is open pretty much all the time !! There are also Markets every last Sunday of the month in the park opposite the library. By night, Crown Street is a lively and bustling spot with plenty of quirky bars and restaurants. If you're looking for live music head to Cafe Lounge or Rosie Campbells, both of which are cool AF quirky little local hangs.
