Our favourite eating place. Excellent freshly cooked pub food at very reasonable prices in a friendly homely ambiance. Wide choice of mains, large helpings, fresh veg and choice of delicious vegetarian and vegan options (although you may have to ask).
Sunday lunch especially good and reasonable price.
Steak night on Wednesdays and Curry night on Thursdays are also good. "Jam" night on Mondays after 9 for musicians..
"Vintage club" most week days from 3-6pm (smaller serves and two courses for £6.50)
