Exploring the park and seeing the lava up close is an incredible experience. Epic Lava tours will guide you safely to where you will be within inches of the flow. Simply incredible. Prepare for a loooong day or plan to stay at the hotel in the park for a night. to fully absorb it.

Na'alapa stables have two locations for rides, one ride is down the Waipio Valley but they have strict weight restriction of 200 pounds. Otherwise you can ride on their stunning ranch in Kohala. A neat way to see some wild Hawaiian nature.
