Another favorite of ours and again, the early menu is great value though a smaller selection. Seasonal menus make it an interesting place to go anytime of the year. The trout is Heather's fav! Booking is a must unless you want a 9.30pm dinner

More of a pub than restaurant, but the pub food is always good. A great place to hangout outside looking over the castle as well as a snug restaurant section for those cozy nights.

Site of the last pitched battle on British soil, this site and visitor centre offers an insight into the Jacobite Raising, Bonnie Prince Charlie and the knock on effects that has shaped our culture here in the Highlands. The battlefield is free to wander around, but the centre has an entry fee, but worth it in our opinion.
