Lovely local mill with a coffee shop serving excellent lunches and cream teas. There is also a local food shop plus arts and crafts in the Mill museum. Fancy a stroll before or after your food from the Mill: - You can walk along the picturesque River Otter to Budleigh Salterton just a couple of miles away. Parking at Otterton is free of charge either at the Mill or within the village.

The route follows both sides of the River Exe Estuary, linking the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren to Exmouth passing through the pretty villages of Starcross, Topsham and Lympstone to name a few. The route is fairly flat and offers fantastic river and estuary views. Distance of the cycle is 22.5 miles and will roughly take 2 hrs. Recommended pubs to stop at: - Starcross: The Atmospheric Railway Inn - Exeter (quay): Prospect, Rockfish, Waterfront, Samuel Jones. - Topsham: The Lighter, The Passage, The globe. - Lympstone: The Swan Inn, The Globe Inn
