With easy access for all kinds of watercraft, excellent fishing, and outstanding mountain views surrounding, it’s clear to see why Pineview is a local favorite summer destination. 1. Pineview beaches are open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2. Alcohol is not allowed at any beach area. 3. No glass containers. 4. No littering (pack it in, pack it out). 5. No beach fires or charcoal. 6. No overnight camping . Life preservers are required to be readily accessible for all watercraft at Pineview. For paddleboarders- life jacket needs to be on your board, if not your person.

Hot Tub Instructions

PLEASE RESPECT THE HOT TUB Shower before using the tub, especially remove sand/sunscreen. NO food in the tub. Release all tie downs on the cover and remove the ice/snow before carefully opening the cover so that the cover lift doesn't get bent/damaged. Don't sit or play on the cover. The temperature will be low to save energy. Set to desired temperature; it will be ready in about 2 hours. Set to 100° (winter) & 85° (summer) when you check out and connect all the cover tie downs. If debris, sand, food, oil, etc. are present in the tub after your stay a $150.00 fee will be assessed.

To get to Amazon or Netflix, click the respective buttons at the top of the small black remote. To see other services, click on the button with the strange V emblem. It will take you to the service selection menu. Make sure you hold the remote up high so it registers on the TV. Feel free to call or text if you have any questions. We value your comments and want to help you have a wonderful time.

The Lakeside Community

This is a close community with renters and full time residents. Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am all days of the week. Loud music, parties, alcohol/drugs in common areas are not allowed and subject to fines ranging from $150 to $500.

Swimming Pool

The pool and other amenities are only for guests staying in our unit. Please don't allow others (family, friends, etc. not staying on site), to use the pool or other amenities at any time. All rules are strictly enforced by the community, and guests are subject to expensive fines for noncompliance. Showers are required prior to entering the water. Children under 14 MUST have an adult present or they will be asked to leave. No children under 5 in the spa. NO food, chewing gum, glass, or alcoholic beverages at any time. NO smoking. No horseplay, loud music, or large floatation toys.
