Entertainment & Activities

Coney Island is a uniquely New York place. It takes a long train ride to get down there but it's worth it. In the off season there isn't much open, but in the summer it is wonderful. If you make it there be sure to stop at Totonnos Pizza, one of the best in the city.

The best museum in NYC, if not the world. You could spend many days here. Add a walk around Central Park and a cocktail at Bemelmans Bar at the Carlyle Hotel and you have a perfectly posh Upper East Side day.

Parks & Nature

The best beach in New York. Most tourists don't know that NYC has excellent beaches, and Ft. Tilden is in my opinion the most fun and cleanest. It is a little hard to get to without a car, and there aren't a ton of amenities, but it's worth the trip.
