A challenging test for any golfer, don't be fooled by the yardage - this course will catch you out with its tree lined fairways and protected small greens. Green fees are just €15 (for 9 or 18 holes) and club hire is available (needs to be booked in advance). Please contact me for further information if interested in getting out to play.

An opportunity to pick up your favourite cheeses, or sample some new ones, as well as lots of other lovely artisan produce. Great market on Saturday mornings too with oodles of fresh vegetables and other goodies.

It's about a 40 minute drive from Virginia to Tayto Park but it's absolutely worth it. An unbelievable amount of fun to be had, whatever your age and level of bravery when it comes to rollercoasters!
