Food Scene

A brilliant informal restaurant/cafe that also happens to be vegetarian - but you really won't miss the meat as it is superb. Great for a morning coffee and cake or a lunch. It is a must visit in our opinion.

One of the most amazing cathedrals in England - a must see. Several times a year you can see classical music concerts here too. It really is an amazing place and one of the big reasons to come to Wells.

With 14 acres of gardens, a moat and stunning architecture you must visit the Bishop's Palace. There is a lovely cafe here too. The Mews is only a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the palace.
