In the event you enjoy skiing, Ski Santa Fe is about 45 miles from the house. It will take about 1 hour and 20 min each way. Keep in mind, road conditions in the mountains can be difficult without 3-wheel drive. Also, we are at mile marker 11 on route 63. Often plow trucks initially clear the road to the monastery and later return to clear the portions of the road near the house. Please plan accordingly if this is an important part of your trip.
