The apartment with about 55 m² is located in the residential building of the old mill on the first floor. The apartment has a combined living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, a separate bedroom, a shower room with extra storage room and a loggia overlooking the river. Completed in 2020, it's a dream come true. The trend with less is more I have personally experienced - first have to and see it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a loving garden. The well-being of my guests is a priority for me. My testers, a student and travel friend were all completely satisfied. Pure nature in the Fichtelgebirge

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, in just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a children's discount!

My accommodation is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (natural spa park, chair lift, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
