Thanks for letting me stay in your stunning house. The room was perfect the photos don't do it justice. Beautiful decor, clean and cosy. You provided more then I expected with a kettle, hairdryer, shampoo etc. I had the top floor I felt safe and had privacy. Sarah made me feel welcome and comfortable. The area was lovely, safe with plenty of bars and cafes. Good value for money.

I booked an overnight stay with Judy as her property was close to the venue on Trent Bridge that I would be attending for a family party that evening. I couldn't have made a better choice! It was easy to get to from Nottingham Station - short bus ride and a 5min walk. Judy gave me a warm, relaxed welcome and I felt at home from the start. The house is lovely - attractive and immaculately clean. My room and bathroom on first floor offered everything I needed. I would certainly return here and can highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Trent Bridge area!

Judy makes you feel welcome in her modern, friendly home. I wish I'd had more time to explore Nottingham, the location is fab for getting into the city or along the river Trent. I was studying at the national design academy which was a 10 minute drive away although I'm sure I could have cycled or walked if I had researched this. Thank you Judy for making me feel so welcome.

Great place to stay, good area literally across the road from the cricket ground. Great apartment, clean and plenty of room for the 3 of us staying. Private parking too. Mark was there to meet us and was very understanding even when I was running late. All in a really welcome host in a fantastic apartment.

The check-in was smooth (thanks to the excellent and prompt communication) and the flat had everything we needed, including some breakfast things Mark left for us in the fridge. We loved staying in Marks place. It's a homely and comfortable environment and Mark was a wonderful host, he even let us check out later with short notice . The location is great - only a short distance from the city centre, will definitely look to stay here again when we next visit Nottingham.

I stayed here for 2 nights with more people arriving on the second night. The house was plenty big enough for us and Barbara was very welcoming and a great hostess. Barbara was flexible to work around our plans and accommodated to all of us. I will definitely be booking again next time I am staying in Nottingham!

Sally was a fanastic host. There was great communication and at the end of the phone when we needed her. The apartment was lovely and we really appreciated the added extras in the room. It was great to be walking distance to the centre but also near the tram stop for quick access to the centre.

Sally provided us with all necessary information and was ready, once we arrived, to help. The flat is lovely, spacious and bright. Two bathrooms made it super convenient and the beds / bedding were really comfy. The kitchen was equipped with basic pots and pans plus a welcome basket of sweets. Sally even remembered to put a carton of milk in case we forget to buy it. The location of the flat makes it easily accessible from the train station and the walk to city centre takes only 15 minutes. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Sally and her lovely flat.

A great, city-centre base for a long weekend or overnight stay. 10 mins walk from the rail station, the apartment is clean, big and well-appointed. Two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and two (very comfortable) roller beds means 6 people can share. Sally is a great host, making sure you have all the info you need to get into the apartment block and to make the most of your time in Nottingham. Super-reasonable rates, especially for two couple, makes this an ideal place to stay.

Was greeted warmly by Sam's family upon arrival. The unit is located closely to city centre (about 8-10 minutes walking). You have to share the toilet with the rest of the family but that wasn't a problem to us. Would love to stay here again in the future when we visit Nottingham.

Had a good stay, was in Nottingham just for one night so it was great having somewhere so close to shops and attractions. Room was really big, as was the bathroom with really nice decor! And of course clean and tidy. The room had a key to lock the door if needed. The host was great telling me about some of the attractions and how to get there as well as offering to keep my bag on my last day while I was out looking around. All in all very happy, comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great week in Nottingham! The flat was tidy, fully stocked with amenities such as hairdryer, iron, ironing board and tea and coffee making facilities. Fantastic location for great shops, bars and restaurants. Short walk to high Street too. The weather during our stay wasn't great but heating system was perfect to keep the flat warm and cosy. Two thumbs up and definitely will stay again when in Nottingham!

Rachel's place in Nottingham Lace Market was a great cute flat which had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The flat was very nicely decorated and modern. It was clean, wifi was very good and overall offered all a guest could ask for. The location was amazing being situated at a residential area but just minutes away from the center of Nottingham as well. Rachel was very responsive to all our communications and was very accommodating with our requirements and arrival and departure times.I would definitely stay there again and I recommend a visit to anyone who is looking for a nice and convenient place to stay in Nottingham.

A very smart pad suitable for business, romantic or leisure stays. Extremely com fortable, clean and modern in a delightful house. Good parking. Close to town centre and facilities in general. We can thoroughly recommend it. The owners were as helpful as they could possibly be. We hope to stay again when we next visit or family.

I had a wonderful stay in Becky and Alex's home. The room itself was lovely and spacious with everything I needed. If you want a private stay the room is equipped with a kettle and tv with loads of viewing choices, but I enjoyed spending most of my time downstairs chatting with the family. The family were so welcoming and kind, I was sad to leave! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in West Bridgford.

The Garden Room is a self contained good sized double room in a lovely spacious garden with all the facilities you'd expect from a good hotel. It's tastefully decorated and has bi folding doors which open on to a patio area. The garden is not over looked and there is dedicated access to the garden via a side door so you can come and go as you please. The house is set on a very nice road in West Bridgford with plenty of space for parking. Rob and Jo are lovely people and I would highly recommend the Garden Room to others.

I cannot fault my stay at Christina's place. I was warmly welcomed by Christina and her husband who have spent the last 2 years lovingly renovating their beautiful property. The room itself was modern and cosy with a really comfy bed and a great en-suite with rain shower. Their attention to detail was fantastic, everything you could possibly need and more was provided which made my stay so easy and comfortable. Christina made a delicious breakfast with every option you could want accompanied by friendly conversation. I would most definitely recommend staying with Christina and look forward to my next visit. The accommodation is exactly as described on the Airbnb website - stylish, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. If anything, the bedroom and en suite were even more luxurious than we had hoped for. Christina and her husband made us feel so much 'at home' in their home, really lovely hosts. They have thought of everything, down to the last detail, to give guests a very special stay. Christina provided us with a superb breakfast, plenty of choice, beautifully presented and of high quality. The house is in a very quiet residential street, so a peaceful stay is guaranteed. We would certainly highly recommend this host and her accommodation, and will definitely be back.

Christina and Nigel made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The lovely guest room was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. There were tea and coffee making facilities and delicious chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, cereals and a full English breakfast. Christina has great attention to detail and really thinks of everything. We were there to visit the nearby National Water Sports Centre but we also had lunch and evening drinks in West Bridgford where we found a large choice of restaurants and bars. We would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to staying again the next time we are visiting the area.

Our staying in West Bridgford was the most enjoyable. Hospitality at its best, very nice room and a fantastic breakfast. The property is also extremely conveniently located in a quiet area near the river, with plenty of facilities around and just a stone throw from the city centre. Highly recommended

My friend and I had a lovely stay for 2 nights in this air bnb! The house is beautiful and the bedroom is simple but that was all we needed. We had a bathroom to ourselves which was clean and well equipped and Thomas welcomed us to use the kitchen but due to a busy schedule we didn't end up using it - but again it looked lovely and well equipped. Communication with Thomas was great before our stay and he waited for us to arrive even though we were a couple of hours late! And of course I can't forget to mention Casper - the cat, perfect for 2 cat lovers! The house is well located to the centre, you could definitely walk but a taxi was only about £4! Overall, we can't fault anything and if we ever return to Nottingham we will definitely return here. Thanks Thomas and Casper!

As it was my first time using airbnb I was a little apprehensive however Thomas was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and even moved his car so we could park outside his house! The house is gorgeous, very clean and we immediately felt comfortable being there. The location is ideal for the motor point arena which was the reason for our visit. All in all a very postive experience for my first time using airbnb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Tim was a great host; punctual, helpful and flexible. The flat was ideal for our needs - a great space in a central location. It was generally a quiet location with some residual noise from restaurants, which is to be expected in a city centre location. Overall it was just what we wanted and we would stay there again in the future.

Tim was prompt to reply to our messages, and with any queries we had. He also was very warm and welcoming, he met us at the property and showed us around. In addition he gave us a list of things to do and see and also a brief history of the surroundings which was very intersesting. This is a city centre based apartment with all amenities within walking distance at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely brilliant house in a great location, private as Dan says, they are a lovely, friendly family that will help no end but also respect your privacy. The annex was safe, large and really comfy with your own bathroom and TV I'd def recommend this place for a good place to stay near Nottingham or if you want to go to the cricket! Cheers
