Beautiful, quirky, fab sea views

Fabulous coastal studio house on beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking distance to Wells next the Sea with its harbour and long sandy beaches, where you can often see seals. Juliet balcony, own private garden and parking on drive. Sleeps 2 adults + child/baby. Great sea/country views. Enjoy our huge, wonderful starry skies. Please note living room and kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and bedroom is upstairs. We now also offer the chance to use our family beach hut - please ask for details.

Sea Pink is in a private square with off-street parking. Two minutes' walk from Wells harbour with its magical views, working fishing boats, unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi for workations, high quality linen, private parking. Wonderfully toasty. Sunny decking area. A mile to the huge, beautiful beach.

Beautiful cottage with sunny garden in town centre

Wellington Cottage was totally refurbed in 2015. High Street is Grade 2 listed. It is near the shopping street, Harbour and train to the beach. It is charming and modern with LED lighting, gas boiler, modern kitchen, a wood burner, 3 bathrooms inc 2 showers, nice beds, attractive décor. The pretty, private garden is South facing, with gas barbecue and garden furniture. In the shed are 2 bikes for guests and beach and fishing gear for the kids. I do the bookings and Alan services it. I love it.

This beach bolthole is seconds from the high street, which leads directly to the quayside a short 5-minute stroll away. Our lovely static caravan is 5 minutes' walk from the beach, surrounded by great walks and perfectly sited as a base to explore the beautiful north Norfolk coast. It's ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids) but please note that we do not accept dogs. The pitch is in a quiet corner of Pinewoods Holiday Park, which has loads of facilities on site including shop, play area, launderette and more. There are more shops and restaurants 1 mile away in Wells-next-the-Sea.

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks or weeks away. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for anyone expecting a hotel!

Romantic, cosy Wells cottage, close to harbour

Grey Goose cottage is close to Wells harbour. You'll love the house because of the location and the ambiance. There are a variety of shops and great restaurants only a very short walk away. As soon as you step out of the door you will smell the sea in the air and hear the cry of the seagulls. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and furry friends (£20 pet fee). One dog allowed; please keep dogs off furniture and downstairs.
