Logeren in Hattem hebben wij als een feestje ervaren. Door de flexibele inchecktijden en het warme/hartelijke ontvangst is het meteen een fijne binnenkomer. Het appartement is licht, ruim en gezellig in een prachtig oud pand. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en niet onbelangrijk, een heerlijk/goed bed. Het ligt hartje Hattem en is een goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te doen. Kortom, een aanrader!

De communicatie verliep soepel, en afwijkende inchecktijd was ook geen probleem :-). Entrée overdag is via het Zilveren Schaap en 'savonds via het straatje De Steeg heb je een prive toegang tot het appartement. Het appartement is compleet, te beginnen met de slaapkamer. Fantastisch goed geslapen, echt een zeer goed bed. Ook heerlijk gedouched. De woonkamer was gezelllig ingericht en lekker uiteten geweest bij de buren, dus de complete keuken niet gebruikt ;-). Gratis parkeren op een paar minuutjes lopen van het appartement maar ook in het stadje zelf kun je (na 2 uur betaald) parkeren. Erg leuk appartement met een gezellige sfeer.

"Logeren in Hattem" is ruim, licht, van alle gemakken voorzien en sfeervol ingericht. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaars, die ook leuke tips voor de omgeving in petto hebben. Een zeer aan te bevelen onderkomen. Annelèn en Peter

Na een dagje Zwolle hebben we hier een heel leuk verblijf gehad. Ontvangst was vriendelijk en het appartement was schoon en licht. Koffie en thee stond in de keuken voor ons klaar. De volgende ochtend in het zilveren schaep een lekker bakkie koffie en thee en iets lekkers genomen. Een echte aanrader!

Wij hebben genoten van het ruime appartement. Alles was aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. In de ochtend hebben wij heerlijk op het terras gezeten van het zilveren schaap waar een gemoedelijk sfeer hangt. Het ontbijt maakte het perfecte plaatje compleet. Hattem ligt lekker dichtbij Zwolle en voor de natuurliefhebbers ligt de Veluwe in de achtertuin. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis.

I really enjoyed my stay in Debbie's place. Her apartment is nice, well equipped and has a beautiful view from the main door. She's extremely kind and supportive. I would recommend to everyone.

Mijn verblijf bij Debbie is erg goed bevallen. Debbie is heel erg gastvrij en relaxt in de omgang. Alles mag (nou ja, veel) niks moet. De kamer en het huis ziet er spik & span uit en heeft uitstekende faciliteiten (waaronder een luxe stortdouche en een fiets die je kunt lenen). En niet te vergeten: de huiskat 'Gizmo' is ook echt geweldig! Ik zou zeker nog een keer terugkomen en het aanraden aan vrienden.

Hartelijk en gezellig ontvangst in een mooi appartement in Zwolle. Slaapkamer is ruim en schoon. Zeker een aanrader.

Een hartelijke ontvangst met een mooie bos bloemen en wat lekkers maakten dat wij ons zeer welkom voelden. Emmy geeft graag antwoord op onze vragen. Er woont ook een lief speels katje... Het appartement ligt in een rustige straat met ruime parkeermogelijkheden op paar minuten lopen van het centrum. Lekker ruim voor met zijn tweetjes.

Clean and bright and only a short walk from Zwolle train station made this a good choice for me as I was only staying for a single night before moving on. Shared amenities were well presented and clean and there was plenty of hot water. Some good restaurants and a bar just around the corner within about 5 minutes walk and the centre of town was 10 minutes away. Just a note of warning for those of you with impaired mobility or who like a beer or 4 at the end of the night - the stairs are quite steep and the steps not too wide so it could be a recipe for disaster if you are on the top floor especially. Other than this the hosts were welcoming, there was a communal kitchen with everything you could need, free tea and coffee, good showers and clean rooms.

Mijn gehuurde kamer was klein, maar prima verzorgd. Temidden van de hitte was de fan zeer welkom. Het keukentje was heerlijk, kunnen koken, met thee en koffie. Het is een sober afgewerkt, maar statig pand.

malgré une arrivée plus tardive que prévu j ai été très bien accueillie . personne très sympathique et serviable . l appartement est idéalement situé : 10mn à pieds de la gare et 5 mn du centre . au bout de la rue très calme se trouve le centre qui héberge les foires et marchés. un supermarché se situe à 100m de l appartement. la chambre est spacieuse et coquette. le seul bémol : le deuxième escalier typique des maisons hollandaise étroit et pentu :-)

De communicatie vooraf was onvoldoende. Gelukkig werd ik op de valreep nog gebeld. De mevrouw die me hielp was erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De voorzieningen waren voldoende en schoon. Er was gratis koffie, thee en wifi. De kamer erg klein maar voldoende voor 1 nacht. Parkeren was gratis in de buurt. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Maaike en haar man zijn ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. De kamer die ik had was netjes en met een leuk balkon, en alles daaromheen (badkamer, wc, keuken) was ook super. Heel erg bedankt!

Location was great and easy to get to by car! Godelieve was very accommodating to make sure we could park our car there. And provided alot of food to accommodate our bed and breakfast stay.

Great hosts, who made my wife and I feel very comfortable in their home. The top floor is private, quiet and while the bathroom is shared there was never a problem or any inconvenience in doing so. Breakfast items provided, anything we need well catered for and coming and going we were never disturbed. Great night's sleep too! Godelieve and Jan are warm, friendly and happy to help when needed, otherwise they just let you be. 10 mins walk into the city, shops and some restaurants even closer. 10 mins walk to the train station too. Very convenient and in a quiet area too. We'd happily stay again!

Godelive was really kind and helpfull. We reached vey late (after midnight), but she did wait for us and showed us the appartment. And also breakfast was ready in the fridge. Appartment was clean and as described. We recommend this appartment.

Zwolle is lovely and the flat is well located to access out in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. I didn't meet Godelieve myself, but my parents found her very welcoming. We stayed on the second floor, which was an excellent space for 3 travellers on a budget.

Wat een mooie gezellige plek! Genoeg ruimte, fijne bedden. Luxe badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Lekkere tussendoortjes erbij. Leuke mensen! Maar 10 minuten lopen van de Sassenpoort. Aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rozenhorst. Our first Airbnb experience in our home country (stayed at many abroad) and one we will never forget. It is an great luxury cozy apartment with everything you need - above the stables. Our girls loved the horses and the dogs. If you have a horse lover at home, this is the place to go to! We ordered breakfast and Ankje had organised this so super so we had a great breakfast table for the birthday boy:-). There was even special b'day decoration and cake for the four of us!! The entire host family is lovely, very warm and hospitable! We were lucky with the great weather to be able to be outside so we fully enjoyed everything. Thank you so much host family!! It would be great to visit you again once! All the best!

A luxurious countryside experience... In the middle of beautiful farmland, the flat is superbly decorated: just above horses stables, all wooden, comfortable and very well equipped with a special mention for a high-tech shower... The access to the place will take you through beautiful roads.

It was a wonderful experience in the middle of a beautiful countryside. Ankje and Hans were very nice and welcoming hosts. The apartment was very beautiful and luxury with the wooden furniture; we had everything we needed. The countryside and the surrounding area were extremely enchanting; we also loved the beautiful horses.

Hans and anke are very welcoming and warm hosts. they helped us getting around and with all of our questions. The apartment is a new wooden one which is at the roof of a horse stable. It seems that they do the best for the guests convenience like a very cool and musical shower , smart t.v new furnitures , good mattresses all kinds of goodies in the kitchen which was wonderful equipped . We enjoyed very much to feed the horses and to tour the green area and the village around.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven als je even uit de stad de natuur in wilt gaan. Het appartement is boven een erg mooi gerenoveerde paardenstal (je zit letterlijk boven de paarden:) en van alle luxe voorzien. Smaakvol ingericht, prachtig afgewerkt, schoon, netjes, netflix voor een fijn avondfilmpje en een prima keuken om zelf te koken. Wij waren hier met onze twee kinderen (4 jr, 6 mnd). Vooral onze oudste dochter heeft hier heerijk gespeeld, de paarden geaaid en haar slaapplek voelde als een speciale hut! In de omgeving waren leuke activiteiten voor de kids. Speelboerderij De flierefluiter in Raalten. Heerlijk met mooi weer. En Balorig (een erg grote) in Wijhe centrum, voor als het regent. Onze gastvrouw Ankje was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en toegankelijk. Wij raden deze plek 100% aan!!

Great and complete accommodation with lots of space and descent furniture. It feels very cozy and it is located in the old centre of Zwolle. Although I had no direct contact with the hostess, everything was arranged as planned and communicated via AirB&B app. Love to come back another time.

Marie's place is ideally located in the center of town, close to the shopping area and some lively cafes. Yet, it is quiet and tucked away. I was there very briefly, but I very much appreciated Marie's communication and flexibility.

Nice city center appartement, the entire centre is walking distance, supermarket around the corner. The apartment has everything you need, and is nicely, cozy, decorated. There is a easy access key vault that is used when Marie can't meet you upon arrival, which is quite handy. We had a great stay!

De kamer kijkt uit op de Sassenpoort en bevindt zich in het hartje van het oude centrum van Zwolle: op loopafstand van station en winkels. Marlie ontvangt je gastvrij, wijst je de weg in huis en in zwolle. Ik was er voor zakelijk verblijf. Prima, ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Zwolle. Het appartement bevindt zich op een mooi plekje, pal aan de rand van het oude centrum met een uitzicht over een leuk (maar niet te druk) pleintje.

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in deiner sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Absprache bezüglich des Schlüssels hat perfekt geklappt er war pünktlich vor Ort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wenn wir noch mal in der Nähe sind würden wir diese Unterkunft direkt wieder buchen.

This studio is even better than in the pictures! It has everything you need. Very comfortable and so close to City Centre. Leandra was very nice and she even picked us up from the train station. Peter was also very helpfull too. I would recommex this place to any of you who wants to visit Zwolle :)

It is a great apartment - exactly like the pictures. Leandra welcomed us and the check-in was very easy. Just a 5 min walk to the city centrum with nice shops! The apartment is also a great starting point for a long walk around Zwolle.

A nice little apartment very close to historical inner city of Zwolle. Clean, well organized (Host reacts very prompt !) , with self service laundry facilities. Quiet, with secured parking for a bikes ( handy if you rent you at the railway station!). I will rent it again next time!

The area is in downttown close stores and and restaurants everything you need in walking distance. I highly recomend it.

Das Appartment liegt fußläufig 5 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es war sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet mit nespresso-Maschine, Geschirr, Besteck, etc. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir einen kleinen chip, der die Schranke zum Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus und den Zugang zum Appartment öffnete. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt die 3 1/2 Tage und werden bei einem neuerlichen Zwolle-Besuch sicherlich wieder hier anfragen.

Luke's place was exactly as described. He was very flexible and easy to deal with. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. We would stay there again!

We stayed over the weekend and felt truly at home. The apartment is not only modern, but also quite cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Luke had kindly arranged for food and drinks for breakfast and proved very flexible on arrival and departure time. As for the location: it indeed is perfectly situated in the middle of town (while also within walking distance of the station).

I stayed eight days/nights in Luke's apartment in the middle of Zwolle, on walking distance of everything the inner city of Zwolle has to offer. It is located in a quiet side street of main shopping street Diezerstraat. In spite of the many terraces and cafes in the immediate neighborhood, there were no nightly disturbances, not even at Friday and Saturday night. It is a loft apartment on the 2nd floor, immediately under the roof. There is no elevator, but the broad stairs are no problem at all for anyone with normal walking abilities. The key handover was brief but efficient, pointing out some things that needed attention, not uncommon in any house that is in normal "life" use. ##### Description and photos are true to reality. The apartment makes efficient use of the available space. Some details of the original building, like roof beams, are retained but pose no obstacles for normal use. Contrary to most AIRBNB hosts, Luke did not stash away his own stuff, leaving the impression that he left the apartment for a short while but about to return shortly. Don't understand me wrong, as everything that an incoming guest expects (fresh bed linen, clean bath room, dishes done, and so on) were prepared when I arrived. Yet, it took some time for me to get used to living between Luke's private stuff. Though being unusual, there was ample space left to move around, so it was much better than the usually crowded hotel room where the bed dominates the room and leaves little space around it to unwind after a busy day. The only thing, however, is that I would have welcomed a few empty shelves in the wardrobe to store my own clothes. ##### Being located near the main shopping street has its uses, but not for me. For lazy people like me who like one-stop-shopping in supermarkets, the closest ones are at 550 meter (7 min on foot). You can choose between discounter Lidl and its counterpart Albert Heijn next to each other (address: Klein Grachtje 18 resp. 16). There you can also find a liquor store, a drugstore/chemist, and much more. Shopping around is no hobby of mine, but I'm sure that any imaginable shop can be found literally around the corner of Luke's apartment. ##### Everything in the apartment was exactly as described, including a washing machine (useful when underway for several weeks in a row, like I was) and a nice rain shower cubicle (instead of having to stand in the bath tub). So I can recommend this apartment to everyone needing a home-away-from-home, something that no hotel room can offer, regardless of number of stars.

Luke's flat is a great place to stay in Zwolle. It's in the city centre (near the main shopping street) but without any noise. The studio was very spacious for two people, quiet and lovely. Also, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I will definitively recommend it to my friends and family.

We hebben van 14 september tot 27 september gelogeerd in de loft van Luke. Luke kwam ons ophalen vanaf het station. Hij heeft uitgelegd waar alles was, hoe alles werkt en zelfs voor een fiets gezorgd. Omdat de loft midden in de stad gesitueerd is kan je af en toe de muziek van nabij gelegen cafe's horen. De loft is vrij nieuw, heel netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Bedankt Luke dat we gebruik hebben mogen maken van je loft Luke.
