  • Great value! Had everything I needed and perfect for my pups. Lots of lights and warmth, well insulated. Especially loved the very solid comfortable mattress in the loft. Wendy was very responsive during my whole stay and offered extra hospitality that wasn't expected. Thanks very much!

Airborne-filtered Executive suite w/ private entrance, full private bathroom, vigilantly sanitized private private kitchen, private hot tub, private business-class Wifi & SmartTV w/ over 500 channels in a discreet residential area. King and queen beds w/ clean crisp linens, blankets & towels that have been fully sterilized with hospital-grade germicidal bleach, colloidial silver, and viruscidal disinfectant. Full compliance with government-mandated restrictions since 1/31/2020.
Centrally located and no more than 10 minutes from most local destinations, a great amount of work went into perfecting the minute details of our space, making it absolutely adorable, cozy (as in comfortable) and modern, but yet classic. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. Based on repeat feedback and stellar reviews, the king bed is exceptionally popular. We offer Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Pandora, etc. on a private, dedicated wifi network featured on a brand new 55 inch 4k Visio M-Class Smart TV w/ Alexa & Google Voice integration. The TV has access to all local HDTV channels plus an additional 700+ online stations that are far more entertaining than any cable or satellite line-up you've likely ever seen. While the second bedroom is really pretty basic and is best utilized primarily for sleeping, but in the unusual event that you somehow grow bored of the vast multitude of board games made available for your use and enjoyment during your stay, we are happy to provide you with an additional smaller-sized Smart TV upon your request. We also offer full access to your own dedicated private business Wifi. The private kitchen has a full-size fridge, cooktop range, toaster, blender, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee grinder, coffee maker, fresh organic coffee beans, and an array of teas to choose from. The private hot tub is located directly outside within a few mere footsteps from the private entrance. The soaking area is very secluded and provides a relaxing soaking experience beneath the stars anytime of year. The private bathroom has a simplistic neo-angle shower and is well-equipped with fresh white towels and a various toiletries to choose from. Any solo traveler, couple, or family will enjoy staying at this hidden gem of a vacation rental that will make you wish your never had to leave upon check-out. CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be aware that we have what is quite possibly the most sanitary airbnb in the county, and maybe even the state. Since January 2020, we have been running a brand new negative pressure ionizing antiviral air filter in our guest suite that is certified to kill 99.99% of viruses down to .3 microns in size. We have also invested in the best water filtration system money can buy (coming soon!), which is the only wayer filter on the market that is NSF-certified to remove over 2000 contaminates, in addition to bacteria and viruses larger than .001 nanometers. Rest assured (at least in the very near future) that the air and water in our guest suite is absolutely pristine at all times. Additionally, between stays, we replace our tinfoil hats with full-hooded Hazmat suits, sterile shoe coverings, latex gloves, airtight goggles, and industrial-grade P100 respirators. We then proceed to drench every single surface (walls, floors, doorknobs, faucets, light switches, etc.) with Clorox Hospital-grade Germicidal bleach solution. After about 5 minutes, we top everything off with high-potency pharmaceutical-grade colloidial silver prior to applying a finish of hospital-grade viruscidal/microbial/germicidal/tuberculosicidal disinfectant, which air dries for another 5 minutes. Hospital-grade bleach and disinfectant is also used in our guest laundry when we steamwash our linens, blankets, and sheets. We also change our hot tub water weekly, keep it at 106 degrees, and treat it with extra chlorine as well as colloidial silver. Guests are also required to shower prior to using the hot tub. There is very little opportunity for cross-contamination between our home and the guest suite, or between stays. Additionally, we rarely leave the house and all of our household goods, food, and supplies are delivered, at which point we obsessively santize every single item outside, prior to things even entering our home. Our child has not attended a public school since February 11th, (as he is now homeschooled) and we haven't attended any large public events for at least 3 months. Regardless, there are no shared spaces between our home and the guest suite anyway. We have not hesitated to implement these new policies. Not only for our own protection, but as well as for our guests'. We did so months prior to Oregon's announcment of a public health emergency. We ensure pretty high standards as far as safety, cleanliness, and sanitization are concerned. Rest assured you have basically nothing to worry about during your stay.
The space is located in a quiet Bethel neighborhood away from busy streets, but close enough to the Beltline highway that commuting to the city is not a hassle. We are 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from campus. We are located very close to the wetlands area and there are several bike paths that span through the wilderness. We are also located close to, I-5, Beltline Hwy, W. 11th, and Winco for extremely easy access.
  • Very nice place in a slightly sketchy part of town. Host is incredibly hospitable and even more communicative. Goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is just what you envisioned. Will stay again!

  • This yurt and Wendy are great! Yurt is small and cozy, perfect for the over night trip we were looking for! Wendy was awesome and super helpful. Jack the goat is adorable! Would definitely recommend.

    Cali Ann2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great (and short) one night stay in Wendy’s Yurt before my 4 am flight! I was first greeted by her goat upon arrival! Very cool! The host was also very kind and got me set up nicely after dark with a lighter and hatchet to cut the fire wood I brought. After a few hours by the fire, and then a bit of sleep, I awoke to beautiful moonlight shining through the yurt skylight. It was a wonderful way to wake up at 3:30am to get ready for my flight. If you like the forest and appreciate rustic simplicity as much as I do you will also enjoy staying here.

Available 2/24 instant book/self-check-in. Welcome to "Eugenia Jones and the Treasure of the Purple Palace!" Located near the heart of Eugene's trendiest urban-residential neighborhood, this luxuriously appointed apartment is minutes' walking distance from restaurants, tasting rooms, entertainment & other attractions. Whiteaker Neighborhood, long known for its Bohemian vibe & now as "The Fermentation District," is ideally located for exploring Eugene, 2 miles or less from all major features.
Safari Base Camp (the kitchen/sitting area) is bright and open, but step through the beaded curtains and enter The Sultan's Palace (bed/bath areas) and you will be lured into the mysteries of the seraglio with its sumptuous hues and objets d'art. Luxe appointments like natural stone tub surround, double shower heads, "vintage" fixtures, crystal chandeliers and a golden temple door will delight the eye and make you feel like royalty. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. We do not accept guests who smoke cigarettes (on or off site). NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind, of ANYTHING, is permitted on or near the property. Full-time tenants of the building sign strict "No Smoking" leases and expect a smoke-free environment. Our goal is to create a smoke and odor-free oasis for our guests and tenants. NOTE: The Bed Nook, a queen bed enclosed on three sides, may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges.
Located in Eugene's most popular residential neighborhood, Eugenia's Safari Base Camp and The Sultan's Palace are just two blocks from the heart of "The Whit" (Whiteaker Neighborhood), more recently gaining fame nationwide as The Fermentation District. Ninkasi, Oakshire, Hop Valley and a number of other microbreweries, spirits/wine-tasting rooms, dozens of one-of-a-kind eateries, food carts, bakeries, art galleries, live-music venues, and an ice-cream parlor can all be reached on foot in well under five minutes. En route, you might pass a stand of giant timber bamboo, a small flock of front-yard chickens, or one of Eugene's many fine murals, as well as lovely Craftsman and Victorian homes or an art car (veteran of many Burning Man events). Even a brightly painted, live-in school bus with a chicken coop on the roof! There's always something new to discover, right around the corner in The Whit. We even have a vintage arcade! (Blair Alley) Longing for some fresh air? Eugene's Rose Garden (featuring an historic, 100+ year old cherry tree) and the Willamette River with its miles of bike and pedestrian paths, where you will likely see an osprey or catch a rare glimpse of a kingfisher, is a mere half mile away. Skinner's Butte, offering a panoramic view of the city is even closer. A five-minute walk will take you to the base of this ancient volcanic plug, where you might enjoy watching rock climbers among the basalt columns of the Climbing Park. Along the way, you might stop to enjoy the exuberant artistry of skateboarders in one of the country's first and finest, free, public skateboard parks. Hike to the top of Skinner's to familiarize yourself with the city's layout or watch the sunset. You might even spot one of our breeding pair of Bald Eagles, or their young! During the summer, you might catch a performance of Shakespeare up there, or the Roving Park Players free performances at another nearby park. As noted above, this unit is located in Eugene's most popular URBAN-residential neighborhood. Like all cities of any size, these days, Eugene has a visible and growing homeless population. Most individuals in this population are harmless, but many are mentally ill and subject to outbursts of loud or bizarre behavior. I have owned this property for 12 years and none of my tenants have had a break-in, a bike stolen, a car vandalized, nor experienced an physical assault-- however, people who are not used to this environment and/or have significant needs for security may not find this area to their liking. It's worth noting, however, that as soon as one leaves the lobby of even the most posh hotel in downtown, one is likely to observe the same types of people and behavior.
  • The place was adorable. Everything was just as we expected. Communication was easy.

  • A very unique and stylish space! Exactly as advertised and in a great part of Eugene.

Quiet residential neighborhood with private entrance, patio, parking, kitchen & bathtub & shower. The plush couch folds to a comfortable bed. We are a 5 - 10 min. drive from the heart of downtown and a 5 - 10 min. drive to the U of O campus.
The space is elegantly decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. The space is private and makes a great getaway. The kitchen allows guest to cook and stay in or go out for meals. The cottage is small and cozy. The leather sofa folds out to a queen size bed. The sleeper sofa is a Natuzzi Rubicon (B534) Queen leather sleeper which utilizes a unique European web system for comfort and support with patented Green Plus memory foam mattress. Since my husband and I live just a short walk across the backyard, we are able to assist with the sofa or any of our guests' needs to make your stay comfortable.

  • Barbara went above and beyond to help us have a great trip to Eugene. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling to Eugene.

    Summer2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • This cute little house is fully functional with a great kitchen and bath area. I shopped for food an incredible market just a few blocks away. Cooked and enjoyed a feeling of home while traveling on business. I was unaware that the queen bed was a sofa bed. Barbara made it up for me and it was super comfy with an added soft mattress she had especially for visitors like me who like a soft bed. I slept well and was warm and safe. Parking is just outside and safe as well. I appreciated all the special touches and although I’m not a TV watcher usually I did enjoy the Netflix for guests to enjoy. Thank you Barbara and family. I really enjoyed my stay. Andrea

    Andrea2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Don’t let the exterior fool you, there’s a little cottage in the back that is perfect for a short stay. I’m sure their yard is beautiful in the spring too, as the bulbs are just starting to pop up. we only stayed one night, but we’d stay again!

    Kyla2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • I was in town for a conference downtown and needed a simple place to stay for a night. Barbara’s place was perfect! Very clean, in a quiet location that felt safe, and Barbara was helpful and quick with communication. It’s a studio so it’s not very spacious, but there’s a full kitchen if you need and they left a wealth of resources if you have time to explore Eugene. It’s perfect for a safe place to sleep and keep your things if you’re going to be out all day. It’s super close to an amazing bakery called Hideaway Bakery as well.

    Lennie2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • The place so was quaint and private. I was able to relax and enjoy my time alone working. There was a bathtub and shower which I was not expecting in a little cottage. That was a nice added bonus. Loved that there was silverware and extra items in the cottage. It was a great place to stay with no issues. I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s the Birds Nest (not for the perfect) - what we have here is a quite cozy studio attic loft with private entrance. Door opens to large personal balcony (maybe smoke maybe toke) You have a newly installed bathroom/shower of your own. Microwave, fridge, smart tv, wifi, fireplace heater and an A/C unit. Small sitting area "living room" by entrance away from bed. Sleeps 3 maybe 4. Double bed and fold out futon bed. Extra mattress available upon request. Approximately 6 miles from UofO
We encourage our guests to hang out in their specific area which consists of the unit itself and patio deck entrance (guests may not exit into backyard area unless emergency)
KFC - Dutch Bros - El Kiosko - Walgreens - Taco Bell - Dry Cleaners - Sheri’s Restaurant and many others all in close proximity.
  • Great location at a very affordable price. Very gracious host with very quick responses to any question I had. Five star service without the five star price.

    Casey2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place to relax and rejuvenate, in a quiet part of town. Clean and comfortable, nice private deck, and good vibes!

    Arlo2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. Close to freeway, restaurants, Fred Meyer, etc. Space is comfortable and accommodating, and clean as well. Octavious was quick and responsive to questions and communicated well. He was on site and showed me his other space available downstairs which was a two bedroom house that was very nicely done. I would recommend both spaces. Great value!

    Josh2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • The cute place is just as advertised. I had a very nice stay there. I was working, so I didn’t get a chance to interact with my host but it was a lovely retreat to return to in the evenings.

    Maryjane2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • There’s no ego in this listing that’s for sure. It’s the nicest thing I’ve stayed in at this price point in years. This is a light, bright apartment that feels like country but is close to everything you’ll want, even without a vehicle. Octavious’s place feels like home as soon as you walk in. It has its own private entrance & is located 450 feet from River Road in Eugene, which is just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The bus stops within a block or 2 from the property which connects to everything for next to nothing. Within a half mile you can grab a snack at Dari-Mart, shop at Walgreens or Goodwill, eat at Shari’s or have the best Prime Rib west of the Mississippi while watching the game at Shooters Bar & Grill. Communication was literally instant even tho he is currently out of state & he also gave us pointers only the locals would know. There’s no oven but who wants to cook when you’re away from home? There’s a microwave, fridge, cups, plates, coffee pot, blowdryer, shampoo/conditioner & all the essentials you’d expect from an upscale hotel. The bed is literally unbelievable. It’s like sleeping on feathers, not too soft but not hard. I was just hoping for descent. Walking around you don’t feel the floor creaking or worry you are disturbing anyone because the space is very solid. Don’t be afraid of the slopes ceilings, it doesn’t make you feel closed in at all and there’s more than enough area of walking around & headspace. I don’t even notice them whatsoever. Its great being able to watch ESPN from bed or the little couch & for me that was a necessity. Not sure how I lucked out at getting this place but will no doubt stay here again & would obviously recommend it to anyone.

A shared household with friendly housemates. Wi-fi available. Use the kitchen for making meals. Stores and restaurants nearby. 10 min from the UO, downtown, 2 blocks from fairgrounds. Room has a king size bed and couch, curtains for privacy, and a shared bathroom. A perfect spot for folks needing a place to rest while in town for events and shows, or just passing through. Not for temporary housing. Smoking OK outside. No alcohol/hard drugs. Guests using hard drugs will be asked to leave.
Our living room has two sections. This space is a large room with king size bed, couch, desk, shelves. It is technically common space but you can pull curtains to create privacy, and we respect privacy of guests. While you are here it is your space. It is ideal for those visiting town for events and recreation. We occasionally get inquiries from folks looking for temporary housing. Due to the nature of the space, however, it's not a good fit for that.
The neighborhood is full of families and retirees. We are across the street from a Catholic school, two blocks from the Lane County Fair Grounds, and about 10 minutes from downtown and the University of Oregon.
  • Very helpful convenient and quiet place to get some rest

  • If you’re looking for a tiny house experience, this is is it! It is like camping out there in the woods. Be aware that to get to it, you have to go downhill on a rough road. If you’re driving a small car, park it on the higher level and just carry the stuff you need for the night. I made a mistake of driving right down to where the house was was and I struggled hard on the way up—the bottom of the car scratched the pebbled uneven road and the engine roared loudly and wildly as the car inched its way up. I hope I did not disturb the other guests in the “campsite”. If I did, I’m so sorry. There is no shower in the tiny house but there is a portable toilet outside. So the place is great only for sleeping. If you need to take a shower, you can ask Wendy to use the one in her house (the first one, on the upper level). She said you can also ask Dean, the caretaker, for assistance. Wendy is so very nice. She said she’s not able to meet everyone but if she had a chance, she would. And if you’re lucky, she might even offer you a cup of coffee! 🤓

  • Staying with Charlotte and her dogs is like staying with a friend. She was very accommodating. The guest room and bath are in separate wing of the house, so you can maintain privacy when desired. We would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent value and more comfortable than a motel. If you stay with Charlotte, be prepared for country living. The house is on a well. Drinking water is filtered. The shower water is clean but a little stinky. (The smell does not cling to hair etc.) Also, the dogs are super friendly, but they do bark sometimes.

    Deborah2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Charlotte was a wonderful host during our stay at her home. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was a lively conversationalist with interesting stories and helpful information about the area. The breakfast was also amazing each morning! Even from the first night, we felt like we were staying with a longtime friend, and since we are relocating to the area soon, we will definitely be keeping in touch with our new friend.

    Michael2019-11-19T00:00:00Z
  • Charlotte’s place is a wonderful spot to stay. Comfy bed and quiet country area. The dogs are awesome, friendly and love attention. Charlotte is a great host and really makes you feel cared for as a guest.

  • Charlotte is awesome!

    Philip2019-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • Charlotte is an intelligent and delightful hostess. She is completely accommodating and very thoughtful. The house itself is very neat, clean and 'country' peaceful. It's only 20 minutes to Eugene on good roads. The 3 dogs themselves are calm and friendly and always ready for a good petting. I recommend this home most highly!

    Ellen2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, beautiful surroundings, coffee &breakfast in the mornings. Charlotte is a love - I will return.

    Jennie2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This bed and breakfast is on a lovely piece of property. We love how quiet it is. Charlotte is a delightful and sweet hostess. She is so accommodating and willing to give you whatever you need. The best place to take dogs if you have them. 😊 We will definitely be back to see her next time we visit Veneta. We feel like we made a new friend. We highly recommend a stay at her bed and breakfast.

    Kathryn2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • This was on of the best "Stays" we have experienced. Charlotte is fantastic...we love her. She is gracious and most thoughtful. She made us feel right at home immediately and we were able to truly relax during our trip. Her home is comfortable and welcoming. The dogs are friendly, well-mannered and amusing. Charlotte is the kind of host that makes you want to return because she makes you feel like family. I imagine hers gets larger everyday.

A clean basic bedroom in a roomy ranch style home. Easy going atmosphere, cannabis friendly. Guests are welcome to use my kitchen, living room, sun room, and dining room. An older Eugene neighborhood, quiet street both day and night. Room has been cleaned thoroughly to Airbnb/ CDC standards.
End of the street house, very quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place for relaxing and gathering your thoughts. Ten minutes from both the airport and downtown. Shops are close by. Late or very late check in is perfectly okay with me. I have three separate bedrooms available.
this is a very quiet street with almost no traffic.
  • Edward is a very nice guy. He helped me with my bags and showed me how to adjust the temperature in my room. Anything that I needed or asked about he was quick to respond or show me where things were. It was nice to be able to chat with him. I had to end my stay early, but Edward was very understanding and wished me well.

  • We loved staying at the Lyons, and I very much appreciated their hospitality and kindness as well as and especially letting the boys play with some of the toys and play structure! This is somewhat of a camping experience, but a great one. The preferred bathroom is indoors which wasn’t ideal with little boys. The large washing machine and dryer were available for our use and that was great. The outside setup (seating, table, sun umbrella) extended the usable space beyond the RV. The boys were welcome to play in the driveway and yard and the road in front of the house (almost no traffic-great for bikes). The best part of our trip was the very friendly hostess and the boys being able to play to their fullest :-) Highly recommended!!

    Kelley2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay in Veneta! It was like our kids were staying at their grandparents. They had children's’ bikes for our kids & let them play on their playground. The scenery is incredible & we loved the quiet countryside waking up to roosters, not to mention watching deer come in to the yard in the evenings. The many booklets about what there is to offer in surrounding towns were super helpful. We are already looking into our next visit!

The house is 1/2 mile from Mckenzie Willamette Hospital, 1 mile from downtown Springfield and is a good place to crash if traveling up and down I-5. It is close to local restaurants, breweries, parks and the bike path. I like to provide my guests a quiet, easy atmosphere in a simple little house. The room has a full bed and TV with streaming device - no cable. Light breakfast foods such as bagels, toast, fruit and coffee are also provided.
The house is small but comfortable. There is a hostile like vibe around the house with abnb travelers staying in my cute retro Jet camper set up in my large backyard. I live in the house along with a roommate, my dog Koosah and cat Soce. I frequently dog sit for friends so there is often a small pack of friendly dogs hanging around. The bathroom is shared with the Airbnb guests and is located across the hall from both Airbnb rooms. On nice days the patio and the large back yard with its huge apple tree is a nice place to relax.
We are in a quiet neighborhood with lots of children at play. Only about a mile away from cute downtown Springfield with great local restaurants, breweries and parks!

If you are in need of a resting spot on your road trip then we have you covered! Our home is very convenient for those just passing through with the Interstate being less than a mile way. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of restaurants, fast food, coffee and grocery stores. My husband and I love meeting new people but we also know how tiring travel can be so if you just want some down time thats perfect.
Your room is newly remodeled and ready for some guests! We have just put in a new bed , mattress, and foam toper to help you relax. Netflix is yours to use as well. the coffee station is in the room for your connivence as well as the water, le-crox, and creamer in the mini refrigerator. Your bathroom is just outside your room in the hall way.
We live in a nice quite cul-de-sac. However one of my neighbors has a couple of outdoor cats that roam and don't get a lot of attention. the little 14 year old kitty has taken to me and I'm a sucker. As much as i would like to, we do not let her come in the house because I am allergic. I do have a bed for her outside by the front door just to get her out of the weather but please don't let her in. AND please be VERY carful driving into the cup-de-sac as she wants to greet everyone.

It is located in NW Eugene, right off the belt line. 15 minute drive to downtown and 7 minutes from the airport. We reside on a friendly quiet street, in a convenient location. It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage-style house built in 1953 with original charm. The house is 4:20 friendly, but please no heavy drinking or partying.
Your private room is equipped with a brand new mattress, tv with apps, and plenty of storage space. You are more then welcome to make yourself at home in the living room, dining room or kitchen. My partner and I spend most of the time in our room or music room when we are home.
Walking distance: coffee shops, grocery store, rite aid, parks, and small eateries. Driving: reasonably close to downtown, lots of local hiking, fishing, great thrift stores, craft breweries, etc.

Cute little 1965 Jet camper located in a large back yard. We are 1/2 mile from Mckenzie Willamette Hospital, 1 mile from downtown Springfield with great local restaurants, breweries and parks & bike paths. The bed is bigger than a twin but a bit smaller than a full. Two people who aren't afraid of being close can fit :) There is a kitchenette with a gas stove and small cooler to keep a few of your things cool. The shared bathroom is located in the main house.
This little camper is set up in a large back yard complete with raspberry bushes, an apple tree, fire pit and chickens! The inside is kept simple and comfortable. There is a small kitchenette with a gas stove and a few dishes, pans and coffee maker. There is also a sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of joe in the morning. The bathroom is located inside the house and is shared with other Airbnb guests staying inside the house. I live in the house with my roommate and very friendly dog Koosah and cat Soci. Both of them enjoy the back yard and love visitors. If you leave the door to the camper open Koosah will make herself at home in your space :) I often dog sit and have friends over who bring their friendly dogs so don't be surprised if you see a small pack hanging out in the back yard!
We are in a quiet friendly neighborhood with children at play. Close to downtown Springfield with great local restaurants, breweries and parks!

You will be treated to your own comfortable and spacious home away from home in a lovely country setting. We are on a quiet lane just a few blocks from the Eugene Yacht Club and Richardson Park at Fern Ridge Reservoir, where you can swim, paddle, or just relax in the summer, or enjoy birdwatching in the winter. Explore some of the many wineries the southern Willamette Valley has to offer. A short 8 miles to the airport, and 15 minutes into Eugene makes this a wonderful place for your stay.
This is a two story 1100 sq ft guesthouse with an attached oversized garage space for parking. We also offer ample parking for your sailboat or RV. There is a small kitchenette with a double burner, blender for smoothies, refrigerator and convection toaster oven. Offered is a simple continental breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, milk, granola, fruit, cereal, or locally made pastries. There is a range and microwave located in the garage area, if you would like to create more elaborate meals.
  • This place was in the most beautiful neighborhood. Large trees surrounded the place, which was a huge “mother in laws” suite separated from the main home. We had upstairs and downstairs to ourselves, and there’s no TV so you can really unwind. They were even sweet enough to have baked us some paleo pumpkin bread. Enjoy our private guest suite - aka the entire first floor of our beautiful West Eugene home! Separate entrance with key-code allows you to come and go as you please. Nice neighbors. Close to parks, running/bike trails, shops & restaurants. 10 minute drive (~3 miles) to downtown. 10 minute drive to UO. Off-street parking available. Includes new Queen size bed, private bath, gas fireplace, ample closet space, breakfast nook, coffee maker, fridge, toaster oven, laundry & WiFi.
We love our house in the trees and we think you will too! It is close enough to downtown (10 minute drive) to be able to easily access anything and everything Eugene has to offer - but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to give you that peaceful, woodsy treehouse feel. All areas in the private guest suite (kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room) are yours and yours alone for the duration of your stay...full privacy!
Cozy, quiet neighborhood in West Eugene. Our house, though located next to a few others, is nestled up in the trees to give it a wonderfully peaceful, cabin-y feel.
  • Katherine and Ben have a beautiful home nestled literally in the trees with a wonderful bridge over a rippling little brook.... It was quiet, cozy and inviting. It was perfect for our get-a-way weekend for our wedding anniversary! I usually have troubles with my back when staying away from home but the bed was very comfortable and the electric fireplace the perfect touch. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

    Stephe2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Just WOW, we really liked it, loved the Bridge from the carport to the porch, cute little stream below. The Hosts are fantastic as well, very clean and timely responses to our questions. Highly recommend.

  • A beautiful guest suite in a gorgeous location! Katherine and Ben thought of everything and the space was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend staying with them when in Eugene!

    Lauren2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Katherine and Ben’s place was excellent. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our overnight trip to Eugene. The bed was very comfortable and the treehouse vibe was a whimsical treat. It was within close driving distance to everything we did! I recommend it and would stay here again.

    Tyler2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • very nice place - nestled in some woods, we entered the guest suite, greeted by a couple of deer munching on some undergrowth right next to the house. there isn't a tv, which is fine, but be prepared for that if you don't like coziness and quiet. the space is on the small side, but perfectly sized for a couple or single person and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    Aaron2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 recommend staying here - lovely fireplace -cozy atmosphere -wonderful amenities

    Alec2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Cool house nestled in the trees and hills of Eugene just minutes from downtown. Very clean studio apartment. Even got to say hi to blind dog Barry.

    Jeremy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

Welcome to the studio at Crocker Lane! Our cozy, cheerful space is detached from the main house, with a full kitchen and bathroom. The queen-sized bed is upstairs in the air conditioned loft. Enjoy the lovely views of the garden and make yourself comfortable outside. We are a short walk to the river, which has trails that take you downtown or across to the movie theater and mall. The space is most ideal for two guests or two adults upstairs and a child downstairs.
Shared driveway parking is available. Please pull all the way forward. The ladder-stairs to the loft are steep and are not suitable for guests with mobility issues or young children. The sofa is downstairs and converts into a full-sized bed. Our two hens can sometimes be heard from the cottage. We are happy to share some fresh eggs.
Our location in the River Road neighborhood is just a hop away from downtown and about 12 minutes to the University of Oregon. We have nice parks and bike trails nearby, as well as some taquerias and a coffee shop within walking distance.
  • This stay at Derek’s place was truly the best AirBnB experience I have had so far. The place was much more than we had expected - sparking clean, quiet and peaceful. The cottage is also well located, near parks and bike paths, and they have a big yard! Derek and Jessica are super hosts, and even provided many toys for my son - which was just so nice of them. I highly recommend Derek’s place!!

    Barbara2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed the space, location and the host. What a treat

    Kelvin2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Derek & Jess’s place was wonderful — cozy but not too cozy, plenty of natural light, and a good value overall. I had one friend with me, but we could have fit a few more if needed. The loft is effectively only a place for sleeping, because of the low ceiling, but there is plenty of space to keep suitcases etc out of the way. The bathroom and kitchen are tight but served my purposes just fine. The guest house is accessed from inside the yard, and I was provided with keys for both the gate and the guest house, so it felt private and secure. I’d contemplated spending more money to get even closer to downtown, but with the scale of the city this wasn’t at all necessary. This place is close to everything, really, whether by bike or by car. If you go into downtown by foot, as I did once, it will take you 45 minutes. We got around the city by bike, which I highly recommend if the weather is good. The only time I had to get off my bike was near River Rd itself, which is quite a busy road. After this minor obstacle, you quickly hit the river and Eugene’s amazing bike path infrastructure. The river connects to pretty much everything in the city. This, for me, was one of the true pleasures of my visit. I expect driving around the city would have been just as easy, but for a small town Eugene is densely developed, so it didn’t seem necessary. The closest neighborhood to River Road, Whiteaker, has some of the best restaurants in the city. Eugene is an ideal small town and this was a good way to experience it.

    Brit2019-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Derek and Jessica are a lovely, friendly couple. The space was just as described, priced right, and had all the amenities we needed for a five day stay. They are within walking distance of Maurie Jacobs Park which is next to the river and has a bridge that takes you over to Valley River Center mall and the cinemas. Convenient location to pretty much everything in the Eugene area.

    Lorie2019-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Derek’s place is very cute, perfect for the solo traveler. The kitchenette was great, cooked my meals most nights. Hosts left eggs from their chickens and the view of the garden was very pretty. Good value. Thank you!

    Claire2019-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Derek and Jess’ place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot!

    Mirabai2019-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely place to stay at. I reserved this place for my brother and his family. The hosts were very kind. Shared some of their eggs they had from their chickens. Easy to communicate with. Very nice people!

This is a very quiet mountain cottage nestled in the coastal mountain range half way between Eugene and Florence. There is no cell service, No internet and No traffic... If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of your daily busy life and want to decompress this is the place for you... Yoga = yes Silence = yes 100% nature = yes Solitude = yes 420 friendly
This space offers two bedrooms. One has a king bed with an Armoire for your clothes. The other has a queen bed with two chest of drawers for your clothes. The is a large open kitchen and dining area as well as a living room space to lounge in... A wood burning fireplace provides ample heat during the winter months . The bathroom has a claw foot tub for soaking and there is a beautiful private outdoor shower. Out the french doors there is a large deck facing the creek that is wonderful for reading, yoga ect .....
There are no neighbors in sight yet we are a tight community. The house is nestled amongst 44 acres of beautiful trees. There is a creek to swim and walk along in the summer months ( of course you can enjoy year round as well if you desire) . Blackberries line the property as well ... There is a great cafe The Walton cafe that you could dine at all day long at the end of our road.
  • If you want a relaxing place to stay, this is it. As soon as we walked through the doors we instantly felt the weight of the world just fall off and we were able to unwind. When we arrived we were thrilled that a fire had been started for us since the house was pretty chilly, and we had home made muffins on the counter for us that were delicious. We really enjoyed all of the artwork all over the house and enjoyed the other themes around. We also appreciated that the house was very eco-friendly. We live the same way at home, so it was nice to be in a like minded environment. The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the spring water was DELICIOUS. And that outdoor shower really is all it is chalked up to be. I showered 3 times in 2 nights just to be able to use it more lol! It was also super appreciated that the wood for the fire was kept stocked. Every time we needed more, it had already been filled which was nice. Directions to the house were also very clear and it was easy to find. I'm so looking forward to our next stay. Even our 2 year old had a good time!

    Brianne2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • What a treasure this place is! If you want to get away from it all, listen to some excellent records and experience an outdoor shower surrounded by nature... this is THE place! We had the best time here celebrating our anniversary and have returned home refreshed and relaxed. what more could you want?!!

    Zoe2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely getaway in a beautiful spot located halfway between Eugene and Florence. Perfect for a “digital detox” with plenty of space to explore, relax and appreciate nature. My 2 year old loved playing in the creek, visiting the animals, and eating blackberries and figs. The stars at night were incredible! We will definitely be returning in the future.

    Erin2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • So great and unique!

    Andy2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Wow.... It is simply perfect. Everything about it. I could easily write a novel on how amazing this place is! Kimberlae was very quick with responding and answering questions. Lorilyn is such a wonderful woman with a great spirit. What everyone has been saying is absolutely true. Everything from the stars at night, the record player and variety of records, National Geographic magazines to read, clawfoot bathtub, outdoor shower, perfect patio for yoga, gorging yourself on berries, the cool Llama and sheep, a very soft bed, perfect decor to zen out with, hanging out in the creek and eating blackberries, seeing the wildlife, woods for Forest Bathing, and so so much more. This place is named well. We felt so relaxed. You have to stay here. It seems a sin not to try it at least once. Thank you again for everything Kimberlea and Lorilyn. You both did wonders for the two of us. : ) Namaste

    Jered2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • The house was amazing, lots of cute and thoughtful touches. We met the owner- super sweet lady. Made some new llama and sheep friends❤️ Stargazing at night was unlike anything we’ve ever seen! Will definitely be making a trip back here in the future.

    Steve2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is a fantastic, relaxing place off the beaten path. Highly recommended if you need a relaxing getaway without the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the silence, the stars, the animals, the delicious spring water, the record collection, the fresh air, and the friendly country hospitality. Come stay at the kastle cottage! We are nestled between Hendricks park and Laurelwood golf course in the south hills of Eugene just a mile south from U of O campus. You will have the entire cottage townhouse to yourself, including kitchen, living, dining, and bathroom downstairs, and full master bedroom upstairs.
This listing is for the 600 sqft cottage townhouse which includes a small kitchen for basic meal prep with a gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher as well as kettle for making drip coffee or tea, bathroom with shower, master bedroom upstairs with queen size memory foam bed and a variety of pillow options, smart TV with internet and HD antenna, desk space and wifi, as well as access to shared laundry space. The kastle and cottage are a 100% hand-built unique space. Originally constructed in the mid 70's, each brick was hand made from local willamette valley mud by the original owner, with windows and doorways made from hand-welded iron to match the unique shape of each and every archway. The building features large craftsman style beams, hardwood interior and spanish tile throughout. As the building exchanged hands, it continued to evolve and grow as each new owner made their own additions and further refined the space inside and out. It is an ever-evolving artistic architectural project now 4 owners deep and still very much growing. The property is divided into 3 living spaces, the main house upstairs and two airbnb rentals, one downstairs and one detached cottage. The property is at the end of a secluded road and surrounded by trees, making it fairly private. We have deer that sometimes come on the property, as well as a neighborhood cat that likes to hang around. If you would like to see our other listing for the downstairs studio space at the kastle, you can find it here: www.airbnb.com/h/kastlestudio
The kastle and cottage are located at the end of a secluded road, with one property between us and the golf course, and a short walk to hendricks park. Tucked around a corner one mile from U of O campus, and less than a mile from a cluster of cafes, bistros, tea and ice cream shops and other college nightlife.
  • This is a real gem down in the beautiful south hills of Eugene. It's nestled way back in on some residential dead-end streets so you will feel like you are away from it all. The space is really cool and the fireplace is most welcome on chilly nights and mornings. Very cozy bed. Everything worked well, the way it was supposed to, and the basics were all there for what you would need.

    Libby2020-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • It’s very homey and very cute I love how it felt like we were in the woods!

  • This is definitely one of the most unique spaces we’ve ever stayed at, and we loved it! Definitely plan to snuggle up by the fire, enjoy the gorgeous views on the property and sleep in an insanely comfortable bed (those Ugg sheets 😍) this Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip forsure! The space is a little bare bones, so be sure to bring pantry items if you want to cook or have coffee in the morning. It’s also tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood, so enjoy the drive in!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!:) We have a very comfortable and fully furnished 4 bedroom house with another Airbnb listing downstairs. We have two cats and a very fun and loving BIG dopey dog named Dalí that would love to meet you :) Private room on main floor with your own bathroom with a shower/ bathtub. Shared living room and kitchen are available also. 420 friendly (we all smoke, so if you are not comfortable with that, this place will not be a good fit for you)
The house is located in the Southwest hills of eugene, close to the Waldorf school, and in a quiet area nestled in the trees. We have a beautiful view of the city off the front deck, and the house is very warm and comfy. Newly remodeled kitchen, living room, and hardwood floors will make you feel very at home away from home.
Quiet area in the southwest hills, great for walks, close to the city and U of O. We have a lovely view of the city and neighboring hills and trees.
  • Nice, cozy and quiet. Location especially convenient if you're traveling West anyways, after your visit, over the mountains towards the Coast. I'd highly recommend Casey's place -- and the nearby Plant Coffee cafe for morning time breakfast espressos and pastries -- including some great gluten-free options! Enjoy!

  • Good value for price. Clean and stylish place.

    Peter2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • A very clean and tranquil place to stay. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless, and there was a really entertaining piece of art to look at while on the toilet. Host respects your privacy very well and is quick to respond to any questions The siamese kit is a curious one and loves pets!

    Haille2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This room is incredibly cozy. The bed is comfortable and the room has its own personal heating implement. Playstation with netflix, games and an array of movies to choose from while you relax. The animals are so sweet especially the two kitties, they will snuggle and purr as long as you invite them in. Casey turned on the sauna for us as well which was delightful. Lots of amenities for here at a great price

    Cheyenne2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Comfy bed, small mini fridge, very clean (even tho they have 3 animals), the floors were very clean. Friendly, didn't chat much, just when I had a couple questions. Very responsive on email messages too. Cool Art everywhere, loved looking at it all! Cute curious kitten that cuddled with me for an hour when I got there (but easily could not have by closing the bedroom door, I let him come in and sniff around). Big kitchen to use! I loved that!

    jessica2020-02-08T00:00:00Z

  • we were two senior citizens and 5 old dogs moving from Reno to Seattle in February. We needed a place for one night for all of us a minivan and a pickup pulling a U-Haul trailer. New to Airbnb and technology in general we found little Sherwood inn. from the fact she allowed our five dogs to the perfection of our digs, large fenced-in yard and her gracious attitude our stay was above and beyond anything we had hoped for. So from the bottom of our hearts thank you Jane for everything there are not enough stars to rate this wonderful hidden gem. Toni, Sherry and the kids.

  • Cheryl and her boyfriend were so friendly and hospitable. Their tiny house is adorable and I would definitely stay there again!

  • Great place to stay for a trip

    Richard2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Cheryl, her BF, and two pups were outstanding hosts during our stay in her charming backyard shed. It was comfortable, attractive, private, and above all, fun. The tree covered outdoor living space became the perfect spot to relax, have dinner and catch up on some work. Great experience.

  • Wonderful cozy place I wish we could have stayed longer. The shed was beautifully decorated with nice rustic touches. The backyard area was a cool set up and my husband and I ended our night chatting and relaxing out there. Cheryl and her Husband were great host. I’ll definitely have to make another trip to Eugene and stay there again thanks!

Enjoy this cute and cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants and easy access to I5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
Our tiny home has a brand new very comfortable queen size bed. There is not a kitchen, but there´s a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. You will find a table with 2 chairs for your laptop or to enjoy a meal. There´s a pop down television with Netflix and Acorn TV services and WiFi available. Coffee, tea, honey and sugar are provided. You will notice from the pictures, there´s a loft, but this space is not available to guests. The house is located in a panhandle and you will be able to park in our driveway. Please be aware that this is a tiny home with a small bathroom. It is very comfortable and cozy, but if you need a larger space, it may not be suitable for you.
We live in a mellow neighbourhood close to a wooded area, a very nice park and the University of Oregon. We are lucky to get visited by wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife often.
  • Paulina and Paul's place is perfectly peaceful and pleasant. The indoor decor is so charming and the whole place smells like cedar from the wood walls. My friend and I utilized the diffuser for relaxing and lounged comfortably on a cloud-like mattress. The shower was hot and cleansing and the bathroom has plenty of room! We enjoyed complimentary tea and delicious coffee. The garden surroundingthe tiny house is so lovely as well. Ahhh, I just loved this spot!

    Ava2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Paulina's place is awesome. It has everything you could ask for. It is very quiet, extremely clean and a very well made place. There is a Hummingbird feeder right outside of your window that is frequented often by miniature feathered friends. It has a nice garden area outside, as well as a great bed and soft towels and linens. I would definitely return in the future.

It was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable (bed was amazing)! The pull out TV with Roku was very much appreciated as well. Needless to say, we felt at home. Paulina was quick with and friendly with communication and was super sweet as well. Thank you! We would love to stay again!

You will have your own living room with spare bed, fireplace, tv, and couch to relax or have friends stay. The room is sub-level and very cozy. Carpet hall brings you to your own bathroom with large shower. Private entrance around the side yard allows you to come and go at your leisure. Full kitchen upstairs!:)
Short driving to all Eugene has to offer, while being in the quiet residential hills:) Only 3 miles from U of O for all events and ceremonies. Only 3 miles from the Whitaker neighborhoods where all breweries and foodies love to eat. Only 3 miles from downtown and all the stores.
Quiet, nice, family neighborhood near a school and park. Up in the hills a bit, but less than 3 miles from every major attraction in town.
  • Overall great place. The art adds to the beauty of the place. The dog and cat very super sweet. Casey answered all of my questions in a reasonable time. He also recommended local places to eat at and visit. This place has everything you need from a washer and dryer to a tv with movie options. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. For my first trip to Oregon I couldn’t have picked a better place or host. If you’re visiting/moving to Eugene, this is the place to start your journey at!

Roomy ranch style house on quiet residential street. I consider myself easy going and enjoying meeting people. I'm ten minutes from downtown and the airport. A great neighborhood, driveway parking. Close to grocery stores, big box stores, local shops. I have two bedrooms available. Late or very late check in is always okay with me. Room has been cleaned thoroughly to Airbnb/ CDC standards.
This house is cannabis friendly. Whole bean coffee and cheesecake paradise!
Old West Eugene neighborhood, huge trees everywhere, dark and silent at night. Very safe and clean.
  • This place was so peaceful and relaxing. Edward is one of the sweetest and humble person I've ever met. He answered my msgs quickly, allowed me to help myself to things I needed in the house. He taught me a little about gardening and a few type of flowers that he has in his den. His backyard is beautiful, we got to watch a humming bird feed off one of his bird feeders. The bedroom had a nice comfortable queen bed that I stayed in most of the time when I wasn't at work lol. He really makes you feel like family and the area is really quite. I'd definitely recommend staying here!
