Ruhige sonnige 2-Zimmerwohnung am Südhang gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nach Darmstadt, Frankfurt und Umgebung. Die Universität Darmstadt ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe und auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, sowie eine ausgestattete Küche und einTageslichtbad, separater Eingang sowie W-LAN. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, ein Freibad und weitere Sportmöglichkeiten.

2 ZW, large entrance area, complete kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, living room with day bed, coffee table, shelf wall and work nook. ,bedroom with bed 90 x 200 and plenty of storage space. Quiet yet central location. In summer outdoor seating for the guests Washing machine and dryer for guests are available in the basement. The apartment is a generous and inexpensive alternative to a hotel for one person. Due to the day bed in the WZ, it can also be used for two persons. Pets on request

Cozy 55m2 flat close to Spessart in Johannesberg

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The 1-room apartment with daylight kitchen & daylight bathroom/ EFH is located directly on a bike route - no traffic noise. Parking directly at the house possible. The house sits on a railway line. A sleep not too light is an advantage - we ourselves have lived here for over 10 years & feel very comfortable. Soundproofing windows. Due to the adjacent train route, you have an ideal connection (walk: 3 min) to DA, Ffm & Umland. City center by car around 7 km Relaxed outdoor seating is available.

Apartments in the rear building for rent

The two-story rear house has a living area of approx. 45 sqm. On the first floor, there is the kitchen with dining area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The living room on the upper floor can be reached via an internal staircase. The house was completely renovated in 2022 using old building materials such as sandstone walls and wooden floorboards. The garden can be used. The location is absolutely quiet in a side street in the Bessungen district not far from the Orangery (park).

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

This well-maintained and spacious 2-3 room apartment, located in the north of Darmstadt, is situated on a quiet side street and offers good bus and train connections. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gyms, and supermarkets, as well as several green spaces and parks, are in the immediate vicinity. The three rooms and kitchen are furnished and fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome.

The room is located behind the garage. Through the garden gate and then the next door on the right. Kitchen is located in the house. On special request, you will also receive a front door key to use the kitchen. The room has a wifi as well. Private shower, toilet and sink. There is a small desk available.
