Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und uns gut erholt!

Ein großes Haus mit zwei Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Bar im Erdgeschoss, wo wir haben uns gut unterhalten. Das Haus steht in einem Park, wo der Sommer wohl voll ist, aber wir waren hier im Winter, war der Park in 1 oder 2 Post, leer. (Schön und ruhig) In der Nähe liegt das große Wandern und im Winter der nächste Laden in Sachsenhausen. (10 km) auch Willingen und Winter sind leicht zugänglich. (Snow!) Marek und seine Frau sind herzliche Menschen und erklären Ihnen alles aus. Darüber hinaus gab es Faltblätter im Haus zu sehen, was in der Gegend zu tun. (Vor allem im Sommer) Zufrieden .... It was exactly as you want it! Application was very clean and lovingly decorated. A truly idyllic place with everything you need nearby. Perfectly rounded but it is only by Karin-an incredibly nice and caring hostess who always rushes to help if you need any. It was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful spot of earth with wonderful people-well to know!

The apartment is very spacious and has lots of charm, everything is available to make a great hiking holiday. The outdoor area we have not so much used due to the autumnal weather, but in summer it is certainly very nice.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Karin, and provides information on the apartment and the quotes on the Edertal with all worth knowing. Karin was a very courteous and Helpful host .. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and hallway was very spacious and with everything a family of 5 needs equipped .. Especially very clean all :-) We all VERY comfortable and enjoyed the time on site & on the excursion days ... (The main attractions can be reached within 20 minutes) The butcher on site is highly recommended, Edeka in place is well stocked, in Spicke there KNALLER eat & the Sonnenhof you will be treated with a super cake ... It was not our last trip to the Edertal and especially to Karin by smaller .. THANK YOU KARIN

I stayed at Karins place for the weekend with my friend. Karin could tell us much about the area and we loved the house. We've had the whole 1st flour, really cosy and clean in a peacefull little town. We would deffinately recommend this place and we might come back in future.

Karin has been a great host and was very kind to our two boys who found Karin very interesting. Here house has very organised, clean, cozy and Karin help us settel in and showed us the highlights of the local village. She even greated us with homemade marmelade and flowers. We can highly recomend to stay in Karins house.

A lovely house in a friendly and clean village. All the things you need are present at the house; A really pleasent shower, towels, a washingmachine, etc. Offcourse the very comfortable waterbed, the well equipped kitchen and the very nice bird decorations all over the house make it a very nice place to stay. A lovely environment with lots of things to do around the edersee. We can especially recommend the "wilde tiere park" and a biketrip around the reservoir. We enjoyed this place very much.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft: Der Bollerofen ist toll, die Küche super ausgestattet, es war sauber und in der Nähe sind schöne Ausflugsziele zu erreichen (Edertalsperre, Bad Wildungen, Edersee). Die An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert und wir wurden freundlich empfangen.

Wunderbares Haus, traumhafte Gegend und vor allem das Dorf ist super schön ruhig, Frischmilch vom Bauern um die Ecke und man kann direkt zur Eder runterlaufen. Für Eltern mit Kindern super.

Very nice apartment, spacious and with a full kitchen with all appliances, even a dishwasher and food processor. Also there is a huge TV, so don't forget to bring your laptop with a HDMI cable to hook it up to the tv and enjoy a good (non-German dubbed) movie. Hopefully soon they will have wifi throughout the apartment, then it would be totally complete! We used it to ski in Winterberg, about a 35 minute drive, and surely a recommend if you want a comfy affordable apartment.

Nice clean spacious apartment. The beds were neatly made up with nice bottle of water on bedside table. The area is quiet but ideally situated hiking trails directly from the door and if you have 40 min to winter mountain drive we sat in the snow.

After a long day of ski this house was the best to relax and charge batteries. Walter and Verena were really friendly, and explained shortly how everything works and is organizated. The house was really clean. Full of kitchen gadgets and completely equiped for a long stay. I recommend it to anyone that is interested to find a great house in a quiet area.

Everything was great with the apartment - clean, beautiful and excellent country side location in Germany. One small downside was at times dogs downstairs were a little loud but it didn't make a big impact. Would recommend as a great option for booked expensive hotels.

very nice, spacious apartment with everything a very good Holiday accounts plus a great sun terrace. The hosts are friendly and take care of every need. Water in the fridge and the offering of bread service are not self-evident and fall on positively. That the apartment and everything was very clean well maintained, acts here almost incidental.

We have felt very comfortable with Walter and Verena. The apartment is very cleared and very clean! As a small gift we all had a water standing on the bed and jelly babies on the pillow. Highly recommended is also the beautiful view from the huge terrace. We will be back! :)

The apartment of Walter and Verena is really great. I spent with my girlfriend and four other friends a great weekend there. The location is absolutely great. One can see from the large balcony of the valley and enjoy the sunset. The apartment has been with approx 130sqm for 6 persons more than enough, even at 8 or 9 you have plenty of space. Communication with Walter and Verena was quick and easy. Subdivision we only had contact with Walter, he's very nice and cares about his guests. The cleanliness really surprised us, because despite the size of the apartment, it was as clean as in a very good, expensive hotel. Sheets and towels were standard. Our group this apartment can warmly recommend.

We had rented a small house for a long weekend. The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything. On foot you could reach the National Park within minutes and the surrounding cottages were to a certain privacy to offer far enough away. All in all, a suitable base for a hiking trip.

The house is beautiful (even better than the pictures show it), though very noisy. There was enough room for 5 people, 1 child and 3 dogs. The environment is fantastic. We have long wandered through the adjacent forest and visited the edersee. The house is equipped with grill, lying, mirko wave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Thank you for the wonderful holiday and would recommend the hotel with good conscience :-)

We had fantastic days with summer weather and particularly enjoyed the peace and nature with the National Park Keller enjoyed doorstep while hiking. Also recommended is the program of the National Park, especially for families. The house has very good fit for us as a family of 4, enough space and everything was there that we needed. The kids liked to play with the other children holiday football. We are happy to come back. Thanks to Anneke en Pieter.

Only after we booked were not told sheets and towels were not included. Since we travel light, (from Australia) we paid the extra $37 AUD however, this included hand towels only! Otherwise, we enjoyed staying in this basic holiday cottage.

The accommodation in holiday park Frankenau was described in the description. The handling of the heating (night storage) was not a problem and the use of the fireplace managed evenings a nice atmosphere. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary things (Senseo and filter coffee machine, microwave, cloth, dish liquid, etc.). The living and dining area offers enough space for 6 persons. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at the cottage. It was clean, quiet and offered everything we needed for our stay as a group of four. The next supermarket is just about 2km in distance, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. All in all I would recommend it and probably will book it again next year.

We had a very pleasant stay in El refugio. Köningshagen is a good place to stay if you want to go to Edersee or for a walk in the neighborhood. The house was clean and in a very good condition. The beds were vere pleasant to sleep in. If we go back to this area we would definitely stay here again if it's possible. Also very nice people in the neighborhood. 5/5 stars

This house is really worth a stay; beautifully renovated and lots of space. The combination of the old front (from 1831) and the new and modern back gives it a special atmosphere. The two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are very comfortable. On the topfloor of the old house a sauna is situated which adds to the luxurious feel of the house. The little village of Konigshagen is charming and the people are friendly. The surroundings are beautiful and nearby villages are worth a visit. Don't forget to go to the Edersee Dam!

Königshagen ist ein verschlafenes Dörfchen in sehr ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Einfach ideal, um sich in der Natur zu erholen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Edersee, in 45 Minuten erreicht man in Kassel. Die Außenanlage ist noch nicht fertiggestellt, was jedoch vorher ganz offen kommuniziert wurde. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und äußerst sorgfältig zusammengestellt. Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer sehr viel Zeit, Liebe und Geld investiert hat. Der Name El Refugio ist "Programm" ;-) Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und könnten uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder vorbei zu schauen.

Jennifer is an excellent hostess and has a beautiful, top furnished house! She gave us (10 girls) welcomes very nice with champagne, so we felt right at home! Although we were the first guests in their home and the construction work was still in the final stages, it has for us all prepared perfectly and tailored to our group size. So we could wonderful cook together, sit together at a large dining table and even a barbecue was prepared even for us at short notice. For questions / requests in advance or during which we could at any time easily contact them. Thank you very much - we loved it !!

Very nice communication in advance. Everything was to our needs adjusted (small children). Top equipped house in a quiet location. The Barrier and the Wild Animal Park can be reached by walking on foot. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Das Haus war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, der Grillplatz und große Garten waren toll. Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, die Lage ist auch prima. Sehr nett fanden wir den Begrüßungssekt. Einzig die Hinweistafel, was man alles zu beachten und aufzuräumen hat und der unfreundliche Check- Out hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Daher der Punktabzug.

Rita is a very nice, uncomplicated hostess with which one can live together very well. The room is cozy and everything is clean and well maintained. I will definitely go back again.

Nice room in a very big house provided with everything. We were really late, but Rita left us the keys for us to find outside the door. Location is far away from city centre, but very residential and quite. Recommended

Staying with Rita is perfect for a few quiet days in the countryside near Bad Wildungen and the Lake Edersee. Everything worked smoothly and the agreements with Rita are run easily and without problems. The room is cozy and the surroundings quiet. And there was a nice breakfast in the morning!

We had a pleasant stay with Frau Rita. The hostess was very friendly, the house cozy and the cat gave the homey feel. The breakfast (on request) was nice and neat. It is highly recommended.

Very simple guest room, or former youth room of a solid child. clean but musty bissl total ..... if you do not claim and an uncomplicated night searches, it's ok. Bad is just like that. I did not want breakfast, I can not judge, therefore, but I am not angry, that I have omitted .... Rita nice but reserved bissl, could be binding. For 1 night it was okay for me, for sure not more.

Rita is a great hostess, makes you feel at your ease. The house is simple, plain and as also described in the green, calm environment. The neighbors are friendly, everyone greets everyone, lachhhhh so it was at least for me. The room was clean, it was missing anything, TV, radio and Internet access everything available. Those who do not need 3-5 star this is the place.

We really enjoyed to stay there! Rita's house is very cozy and beautiful, it is located in a nice quiet place. Our room was on the second floor next to the bathroom, it was very comfortable, as if we lived there alone. Rita is a good and tactful hostess. A special pleasure is the breakfast in the garden. I recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is 'hervorragend'! And Peter is a very friendly host! The apartment is as described, with a very big sleeping room (with lots of closets, great) and a great kitchen to cook and eat. The apartment is situated next to the garden and perfect in the summer for sure (we went in chilly autumn). Bathroom is super as well, great shower! WiFi working, very quiet, great beds etc. etc. Just great and neat and clean as well. This was the perfect place to do our 4 day trip to Hessen! The location, Twistetal (near Korbach) is in perfect distance with car to the Edersee, Kassel, Paderborn, Externsteine, Hermanndenkmahl, Marburg and many beautiful outdoor 'wanderungen'. Our first Airbnb experience was great. Great apartment, great hosts. We did not miss anything and we could have stayed much longer. Especially great we found the super cute communication and I was almost uncomfortable to enjoy a little so much service. We have been taken from Peter very nice and easy to receive. A beautiful bedroom, a super equipped kitchen and a chic bathroom make it a missing nothing to really. It is located in the basement area of the house, and here in undisturbed and of itself. We felt very comfortable. We have been playing with the idea to come back in the summer for cycling!

Gisela and Peter were very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is lovingly and generously furnished. I felt very well. To warm seasons it is particularly attractive by the also lovingly restored exterior, facing south. The location is very quiet. An excellent place to stay for people who are like themselves.

We felt at Peter and Gisela well. There are very nice, helpful and attentive hosts. It was all very well maintained and the garden was fantastic. One had the feeling to be in Tuscany ;-) We would definitely love to go back.

We were greeted warmly and enjoyed our stay. Gisela and Peter are very attentive owner. Peter had brought us fresh bread every morning, but again a big thank you, Peter! We were allowed to park our bikes in the house safely. We immediately noticed that the apartment is very clean. You just had to feel good only. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area with great garden invites you to linger. What also is great and not to be understood in the refrigerator was water and milk, in cabinet coffee and coffee available for free. We enjoyed the peace and would always like to host want to attend Gisela and Peter.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. After a brief introduction into the premises we could relax in our assigned rooms. Even with information regarding the nearby shopping could be served. The spaces provided are generous and above all very clean. We immediately felt at home. A fully equipped kitchen was also available. You hosts do everything that guests lack nothing. After a restful night waiting the earlier "ordered" breakfast for us. This was already there when we got up in the kitchen, leaving nothing to be desired: fresh bread, Osaft, coffee of various meats, everything was available. This accommodation is only recommendable. On top of that you still have direct access to the garden, which also offers a beautiful view. Especially for the summer months a fun way. We come in any case gladly again.

It is a house that is situated in a quiet area. You can make beautiful walks in the neighborhood. You feel equally welcome in the house. There is a village nearby where you can do your shopping. And there are plenty of play area where the children can play

It was a nice cozy house. On view was clean, as the plumbing, etc., but in some places were to find some cobwebs under the bed had also should be cleaned. The house was nicely renovated and the area was also nice that you can walk well with the dog.
