Dream vacation apartment courtyards sunny mountain views (2 rooms)

The cozy country house is located on the southern outskirts of Höfen. From the bright apartment, newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can vacation here well with 4 people (including 2 children). The coziest place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. They feel like they're in the middle of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hotplates, stove, toaster, etc.

Holiday apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is via the Isar promenade in 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities such as bakery butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. Rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain&bike rides, as well as small hikes. Excursion destinations, for the whole family, can also be found nearby. In winter you can visit the nearby ski&cross-country skiing areas. In the surrounding area you will find many shopping& refreshments. The train station is about 2 km away, the Fachklinik Gaißach, about 3 km from our farm.

The apartment Linda is a modern, spacious 1 room studio, which has just been lovingly and modern Bavarian furnished by us. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located space. Within 10 minutes, walking along the beautiful Isar and you are already in the city center. A holiday home for 2 people who like it cozy. The apartment is fully equipped and located on the 1st floor. On approx. 60m ², you can feel comfortable here and light a nice fire in the wood-burning stove. Bavarian rustic and still stylish.
