The flat was well appointed and clean,but what really made our stay enjoyable was the superb terrace overlooking the beautiful Istrian landscape. Highly recommendable!

We liked Sara's place. It's like on pictures. Sara always reply on message, even if she very busy at restaurant. I should write that restaurant is really good. You must try it, 100 meters from apartment not so far :) From Sara's place we've explored all Istria coast. Most off all we liked beach at Novigrad and beach near to hotel Dolphin. It takes just 15-20 min to get to the sea by car. At the same time you can buy food on your way. At apartments you could find all necessary equipment to cook. Even olive oil, good pepper and coffee with espresso machine. Also bank just on other side of the road, in Visnjan. And exchange rate is normal there. At the end one important thing. Bring or buy something against mosquitoes!!! Review: very good place for travelers with cars.

We enjoyed our stay in App Borgonja .The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you needed. It is well situated, close to everything in Višnjan and a good location for touring Istria. Tha apartment was the same as in the photos. Wi-Fi connection was good too. Sara is a wonderful host. She was available and helpful. We recommend this apartment.

We have had an excellent couple of days in Visnjan, staying in app Borgonja. We arrived late and Sara was very acommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed coming to the restaurant and still get dinner. Sara is very helpful and a delightful person. The appartment is big and well equipped, especially the outdoor garden and terras is beautiful and comfortable. A perfect place for a peaceful stay with easy options to explore nearby Istria cities and attractions. We fully recommend it.

Great little apartment, perfect for 4 people. Great location to explore all around Istria, seaside as Well as inland. Hosts were very friendly.

We couldn't have hoped for a better location or space for our two weeks family holiday in Istria. The apartment was absolutely spotless, well equipped with a new kitchen and TV. It's ideal for a family of 4. Located in a peaceful and picturesque village with excellent restaurants, mini markets and a bakery, all at a walking distance. Being at ground level, keeps it super cool even during heat waves. We made good use of the veranda and the children loved running around in the garden under the olive trees. It has easy access to main roads. We could reach the beach by car in just 10 minutes. The hosts are absolutely adorable and helpful - always available to assist you. We loved Maria's tomatoes, freshly picked from her vegetable garden (waiting for us by our front door!). We truly enjoyed our stay in Visnjan and our little nest away from home. Thank you Karla, Maria, Renato and the rest of the family for making us feel SO welcome.

I was looking for a quite and roomy space to stay a few days and this apartment was just awesome. Spotless clean, modern, very well equipped, in another words we felt like at home. We arrived quite late and unfortunately were not able to meet Marinela in person, but her friend Sofia met us and kindle showed us everything. It was very nice of her to explain every single thing, where to eat, where are groceries and etc. PERFECT ! This small village is very quite, we enjoyed the privacy and real nature experience. The location is perfect, we didn't mind to drive around 15-20 minutes to different beaches. As a payback we got huge apartment :) Marinela is a great person to communicate with, very fast respond, very detailed answers. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to my friends. A+++ !!! Marinela, thank you very much and I hope next time we'll have a chance to meet you in person.

Me and 4 my friends stayed at this apartment in the end of September. It was great! Modern and very comfortable apartment with a beautiful garden. Rooms are big and clean. Host was very nice and helpful with suggestions for restaurants. We would love to stay again and I'll recommend it to my friends!

My family and I spent a wonderful vacation in Istria and choosing this house in Kastelir made our vacation complete. The house is very modern, chic and cozy and Kastelir is a very beautiful and quiet village. We felt extraordinary. The hosts are great people who helped us a lot in finding the best solutions to better explore Istria. We will definitely return to Kastelir next year but we will stay longer.

This is a great place to be. We enjoyed the tasteful interior, cleanness and really nice hosts. They are extraordinary pleasant, anytime helpful and friendly. Communication was great. The little village is very nice to „dive“ into the kroatian way of living away from mass tourism. There are two cafés to sit and relax close by the apartment. We explored the surrounding and found many interesting medieval villages which are worth seeing. The beaches and cities in the area are also nice. Altogether we spent a great week in the accommodation. And after we got unsed to the church bells we could enjoy the otherwise calm, quiet and peaceful area. Anytime again!

We have really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The host was very friendly, helpful and fast responsive. The apartment is sweet and the area around it is nice and quiet. Also parking is convenient, located in front of the house. A great place to stay!
