Katrina was super friendly. she was very helpful in helping us settling in and provided us with a great tour around and history of the amazing place. The place is right at the ocean front with spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. It was definitely the best place we ever stayed in.

Spent 4 days at the Grand Turk Inn and had a great time. An intimate experience as we got to know our fellow guests and would dine with them at the local restaurants. Sadly The Grand Turk Inn's chef was on vacation so we did not get to eat there. Katrina is a great help with recommendations. The Inn is centrally located in historic Cockburn Town so it's an easy walk or bike ride to other restaurants and beaches but if you want to go to the cruise center when the cruise ships are in, I would recommend either a taxi or renting a golf cart. Katrina can help with this. Especially enjoyed watching sunsets while having cocktails and conversation on the front porch. The locals are friendly, laid back and everybody knows everybody, so there's always someone to help you out if you have questions or need advice. Will definatly be coming back.

We could not have asked for a more gracious host, constant service, great island insights. From the very initial booking process, Katrina was helping us with multiple logistics and reservation details, especially given the multiple flights required to get to Grand Turk. Once there, the location is central to the historical East side of the island with access to all points of interest or just the stunning view every day out of your window. Next, I would consider the GT Inn restaurant and it's incredible chef, the best on the island bar none. Finally, no matter what questions we had or help requested, Katrina and Angel were constantly available to assist or recommend. We would recommend anyone staying in GT seriously consider the Grand Turk Inn.

As a solo female traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Not that anyone would feel unsafe anyway on this amazing and friendly place-- but knowing Faith Anne and Ed and their dogs downstairs felt like having family around. I also highly recommend taking a tour with their company-- excellent discounted value for a gorgeous boat excursion. I am seriously already trying to go back. Top notch AirBnb experience !

Awesome hosts... they made us feel right at home. Picked us up at the airport and showed us around to get oriented with the island. A one-minute walk to a very secluded and pretty beach.

Had a great time, great location across from the ocean. Faith Anne was a wonderful host, supplying us with local treats and suggestions for day trips. Comfortable and clean, perfect base for discovering the island. Hope to return someday!

Ed and Faith Anne were very friendly,and knowledgable about local places and cultural subjects. They went out of their way to be helpful to us. We loved sitting out on the small(second floor) deck mornings, and could see what the ocean looked like that day.

Wow! What can I say! Faith & Ed were some of the best hosts you can find. When we arrived Faith met us at the airport and gave us a short tour of Grand Turk. We shared a couple of meals with them and had some amazing conversations. We made our own way back to the airport and Faith dropped past the airport to say goodbye - they were that awesome!! The space is exactly what you want out of an AirBnb. It was a sanctuary that was very clean, with new towels and sheets. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all you need for your stay - plus they dropped us in a little food basket of bread and fruit which was super thoughtful. We also went out on one of their snorkelling tours where we got to see coral gardens, the 'wall' ie ocean drop off, dive for conch and eat conch salad washed down with some rum punch - recommend it! As they did not have any whale watching tours planned they were great in advising us a good company to go with. Highly recommend staying with locals like Faith Anne and Ed, they give you a true experience of the island, good tips on what to go and explore and have also given us advise for our visit to North & Middle Caicos.

Faith Anne and Ed were excellent hosts and have a great island house, as the other reviews will show. The second floor of their house that we rented is a spacious studio with a bed, a nice bar-height table, and an outdoor balcony area with seating. The studio comes equipped with a mini-fridge, toaster, and microwave, which is perfect for easy simple breakfasts (best enjoyed on the balcony). The location on the island is prime. Their house is about a 1-minute walk to a relatively secluded beach (only saw several people the whole time), and a 15-minute walk to the "town center" area with restaurants/bars and dive shops. One thing you may want to be prepared for is the occasional chorus of island dogs and donkeys in the early morning, which consists of braying/barking. However, the highlight of staying here was the hosts. Faith Anne and Ed are wonderful people who enjoy meeting travelers. Throughout our visit, they were not just wonderful hosts, but also knowledgeable guides and friends to chat with. We (my girlfriend and I) rented bikes from Faith Anne and Ed, and even booked a fishing tour through their excursion company. Overall, this was a trip to remember, much of that thanks to Faith Anne and Ed.

Great spot in Grand Turk! If you want to get away from it all and slow down, this is the place. Across from beautiful beaches and within walking distance to the islands' small restaurants. Incredibly friendly hosts. Ed even gave me a quick tour of the island as soon as I arrived. I wish I would have stayed longer.

The house was in a great location - we could see and hear the ocean and the beach was a 1 minute walk. The screened in porch was idyllic and the hammock was well-used. We were able to bike anywhere we wanted to go. And we loved staying on Grand Turk - a quick, cheap flight from Provo. I would highly recommend it!

If you want to be literally on the beach and a few steps from the ocean....this is the place. The Bohio resort next door which manages these condos was very responsive to any requests. It was a good place for dinner and entertainment most nights. The Saturday night BBQ was great and a good value. There isn't much to do on Grand Turk but relax and enjoy the beach.

This place makes you want to stay on Grand Turk and not go home. I already miss the sound of the waves on the beach. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and right next to the turquoise water of Pillory Beach with beautiful reefs. Beach access is easy! Each bedroom in the apartment has a balcony to watch the sunrise and there is a large balcony to dine on and watch the sunset. Management provided anything we needed (extra towels, dishes), but the apartment is very private. There is a grocery store about 2 blocks away, with good fresh fruit and vegetables, but if you do not want to cook, Bohio Dive Center next door has a very good restaurant. Bohio also allows free use of their catamaran sailboat and kayaks. We also took a paid snorkeling trip from there. And we attended a great BBQ with local music there. We rented a car from Tony's car rental to explore the island (lighthouse, Cockburn Town, cruise center, Governors Beach), but you can also walk down the beach to Cockburn Town to visit the museum or local restaurants and shops.

Contact with Lew was great and responses to questions were prompt and covered all points fully.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property. We made a mistake because we thought it was on Providentiales (PLS) but it was on another island. The owner Lew said he would refund, but he charged us for car hire, fruit and cleaning which we never ordered. We never made it to the property, but 16 days later and we have still not received any refund. John Wingrove

The property is brand new and very comfortable. Very quite area.

We had a great stay at Drew's place. At first wondered if it would be too quiet but by the end of the week we were completely chilled which is just what we were looking for. The bungalow is super very spacious and well nicely furnished. Loved reading in the hammock and tumbling out on to the beach, so close! We rode the bikes provided everywhere and enjoyed the exercise up to the lighthouse and down to the cruise centre. Bohio is a great resort to chill at and had some great meals the creamy lobster and key lime at Grand Turk Inn where fantastic. Loved the sandbar as a great local beach bar. If you want and anti-resort destination then this is the place!!

We had an excellent time at Beachside Bungalow! The house was wonderful and even better than the pictures. There were 4 of us and the house was plenty big enough with a great layout. The beach/area where the house is located is the best on the island. The water directly in front of the house is rocky with sea urchins but there are areas to get in so you can swim over the rocky areas. If you don't want to swim you will need to use water shoes. Definitely rent a golf cart while you are there as it is a bit hot for riding bikes everywhere. The island is a bit sleepy which we liked but gets active when cruise ships come in. The water in Grand Turk is some of the most beautiful I have seen and it was great to be able to sit on the porch and just look at it. If you really want internet - this is not the place for you as it was pretty non existent at the house. You can get it from the local restaurants and it works just fine but not at the house. That wasn't so important for us so not a big deal. I would definitely rent from Drew again!

Definitely the BEST vacation rental on Grand Turk! We had such a wonderful time together here at the Be(URL HIDDEN) We say it is the best, because we’ve been to Grand Turk several times and stayed at several of the rentals on the island. Drew’s place is the perfect combination of large house, large lot, perfect mid-island location, very near the nicest bar and restaurant on the island – Bohio, great beach for snorkeling or swimming, empty lots on both sides for more privacy and more empty beach area to spread out on, facing west for dramatic sunsets each night, beautiful furnishings from Pottery Barn (we saw some labels on the furniture and rugs), a very attentive island manager who checks in on you, and Drew himself who is super involved and I swear must check his email and texts every 5 minutes. He even has a driver pick you up at the airport and take you to the house. We can’t say enough about how well we were treated and we can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I might have just had the best trip ever, BeachsideBungalow is a true romantic getaway. We were amazed at just how few people we saw on the beaches; either in front of the house or at the “remote beaches” Drew provides directions to in his guest instructions letter. One is pretty remote, and you’ll need to rent a golf cart to get there, but rest assured you WILL be all alone! We stayed on the smaller side of the duplex and it is even nicer than in the pictures, plenty of room to spread out too. King bed is super comfy. We drank a local beer which was not pricey, and cooked many meals in in the well stocked kitchen and on the charcoal grille. Grocery store was within walking distance of the house, as were several fun bar/restaurants. Live music available on certain nights, and the key lime pie at Bohio is to-die for. BeachsideBungalow is highly recommended to kick the romance into high gear and rekindle the fire!

We had a fantastic stay and absolutely fell in love with Grand Turk. All of the pictures of the bungalow and the surrounding beach are accurate; and yes, the water really is that blue! We stayed on the Sea Gull side (the larger side) and everything was designed and decorated so thoughtfully. The house was aligned perfectly for a nice breeze to come through the front and back doors during the day, and the AC window unit in the bedroom kept us comfortable when we slept at night. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, plates/bowls, and utensils, so we were able to cook in a few nights. We spent most of our time on the magical back porch, whether reading in the hammock while listening to the gentle waves or eating dinner during the spectacular sunsets. We did have 2 rainy days, but they were just as enjoyable as the porch is well-sheltered and allowed us sit and watch the storm roll in over the water. The bungalow is very conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store and a few eateries. We rented a golf cart to get to things that were a bit further away, like the cruise center and the lighthouse. The local people are very friendly and helpful, and the island is just plain beautiful and fun to explore. We had a wonderful time and felt like we were able to truly relax for the first time in years! Grand Turk is the perfect place to go to really "get away from it all", and we are very grateful to have found Drew's place to experience it!

Everything in the Bungalow was "as advertised". Very clean, well-equipped, great location, peaceful, & beautiful. We looked at every single vacation rental available on Grand Turk, and after seeing them all in person, Beachside Bungalows is easily the best place to rent on all of Grand Turk. If we ever come back we won't stay anywhere but Beachside Bungalows. Used the bikes provided to travel the entire length of the island. Took advantage of the location and walked to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, & the local fish market. May not always be available, but there were multiple floaties & lots of snorkel gear when we visited.

Drew was very responsive and answered many questions quickly. The house is gorgeous but there is only AC in the bedrooms, so we could not enjoy being inside when we wanted the occasion. The neighborhood felt safe and we met several locals at restaurants who provided us with great insight to the island. The island is beautiful but shuts down when there is not a cruise ship in port. You can still get what you need, but don't expect to buy souvenirs or get out on a boat, see the lighthouse or museum unless you've worked something out way in advance. Overall we had a great time but there were a few snafews due to the weather. The water was abnormally rough so the calm pool floating pictures didn't happen. We were able to enjoy the water on the east side of the island after being shown the spot by a previous local who we serendipitously knew from the States. He said since the winds were blowing differently, east was calm and west was rough, and the house is on the west. But, this was abnormal and you can't change the weather, we just got crafty. You'll enjoy your stay but don't expect busy, it is island living and everyone is on island time! It's great, but have your expectations right. Also, bring lots of cash. Credit cards are always a $25 minimum and one of the banks ate my ATM card. Be prepared to pay and tip with cash a lot. Would recommend this place though!! Overall it makes the list.

This is without a doubt THE best location in Grand Turk. It is within walking distance to everything, and steps from the most perfect beach you could ever ask for. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need/want, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which is not an easy thing to find here. We were so happy in our stay. We had coffee on the back screened in porch, keeping the mozzies away, and enjoyed the bikes that Eric so graciously shares with guests. We could not have asked for a better place - it felt like home.
