My place is located in the middle of the village, surrounded by mountains that invite skiing and hiking. From the bedroom, you can see the ski slope. The cross-country skiing trail is 50 meters from the apartment. The children's ski lift in Valtgeva is also within walking distance. The wellness and adventure pool are a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity there are various shopping facilities, bakery, butcher, sports shop, etc. The apartment is super suitable for families and couples.

Alpine air apartment - ski arena and hiking paradise

Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne, moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, ganz in der Nähe vom Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m entfernt, und der nächste Supermarkt ist im Nachbarort Sedrun, etwa 1,4 km entfernt. Der Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Quiet and child-friendly apartment with a view

We have not rented our apartment for many years, so it is more than a "holiday apartment" and very well equipped. There are many books (including children's picture books) and games, as well as some toys (Duplo/Lego). The kitchen is also fully equipped, including Nespresso coffee machine. During summer there are many opportunities for hiking. In winter, cross-country skiing is right in front of the house and the valley station to the Sedrun-Andermatt ski area in Dieni is about 1 km away.
