Located near the very useful road, also you can go at 100 pesos before and after the mall. It also with fine pool is much want to stay again. However, It is painful that there is a power outage every day. It also recommended to other people.

If you're looking for a place for 2 and on a budget, this is a good place for you. The bed was very comfortable, shower has continuous hot water, and the AC was really cold. Some issues were some of the kitchen utensils are unusable, and we had to take the bed sheets for a laundry cause it felt like it wasn't washed properly. Thankfully there is a laundry shop just outside palmetto's gate. The guards are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good stay. :)

I spent 3 weeks in the apartment I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is central to everything u have big shopping malls within 10min drive. u have places like crocodile park and people's park that is all within 10-15min. Tasha is quick to respond when u have a problem with something and is quick to resolve the issue.

Very conveniently located Security is also a very clean place and thoroughly. The pool is beautiful .. I liked the terrace drinking a beer. Then I'll stay here to go to Davao

The Condo is located in a good project in an area of the city that is just a short distance away from major shipping mall and the core of the city. The individual apartment is in an almost perfect location. You are only a few meters from location shopping and an active vendor network. Overall the apartment is excellent and certainly large enough for a group of four. Tasha was most reasonable and although we did not meet in person it was my feeling that a prospective guest would not be disappointed.

I was happy with my stay in this unit for several reasons. First, I was pleasantly surprised to find out just how roomy the unit was. I have been in other condos where I felt cramped. The kitchen setting and space was well organized. As a "Dabawenyo" guest, the large eating table (for 6) came in handy having local family members dropping by to chat and eat. Second, I really appreciate Tasha’s understanding for traveling guest the need of flexibility for check-in and check-out. Thank goodness check-in and check-out times is flexible here. While driving to Davao City I did not know exactly when I would arrive. And again leaving not being rushed out was highly valued(URL HIDDEN)especially like the fact that minimum days for stay is just a 1 day and the cancellation policy was also flexible. My two lovely grandkids were welcomed (family/friendly) at the unit. None of this flexibility is available at the other unit I considered at the Palmetto. Areas that could be improved on are clarification of use of internet and pool rules. If you are there on a Saturday it was not clear how one should provide a name list of guest when pool office is not open. Overall many thanks to Tasha for a great stay at the Palmetto. Bernward was so easy to communicate with and so fast to respond to your queries. His place is clean, tidy and makes you feel just like home. I've been to Davao many times and stayed many places however bernwards place is by far the best. It's cool, has a great view, very good location and has very friendly security guards to keep you safe and sound. I will always choose bernwards place as nothing else comes even close to Davao. If you are looking for great hosts that will take care of you and give you only the best then this is the place to go.

This is a great place to stay in Davao (URL HIDDEN) very clean, it has cable and wifi too..plus free chips, drinks and fruits as well. Thanks to our host who was nice and accomodating.

Cocoy was very welcoming when we arrived made us feel at home and made check in very easy. He explained everything we needed to know and went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends expecially groups as it is a very large 2 bedroom condo compared to what i have stayed in. There's nothing better than a good surprise, and this place was exactly that. This was one of those fantastic AirBnb stays where my expectations were exceeded in every way. Cocoy of PP has thought of everything and was generous with his time, recommendations, staff and local knowledge. The place was even more featured than shown in the listing with a hot and cold water dispenser and, bizarrely, but delightfully, a massage cushion that worked wonders for the knots in my shoulders.

The place is very spacious, nice, clean, secured, and accessible. It has a good CATV and internet connection for emails and other surfing activities. On top of the nice things about the place, you will also experience the best treatment from the unit Host "Mr. Cocoy". James' was very helpful with all the queries I needed esp. locating the place and he also gave us recommendations on where to go. James and Alex were also quick in moving us to a new room with a bigger bed on our first night, so thanks for that! Despite having to check-out earlier than the booking dates, James' was very understanding and Alex was also helpful in getting us a cab to the bus terminal. Overall : very affordable, nice place and has a quiet neighborhood with cute doggies ^_^

The place was accessible to the tourist spots in Davao. It's between Airport and the downtown area of the City. The place was clean, cozy and safe. Arrived in Davao City early in the morning.. Owner was kind enough to let us leave our things in their office so we can follow our itinerary for the day. Owner was also very responsive to our messages and was very pleasant to talk to. Staff were very accommodating and responds to our requests/queries in a timely manner. Would definitely book them when I get back to Davao. :)

If you are planning to travel to davao city, consider this place. The studio room we stayed in for 6 days was very nice. The place is near to SM ecoland (5-10mins walk). Getting a taxi is very easy because the staff is readily available to help you. And they have security guard all evening to assist you all night. We will definitely go back.

Joseph's place is clean and cozy. I have stayed at his place twice. The place is in a very quite neighborhood. It is not far from the city. You will spend less than 250 pesos to go to abreeza mall and less than 125 pesos to go to sm city mall using taxi. You can also ride motorbike (habal habal) to matina crossing and from there take taxi to various destinations. There is a convenient store less than a minute walk and also restaurants and coffee shop at walkable distance from Joseph's place. If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, then I highly recommend to choose Joseph's place. The caretaker of the place was very responsive and answered all questions to my satisfaction.

Very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay. The condo has pretty much everything you need. Well-placed for eating out and going to the mall etc. Friendly and helpful guards. Evelyn, her sister and the caretaker were really helpful. If you have a problem, they will sort it out. Highly recommended!

Stayed 1 month. We liked palmetto place, the pool and gardens are very good. The flat was roomy and adequate, the 2nd bathroom is a plus when guests stayed. The only negative was the aircon which is in the bedroom and not working efficiently, we needed it on a lot so the electricity costs were high. I believe it needs regassing.

A nice -albeit small- clean, quiet condo which was a good value for the money. The only drawback was to was not within walking distance of any shops or restaurants that I saw.

The place is clean and nice though a bit small. Host & her local manager were easy to deal with and very accommodating. The condo has very nice facilities (pool, playground, laundry) and is very near the main road so getting a cab is pretty easy.

The host had a family member waiting for us at the apartment even though we arrived late. The photos are accurate and most everything functioned well. The furniture is basic but serviceable and the kitchen/living room area is not very large. The master bedroom was a nice size though.

It was a condo very comfortable. There is also Paul, I did not use it, but the children of tenants were swimming happily. No problem also furniture inside, it is a comfortable furniture as interior. Only one vacuum cleaner is whether the old type, the problem did not give good working. The stay in Davao, we will use again.
