Nice house inside an estate, located in the beautiful Guiniguada ravine 5 minutes from the Canarian garden, full of native flora 15 from the Gran Canaria stadium and 20 from the beach of Las Canteras. It is a very cozy cottage that was once used for animals in the area. It has a private garden, very cozy where you can sunbathe, read, eat drinking surrounded by nature... a very relaxing experience, we recommend them and we are happy to welcome you.

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
