Nice house in farmhouse of approximately 55 m2. It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.

Located near Dinan (3 minutes) and Lancieux Beach (15 minutes), it will allow you to discover our beautiful Côtes d'Armor region. Our place is quiet, and adjoins our main house but you will be totally independent. A terrace at the rear of the property will allow you to enjoy the sun and also have a nice barbecue. It has two bathrooms, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and a sofa (non-convertible). We look forward to hosting you!!
