Not only was the apartment in an incredible location and just as shown in the pictures, Beatriz was a first class host and willing to arrange or help us arrange transportation to anywhere on the island. It was easy to communicate with her and she answered every question we could have had in a timely and very helpful manner; she even picked us up from the southern part of island and took us to the apartment. I would recommend renting a car while in Tenerife for ease of getting around but I would highly recommend staying here. It was right on the water and there is public transport right near the apartment as well. Thank you again Bea!!

Stay at Beatriz accommodation has been perfect. As for the apartment it is very nice, relaxing and very well located beachfront, a corner of charm; besides having all the equipment and proper cleaning to have a good stay. In the complex there is also a wide range of services and facilities that allow a good time playing sports; pool, tennis, diving school, hiking, ... As the owner can say that des the time of booking has been predisposed to give us all the information we've asked, doing her best to help us to know the island and every corner. Overall very pleased to have had this experience.

First all of all the island is much more than we expected. The week we spent there was very active, gained lots of experiences as we discovered the island. We rented a car, drove with that so we had easy access to everywhere. We had our very own parking lot in the building where Beatriz's apartmant was. The flat was very nice, very clean, equipped with everything we wanted. The building and the area was also clean and quiet after 10pm. Beatriz is a very good host, she put lots of energies into us feeling good in her home and in the island (offering places, restaurants, activities to visit and do). We loved having our breakfast and at the evening watching the sunset in her built-in teracce with a lovely view on the ocean. Everything was just perfect. very well recommended place and suite. Thanx Beatriz!!!!!

Beatriz, the owner of flat was very friendly and helpful. She wait for us directly on place and she made a small guide for Tenerife sightseeing, which was very useful. I can offer for everybody this place and flat, mostly for families, because everything is near which need for childrens and for slightly rest after a long day. Beatriz as a tourist guide showing exactly perfect, how has to operate a really Airbnb apartment/flat!!! Thanks for breakfast also and small presents, fantastic, that she thought on this also. A fantastic travel experience. The whole apartment and are exactly like the photos and descriptions beautiful, with nice decoration (demaciado for children who want to play ...), incredible view from the balconies where you can eat, very easy access to the pool and small black sand beaches (also a pool of very nice sea, at the end of December). We were lucky with the weather. Mouna was very cozy, had everything you need and more in the kitchen. And the apartment very well placed with some restaurants within 10 minutes walking, Santa Cruz and La Laguna a 15-minute drive stays near the volcano paths and equal distance from the North and South.

Great experience! we had the best time in Mouna's apartment. The apartment was very clean and with a lot of space. We had the opportunity to visit a lot of places around the island because of the locations. The supermarket was close enough. I travel with my wife and daughters (8 years old and 1 year baby) Mouna got a crib for our baby and was very kind with all of us. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We even saw one day dolphins in the sea. The beach below are very convenient and with a lot of people, good for family as the water is calm and for single guys I think would be great as a lot of single people hangs around there. Mouna's attentions, she definitely put all her effort to make you feel as at home. Another thing we loved was the apartment had everything to live comfortable. The balcony is amazing and the swimming pool for the kids was very convenient. In general it was one of the best experiences I've had in airbnb.

Mouna was the loveliest host I have ever had on AirBnB. Not only was the house stocked with some essentials such as eggs, yogurt, bread, water, and many other things, she also helped us settle in, show us the apartment, and the rest of the building. She also gave amazing recommendations for what to do whilst we were there. Not only was she lovely, but the apartment was clean and beautiful. We had an amazing view of the sea. Also, the apartment was in a perfect location, as it was so easy to access the northern and southern parts of the island from it. Our homestand Mouna was fabulous. We could not be more comfortable and the views from the terrace are formidable. Mouna welcomed us from the first day with proximity and professionalism. It was a very polite, respectful, friendly and efficient throughout hostess. With people like that make you want to repeat! The apartment location is very good for touring the island and close to Santa Cruz to shop, for example. We were traveling with three small children and although we are super-picky housing conditions (safety, comfort, silence, etc ...) Mouna floor were not disappointed at all! We recommend this lovely apartment to anyone who wants to spend a dream vacation in Tenerife. Mouna, was a lovely host and made us feel really welcome and relaxed in her spacious home. She even came to look for us when we got lost on the road! She showed us around the apartment and pointed out the local sites and was thoughtful enough to leave fruit/ teas and water for us. The apartment was very clean and there was an abundance of towels, soap, bed linen etc. It was a real home from home, which when you are travelling with a small child was perfect. The view is spectacular and eating on the well-kept balcony was definitely a highlight. The local beach and marina (with black sand) was a 10 minute walk from apartment and if you wanted golden sand, this is 15 minutes in the car. There are small shops for emergency bits that you may need a short walk away and a Lidl/ large supermarket 10minute drive. Tabaiba is a small village and a short car journey to the main town with local markets. If you want to stay clear of the tourist trap of Tenerife this location and apartment are ideal. We were really sad to leave! Thank you so much Mouna.

A cosy and well maintained apartment with a totally mind-blowing view over the Baibaba bay. A genuine and non-touristy environment, including a boardwalk, and a small harbor with restaurants and bars. A nice pool and a couple of sheltered beaches. And last but not least a very warm and caring owner, Mouna, who took care of us as we were old friends. Huge recommendations!

We had a great family holiday in Tenerife staying at Mouna's home. It is just as pictured and very clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains and the ocean are stunning and the deck was lovely for breakfast and relaxing. Our kids loved exploring the beach below the house and swimming in the ocean. Mouna's communication was excellent before the trip, at check in, and during the trip she was available if we had questions. She gave us many suggestions on what to do and even left us a lovely bottle of wine. Five stars all the way around!!!!

We have the apartment as a couple (mid 20s) booked and were completely satisfied with everything. The arrival went well and we were very friendly received and taken to the apartment. Everything was nicely decorated and super clean! The communication was both before, during and after the holiday outstanding (in English). Also worth mentioning is the small, well-stocked supermarket is right outside the door. The apartment has upscale amenities including underground parking (be careful, very tight entry and exit). We were very happy and would go back again :)

Great place to spend a romantic time

Great place to stay in. Everything is perfect about this place. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to make you feel home and welcomed. Javier is a great host and he communicated with us to make sure our stay all the way from booking to check out was smooth and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this Tabaiba apartment for one week. Javier was a great host, always replayed immediately to some questions and was assertive to meet any concerns, although we didn't really have any. The apartment is beautiful, complete furnished, with all new stuff and lovely tough trough to the last detail. You get a very comfortable feel in it, like in a luxury hotel almost. The best thing about it is the large terrace with a great view - which you also get to see from the bedroom. To wake up with this view every morning is something special. It has a parking also, which makes things convenient. Tabaiba is a good place to be, since you are away from those mass tourist crowded spots, so you enjoy the exclusivity. There is a lovely beach in place itself, however its very convenient to drive eather to north or south to those beautiful sandy beaches (max half an hour drive) or to the local towns, if you want to change a little bit. We seen much of the island from there, but the driving is convenient since the highway is all around. Would recommend rent a car, and that goes for any spot on the island, as you can experience the most. Anyway, had a great time, it a nice place to rent.

Everything was like at the pictures. Inclusive the furniture at the balcony. Perfect flat for lazy or active days. It was uncomplicated and we cannot complain anything. Beautiful view to the see. The appartement is really perfect. You need for holidays a rented car, so you can reach all sights of tenerife in less than one hour.

It was all very well, great views and very good location for getting around the island. Miguel was friendly and invited us to a local wine.

Above all else we appreciated the glorious view from Miguel 's terrace.His flat is far from the madding crowd at the popular beaches yet close enough to arrive at the sea by descending the staircase as seen in the photos.Once down the stairs in Radazul take advantage of the excellent pizzas available from Da'Stephano.You can burn the calories on your way back up the stairs! Miguel was easy to contact and rectified immediately a problem we had with Internet (URL HIDDEN) others have already mentioned his place was spacious enough for two and very clean. We found shampoo, sunscreen, salt,pepper and a few other items to compliment our dinner shopping without having to buy every ingredient.We enjoyed our stay chez Miguel and would recommend his place to all looking for a cosy stay in a friendly neighborhood .

The apartment fits the description on the site, so it's even more complete (there is really all you can serve in a house), and only live you can not really appreciate the beauty of the panorama from the balcony! Miguel was extremely available from start to finish of the holiday, and for welcoming them and for recommending a few tips to move more easily into place, the more we are also concerned to keep informed if served us anything during your stay, the top short ! The location is strategic for those who want to move both north and south of the island, both by public transport (there is a stop very close) and by car (there is also a garage and many parking spaces around ), also a short distance there is also a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. The cleanliness is excellent, dishes, cookware, linens and towels included. No problem even with the neighbors, no excessive noise or other behavior that could be annoying. There is, as described, the WiFi working perfectly, excellent ally for those who, like me, did not trigger rates for abroad during the holiday. In conclusion, the apartment is highly recommended to those who want to get a good tour of the island with no worries!

Miguel Apartments are in a great location on the north-eastern part of the island with an amazing view of the sea. In peshoy availability of a large number of restaurants, shops and access to safe and calm bay with clear water (the beach). By car 10-15 minutes to the center of Santa Cruz, 35 minutes from the South airport. The apartment is very cozy and clean, lots of cosmetics and hygienic appliances, nice kitchen and a comfortable, pleasant and comfortable furniture. In the evening on the terrace creates a very romantic atmosphere. If it turns out - will definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay we loved it. Flat was basic but perfect. The view and sound of the sea was delightful. The lift leads you directly down to the beach and ocean, You can walk along the rocks which lead to the port where there is a fantastic restaurant serving fresh food. Domingo met us at the flat and explained everything. there is a private car park which is great and there is a good restaurant in front of apartment and a few bars. We celebrated new years eve in the local bar up the road.

Everything is well, Domingo is very friendly and the apartment is comfortable and clean. The view on sea is great. There is parking, wifi and a pool connected to the sea with lot of fish... We recommend !

The host was very friendly and the offer to pick us up at the airport on arrival was very much appreciated. He was also very good at providing us with advice on local knowledge when requested. Our stay at the home of Egoitz and Elena was very nice. We have all kinds of facilities for the collection and delivery of keys. They are very friendly and close. Willing to solve any problem or situation other than the taste of the host. We emphasize the housecleaning and wonderful access to beaches that are under the house. the sea is heard from the house. A lovely balcony to enjoy and with space for your pet. No doubt, repeat.

Nice clean spacious apartment over looking the sea. Supermarket and bus stops both within a 3/4 minute walk and plenty of on street parking. Only let down was the kitchen, very limited to no equipment so had to spend more than planned on eating out. Balcony didn't lock but was several floors up so not a massive issue. Great location and right next to the main highway but the apartment was more basic than expected.

Nice big apartments, is not far from Santa Cruz. It has everything you need and more! Nice view of the ocean. There is an exit to the sea, you can swim in the open ocean. Available closed parking. Margo is very friendly, can give advice where to go and what to see.

The apartment of Margot is located right in the first row by the sea a beautiful very clean apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, and terrace. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Included is a beautiful sea view of the Atlantic Ocean. We felt very comfortable, within 1 minute you're down at the beach and can swim in the Atlantic or a natural swimming pool. Margot is a very sought sympathetic friendly person who makes every effort. On arrival they had arranged for breakfast the next day. I can really recommend her husband and her home on!

Very good location, very nice and details for the guest, comfortable for 4, with a view to the sea floor and ears. If I go back to Tenerife to relax and enjoy the sea, I repeat safe.

Margot warmly greeted us and told a lot of useful information about Tenerife, shown on the map all the attractions, routes and places to visit are required. The apartment is fully consistent with the photos, but in reality looks even better. Separate words deserves a nice balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean! The apartments are very clean and bright. Successful layout, comfortable furniture, the apartment is fully equipped up to the smallest detail, in general, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a parking space in the garage of the complex multi-level, it is also a significant plus.

Apartment very carefully and with a sea view magnificent, sleep perfectly with the background noise of the sea lapping the shore, which relaxes you greatly, the area is good, the elevator leaves you almost 2 steps from the sea and the pool natural. Nearby is a supermarket and several hospitality businesses that facilitate greatly instance. His only weak point is the parking, quite messy, but that's not the fault of host but of that design. I recommend it with pleasure.

The homestand Helena was great. The location is perfect for touring the island (where available car) and the views are unbeatable, they felt like not leaving home! ;) To highlight just a negative, I missed a good enclosure on the windows because I have trouble sleeping and light bothers me, but nothing that can not be resolved with a good eye mask (for the next, first to the suitcase, as repeat). Helena, just say, that was the perfect hostess. That said, we repeat!

We stayed in Helena's lovely apartment in January 2016. She made us feel very welcome and she was so lovely and friendly. Her apartment is exactly like it looks in photos and the balcony has a superb view. We saw the sunrise every morning. It has everything you could need. We would recommend having a car for convenience, it makes it easier to get around.

We arrive at 1:30 AM and Helena was there waiting for us. Very nice apartment with a great view and a very welcoming host.

We had an amazing time in Conchi's appartment and can absolutely recommend to stay there. It is a very remote and cozy place, nobody will ever disturb you in this neat appartment, which is why it's especially great for couples. The view over the Atlantic is magnificent. The kitchen and bathroom both are well equipped. You can easily cook all your meals there. Communication was always fast, easy and reliable. We'd come back anytime when in the area.

Helena waited for our arrival (we were a little late than agreed) and was very kind. The apartment is very nice and welcoming, as in the photo published on the site. is was our first lodging experience in the apartment as usually opt for hotels and we were soddisfatti.Consigliamo the car to be able to turn freely on the island so do not know if the district and well served by transport links. Easy connections to close access all'autostrada.Il district does not offer local / small restaurants or at least minimal therefore advisable to move to other places (Candelaria, St. Cruz, Laguna) if you are not in the apartment.

The location is perfect for touring the island with rental car and enjoy both the views of the sea and the amazing coastline from the house. Beatriz is a sweetheart and is always available and willing to solve any unforeseen.

We arrived late and yet such a friendly welcome! Absolutely no problem and very proffesionell. The apartment looks like in the photos, but the view is even more beautiful. While there is swimming, a supermarket and various bars and restaurants, a rental car is absolutely necessary.

A great place to relax by the ocean. Apartment beautiful, large (approximately 6 people) located in a quiet area, 10 km from the capital and about 20 of the most beautiful beach on the island - Teresitas. It is essential that the car because the nearest beach about 1.5 km., To the store about 1 km away. The apartment stocked with towels, bed linen, iron, washing machine, dryer, etc. Cleanliness 4. From the host everything professionally .. I highly recommend as a base for groups of friends or family.

The apartment exceeds the paintings- the establishment and the views are simply superb! We have not met in person Libe, key collection and communication have but works flawlessly. It was even provided wine and biscuits! There is a grocery store nearby - but you have to know that Radazul Basso consists mainly of apartment buildings and houses rather high. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the apartment thoroughly!

It was a real nice moment for us in this flat just in front of the sea. The neighboorhood is really quiet. Beside the quality of the bed is on the top (even better than most 5 stars hotels!)

Hello I recommend to all this apart because it is really very pleasant dy a holiday be without several sticking together in others. The view of the living room and the master suite is just magical !!! Radazul is located 15-20 min drive from santa cruz, has 45 minutes from Los Cristianos and 15 minutes walk you can go for a swim on the beach kon seen from the balcony. The area is quiet and secure. I recommend you go there, you would not be disappointed because the owner provide quite dequipement in the house this ki is very nice of him (such as baby bath, golf club, mask and snorkel, beach bucket and play poir child, shower gel, laundry and a welcome gift waiting for us in pti my fridge, ct super !!!!! We stayed in Julia's place for 10 days in March. We were looking for an apartment close to Santa Cruz that would accommodate four people. It was my first booking through Airbnb and i must say that it was a pleasant one. After I have booked the place I immediately received a confirmation from Julia who was also very helpful with tips about interesting places where we could travel. The apartment is on top floor with great views of the ocean. It is quite spacious and could actually accommodate five people. The kitchen is well equipped for every day cooking and you can enjoy a nice meal on the balcony. The parking has never been a problem. You can always find a spot near the bulding. It is right next to the highway so getting to different parts of the island is not a problem if you rent a car. The owner was always helpful and would answer our questions instantaneously. She actually left for us a bunch of bananas as a welcome present which was a nice touch. We have actually not used the swimming pool, as the water was still quite cold, but it is well maintained and clean.

It is a spacious apartment. Very well oriented facing the sea. Beautiful views of the sunrise. Complete with new refrigerator, microwave, towels, hair dryer, etc ... Tabaiba is a strategic site if you want to move around the island. Communication with Julia and her son Paul was excellent. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Perfect place to stay in Tenerife! We have just returned after three weeks in this lovely and spacious apartment. Everything was perfect! We especially enjoyed the beautiful panoramic view from the terrace, overlooking the sea and the mountains. We ate every meal out there! We also enjoyed the big clean pool very much. Perfect for the kids! There is also a very nice "sea-pool" with cliffs and a small beach, within a short walk from the apartment. We recommend you try the restaurant down there. The apartment is located perfectly. Near Santa Cruz, and easily accesable from the highway. It was so easy and quick to get everywhere on this extraordinarily beautiful island with our rented car. 30-45 minuts was all it took to get almost everywhere. Shopping was very easy. There is a nice supermarket five minuts walk from the apartment. And a very large shopping center with everything you could ever want, five minuts away by car. Pablo, Julia, and their lovely daughter Lucia were the best hosts you could ever ask for! So warm and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome! They had some very useful tips, so we got to see places we wouldn't have found on our own. Ex: local beaches, farmers market, lovely restaurants and beautiful sights. There is no room in this review to list all the great sites, eateries and beaches we got to experience during our stay, so please trust us when we say: You should go to Tenerife! (PS: Tenerifians are open and welcoming.) We would recommend this place for everyone! We were very happy with our experience, and we hope to go again some day!

Just spent 15 nights in Julias and Pablos lovely apartment in Tabaiba. We had a great time! We were there with our two kids (3 years and 9 months). Great view, spacious apartment and great hosts made our stay very enjoyable. Walking distance to a small shop, the ocean, bus stop and a beautiful walk to the closest village Radazul. We would recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet retreat. Great for families.

Our stay at Angel's place was a memorable experience. On arrival, we got lost and he didn't hesitate to pick us up from nearby place. His apartment is even better than it looks in pics. The locality is just how we like it. Quiet and out of the way. A car is essential. The terrace was our best chilling place-plenty of sun. The huge cacti in the terrace are amazing. They must be many many years old. The small kitchen is well equipped. The massage shower is a thrill esp with the radio on. The beds comfortable and the whole place is well planned. Plenty of electric sockets, flat screen Tv. I connected my laptop and viewed netflix. I was very happy with the security doors. The surrounding area is very beautiful. The closest beach is less than 10 min drive. Very clean and secluded. A little Tapas bar provides drinks and snacks all day long. Angel is always available for info. He even brought us a bottle of wine. We will most definately return here next year. 24-26* in Dec. What more do you want? Thanks Angel for a really memorable stay.

Fantastic flat and great host. Lovely flat with a beautiful terrace in a quiet area. Very close to the city of Santa Cruz as well as to the Southern towns of Tabaiba, Radazul and Candelaria. Would recommend having a car, since it is harder to access on public transport. Angel was wonderful, close and helpful, would definitely come back to his place!

Ángel was the perfect host. Attentive, easy-going and full of tips. The flat was very clean, and quite functional. Great ratio quality / price, we'd come back if we decide to come back to Tenerife. Thanks for everything sir!

Accurately described. Very secluded and peaceful. A great place to relax and unwind and well positioned for visiting most places on the island. We would say that a car is essential. Angel provides an excellent introduction to Tenerife with lots of useful advice. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Fully recommended !! The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very quiet and bright. Breakfast on the terrace is wonderful. Perfect place to unwind and breathe. If you are looking to escape the city, this is the ideal place. Angel has been a pleasure to meet you and treat you. We had a great time. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: big, bright and clean. Big favorite for the terrace where it is more pleasant to take sunbathing. Angel was a fantastic host: he gave us many tips on places to visit, good restaurants to emphasize ... Everything was perfect. Angel thank you for everything and see you soon!

We spend two happy weeks in Angel´s excellent and elegant flat which was crowned by his welcoming and very informative help and advises. The apartment is designed by an architect and therefore all details function and materials are stylish and comfortable. We loved the sunny garden! Excellent WiFi. We had a car and went in few minutes to swim (natural sea pools) and visited every day interesting places in northern part of island. Actually we fell in love with the island and it´s people. Thank you Angel! We recommend 100%.

We spent 3 days in Angel's place. It is very nice and the terrace is great to spend some times outside. The flat is well equiped with all we needed for the stay and secure. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can get a nice view over the ocean. Also, parking is very easy. Angel is a fantastic host, he welcomed us very nicely and presented us the island very well. He gave us what he called now "la enciclopedia de Angel" with all the best of the island, from roads to take to restaurants to go. Do not hesitate to spend several days here, you will love it for sure!
