The annex is small but cosy, it has everything, from kitchen annex and equipment, bathroom essentials, iron with board to umbrella for rainy days and couple of books to read. You have separate entrance and road parking.

A pleasant stay with a friendly hostess. Lovely en - suite room with fridge & microwave - the essentials & just enough crockery for 2. Comfy bed too with great power shower.

The first thing we noticed about Sonia's place was that it's bigger than the photos suggest. Sonia, herself, is a great host and we wanted for nothing (especially clean towels - a mountain of them:). The accommodation has everything you could need and is spotlessly clean. A perfect location for us as we were able to use the A39 to explore the North Devon and North Cornwall coasts taking in Clovelly, Tintagel, Port Isaac (we said 'hi' to Doc Martin) and Padstow (we said 'hi' to Rick Stein). If the weather had been less windy it would have been the perfect holiday, however, the wind certainly blew away the cobwebs and the coastal walks are the best ever! We would thoroughly recommend Sonia's place to any travellers setting out to explore the coastal towns in the area. Pin and Philip Allen

Great little annexe in a superb location - a short walk to some nice pubs, and very near Bude. It had everything we needed and Sonia was very helpful taking us in at the last minute after we had to abandon camping due to bad weather (of course). This is a great place to stay for a couple exploring the area.

This place is perfect if you need a (very) confortable, clean and cosy room to stay for a few days or even a week. Sonia has thought of everything that guests might need and the room is just perfect for what we wanted. Located in Stratton very near to bude, wide mouth bay, marhamchurch and a short drive to tintagel and surrounding eateries. There is on street residential parking and we never failed to get a space along Sonia's road so there shouldn't be any issues with that. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area. We would come back if we ever visit Bude again!

Great stay at Neal's with my husband for 5 nights. Right in the centre of town but with a view of the sea. Very clean as well as a cosy bolthole during an unseasonably cold spring. Plenty of hot water, a good powerful shower and a comfy bed, and Neal kindly left us milk and some Cornish shortbread for our stay. Only comment would be that my husband is a light sleeper and was woken up most nights by the sound of people leaving the nearby sports bar above Boots (I was dead to the world though!). We just got back from a great stay in Neal's apartment. Flat was spacious and light with everything you need and the comfiest bed! In a great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking isn't a problem with many car parks around and free overnight parking on the road. Would recommend for a lovely trip away.

This little apartment is great, really lovely decoration, cosy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly think of needing is here. Very clean. Brilliant communication and very good value. The parking could be an issue for some people as the lane at the back of the property id narrow but fine for us. There are a couple of other flats off the shared courtyard but everyone was friendly. Just a few stapes and you're into town, all round a great experience and highly recommended.

My daughter and I arrived to a beautifully clean and cosy abode. There were little details which made us feel very welcome too. These included a packet of biscuits and a pint of milk in the fridge. There was a folder which had considered all the information we might need and the general feel of the place was lovely. There were decor details which certainly got us into the feel of being by the seaside and Foredeck is in a brilliant position having access to the town and beach. My only sadness is that we didn't have longer to explore more.

We had a lovely stay at Foredeck,it is perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. Bude and the surrounding areas were great fun to explore and coming back to the apartment at the end of the day was brilliant. Ruth was easy to get hold of and was very accommodating. The bed was also incredibly comfy!!

Coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were waiting our arrival…and were very welcome after a long drive. This is a lovely flat, very warm, comfortable, light and airy, in a great position just a few steps from the town centre and a short walk to Crooklets' beach. Ruth has thought of everything you might need to make your stay perfect. We stayed for a weekend and would definitely re-book if we were coming to Bude again. We've recommended it to friends already.

Absolutely faultless. Beautifully finished and stocked with all and more that you need for a stay. This place is very spacious and well laid out. This is a perfect flat and has all that you need for a stay in Bude. Also easy access and a quick walk to the town and seafront. Although we stayed in a rainy January this would have been a great place to be stuck in for a few days. A real home from home feel. We would recommend this to everyone. We did not meet the host, but did not need to. All wes professionally catered fro and thought of. 10/10

Tina's lodges are a lovely hidden gem in the Cornish countryside! Perfect for families wanting to get away from it all & a perfect location for exploring the Cornish coastline. Just remember to bring your own towels. Toiletries & bathroom essentials are available in the shop on site. The photos are very accurate & this accommodation is good value for money. Would definitely recommend Tina's lodges as a perfect hideaway!

Very hospital-able people. Very nice location which the kids and the dog loved. Tina was very welcoming.

Our arrival process was perfect, and the added surprise of scones, clotted cream and jam made a great first impression. The cabin was well equipped and made food preparation very easy! (Though we ate out a lot!) Plenty of space for walking the dogs and they also enjoyed their trip. The location is perfect for exploring some of North Devon as well as Cornwall and the nearby village of Stratton has a dog friendly pub - Kings Arms where our two were spoilt by the owners and drinkers!

Place was just as expected - lovely little lodge, easily accessible for the A39 and convenient for the shops in Bude which was just down the road. Hosts were super friendly and happy to help!

Lizzie's place is fantastic, flat is very spacious and modern, well equipped and suitable for both families with kids or group of friends. The location is great, right in the middle of town centre, close to shops, bars and restaurants yet surprisingly quiet. The closest beach is only few minutes away - so one can easily walk in a wetsuit for a morning surf and buy fresh scones on the way back. Everything what Cornwall is about :-) Lizzie has been a great host, very flexible and helpful, we travelled with a very young child and the flat was very well prepared for such a guest with a travel cot and extra bed linen. Lizzie goes an extra mile to make her guest feel comfortable and welcome. Parking may be a slight challenge, but there are plenty of free options available close by - so not an issue really. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely flat - light, airy & spacious in period building with beautiful sash windows but every mod con. Very well equipped & tastefuly furnished. Perfect location - central for everything. Right on the edge of town & Summerleaze beach. We did not miss the car at all & loved the views. Handy shed for boards/wetsuits/buggies. Lizzie is a great host - always helpful, communicative & efficient. Prompt responses & great recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay. We had an awesome time, despite the weather!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Bude. It's a short walk to the beach and great fun at night as it's close to restaurants. Very clean, with it's very own organ, great for my 8 year old! Light and airy with modern furniture and an outdoor store for sandy wetsuits, surfboards etc. The instructions were very straightforward and Lizzie was very communicative and responds to messages within minutes. Top place, definitely coming back!

This is a gem of a place! We had a fantastic time in a perfect location, a minute away from the beautiful coast path and beach. The views from the sitting room are breathtaking, and the whole flat is deceptively spacious with a warm cosy feeling. It was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We particularly appreciated the well kitted out kitchen, good selection of films and comfy beds! A big thank you to Gareth's Dad for welcoming us and for the cakes, flowers and Prosecco. We were made to feel really welcome. Thanks for checking everything was okay mid way through our visit, Gareth. This was our first booking through Airbnb and I couldn't fault it.

The views from the flat are breathtaking, as it just a stones throw away from crooklets beach and the costal path. The flat was extremely clean and well stocked with tea and milk. We even had fresh cake and prosecco on our arrival! It is about a 10 minute walk from the central shops in Bude. It is also about 1 minute from Rosie's kitchen which serves amazing comfort food. I couldn't recommend Gareth's place and Bude enough! The perfect relaxing getaway.

Gareth's lovely Dad met us when we arrived to the flat in the dark. He showed us the way and made sure we got inside safely :) There was a bottle of wine in the fridge and some fresh mince pies which we thoroughly enjoyed ! The beach house had everything you could possibly need including toiletries, cooking equipment, board games, DVDs and beach/surf gear for the warmer months. We felt right at home and loved every minute of it! The house is in such a wonderful location with a stunning cliff walk located right outside your doorstep. The flat has some absolutely amazing views and we didn't want to leave! We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a cosy seaside holiday. We will be coming back as soon as we can - thanks Gareth !

What a great place to stay! The location could not get any better. The pictures shown on the website are beautiful, but don't do justice to the reality. My wife and I travelled from Vancouver, Canada, with our two young kids and we loved it. From walking the cliff trails outside our front door, to crabbing in the rock pools below our window and falling asleep to the sound of the waves, this place was magical. The flat has everything you could need and the local treat and bottle of bubbly on our arrival were a nice touch. Gareth was a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We had an amazing time in Bude at Dave's apartment. It is in a great location right in the centre with lovely views and about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for us and our 1 year old so. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking am meal but there are also plenty of places to eat out. Dave was really helpful showing us round, making us feel at home and recommending places to visit and eat while we were there. We would like to say a big thanks to Dave for being so welcoming and providing a home from home. Bude is a beautiful place!

My friends and I spent an amazing two days in Bude enjoying the beaches and surfing in the area. Dave's flat was wonderfully central and 2 minutes walk to be beach. Dave was a fantastic host and recommended places to park, cafes, bars and even organised us discounted surf hire. The flat itself was large, clean and ideal for the short break we enjoyed. Very nice apartment with good location in central Bude. Clean & tidy and got some good advice about the area. Are a few nice restaurants nearby but it's advisable to book in advance as they turned out to be quite busy.

Our first Airbnb experience and we loved this apartment. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The apartment and location was perfect for us. Dave was not around for the duration of our stay but communication was good. Would certainly consider this again should we return to the area.

Dave was really easy to communicate with, was there to welcome us and helped us find parking, places to eat and beaches to walk to.

We had a fantastic stay at Alanah-May's lovely pad, nestled in the Cornish countryside. The kitchen/lounge is light and airy, while the bedroom is rustic and cosy with great slate flooring with a large shower room. The apartment offers the comforts of a homely rural cottage, while being only a short drive from the coast. The local area is lovely and quite with many small villages to explore, however the lively seaside town of Bude is only 10 minutes away and offers some great places to eat and drink. We would love to visit Stibb again, and hopefully will be returning to Alanah-May's pad again very soon.

Fantastic little extension to the main house. The bedroom retains older features of the main house and the living room and kitchen are great. Surroundings are fantastic with wildlife all around. Rabbits, birds of prey (buzzards and kestrels), and even a fox (not a big fat city fox either) made this place very entertaining and definitely added to the draw of this location. We would recommend this place to people and it's location allowed plenty of chance to discover the surrounding area.

A very nice house to stay. The house is comfortable and warm. Complete decorated. It offers a lot of privacy. You need a car when you want to see the surrounding. Alanah-May and her mother want to help if there is any question. We have a nice stay and we can surely recommanded the accomodation.

We had the most wonderful weekend getaway in Stibb. It is a perfect blend of cosy cottage with genuine slate floors and modern feel with the floor to ceiling windows. The place is the ideal size for two with a large bedroom, a fully functioning kitchen/lounge and a very cute garden. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful weekend away. With scenic beaches a matter of minutes away it's ideal for exploring as well. It is nestled well into the countryside but the directions were brilliant so we didn't have trouble finding it. Thank you again Alannah-May.

Fantastic spot, a lovely litte space just off the beaten track and away from the rat race, but close enough to get to Bude and some fantastic local beaches in no time. My family and I had one of the most restful nights ever here. Highly recommended. Sophie is wonderful too, looked after us and made us feel very welcome!

Such a nice quiet space. If you are looking for a complete break and to disappear from the rat race for a few days I would recommend a stay here. Hosts were very welcoming. Once we were shown around we never saw them again until we left. This was ideal for us as by nature we are a shy couple. The Donkeys are lovely! It is only a short distance to many of the attractions on the North Coast of Devon. Will be staying here again when we are able. Rob...

Great rural location and complete escapism from a busy life in a city. Transport is required and there is no WIFI or TV so bring board games / cards or books. Our daughter loved feeding the donkeys :-)

Sophie and William were lovely hosts in a countryside location within easy reach of the coast. Although large, the room quickly became cosy by lighting the wood-burning stove. The walk-in shower was refreshing in the morning. Gluten free breakfast ingredients were provided on request, which was especially thoughtful.

A wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful and the attention to detail impeccable. We loved the welcome and departure gifts. Have never had the latter before. The views are stunning and the peaceful setting made it a very memorable holiday.
