Spread out in the bright, airy spaciousness of this fine contemporary apartment set across two floors. Eclectic accents include a rainbow of coloured glass ornaments, terrarium, living plants, and a fresh herb wall that cooks will love. This apartment is situated on a quiet residential block and therefore, there are STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS permitted. It is decorated in natural tones with pops of colour throughout. The first floor is a completely dedicated living space with a huge open plan cooking, living and dining area with sliding doors opening onto a beautiful contemporary outdoor cooking and entertainment balcony. The new kitchen has NEFF appliances including an induction cooktop, convection oven as well as a full size fridge/freezer. The upper floor is a quiet rest and relaxation floor featuring two large bedrooms. The Master BR features a deluxe ensuite, and the 2nd bedroom provides a restful and sleep inducing space. There are two additional single beds nestled into a fun and unique cubby space for singles, kids and teenagers alike! The apartment has a fully fitted laundry and washer with self dosing detergent, free WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix account access, keyless entry and carparking. For your complete comfort all year round, hydronic heating is provided throughout for those chilly Melbourne mornings and air conditioning for summer. MIMI has a fully landscaped front garden with two on site car parking spaces. (shared between three apartments). MIMI - Treetops is located on the first and second floors and has its own private entry. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed St Kilda is Melbourne's beachside playground. It's renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, the safe, sandy beach, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, parks and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafes, and its colourful past and present. It is a short stroll to the No 16, 96 and 12 tram routes. Complimentary Myki Melbourne Public Transport Cards are provided with about $20 credit. Please feel free to use the cards and top up any credit used. I also offer two other apartments: MIMI - Garden View and MIMI - City View, at the same location. If you have mobility issues, then I would recommend booking MIMI - Garden View. However if you are looking for a bigger place for three or more families, you may like to book more than one of my apartments. I can also provide the complimentary use of lots of baby items such as a portacot, pram/push chairs/stroller, high chair, car restraint etc.
