Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. Outside there are terraces with sun all day, plenty of space, and only 300 meters to a nice sandy beach, as well as a 15-minute walk to Skallerup Klit Resort.

There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The house is 61 m2 but well furnished with double beds in two of the rooms, as well as a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room in one.
