Newly renovated house, built in delicious materials, lots of cottage charm with a modern touch. Here, coziness and togetherness are highly valued with a large open kitchen/living room with large windows that bring nature right into the living room. Also, a cozy little alcove where the little ones can hide. The house has 2 rooms with 3/4 beds and a bunk room that is best suited for children. Outside there are terraces with sun all day, plenty of space, and only 300 meters to a nice sandy beach, as well as a 15-minute walk to Skallerup Klit Resort.

This exclusive beach house is built with respect for nature and fits perfectly into the unique dune landscape. Enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue waters from the living room, the bedroom or one of the terraces. Inside, there is a lovely bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed for two, and a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a dining area, upholstered benches, an open-plan kitchen – and two extra sleeping places in a cosy, secluded alcove.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Huset der indbyder til hygge og afslapning, ligger kun få minutters gang til havet og de mange smukke solnedgange. Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2024/2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.
