The caravan is on the outskirts allonby. Allonby is a village on the coast of the Allerdale district in Cumbria, England. The village is 5 miles north of Maryport and 8 miles south of Silloth. The town of Carlisle is located 26 miles away.

The Shed has been custom built, in the paddock, near my small barn conversion. It has a homely atmosphere, with vintage furnishings and up-cycled items. Where possible I’ve tried to be eco friendly. This is a quiet, tranquil place with beautiful views of the Scottish hills beyond the Solway Firth. It’s part of a small hamlet and my former family farm. Animals are often kept in the fields next to The Shed. You’ll experience stunning sunsets and starry skies.

Sea Glass Cottage is a beachfront holiday home with views over the dunes to the Solway Firth and Scotland beyond. Our guests tell us that the sunset views from the conservatory are breathtaking. The cottage has been tastefully updated and decorated by the owners with all amenities for modern living but retaining a quirky, seaside charm. Sleeps 5 plus a baby, no smoking, WiFi, dog-friendly. It is a perfect cosy getaway for those wanting to explore the Lakes, Hadrian's Wall and other highlights of this beautiful county. It is a great base to sample the many delights Cumbria has to offer.
