Welcome to our beautiful homestead and operating farm nestled against the lush hillside overlooking Hyam’s Creek in the Jamberoo Valley. Less than two hours’ south of Sydney, within an easy drive of the quaint villages and award-winning restaurants of the Southern Highlands and 10 mins to the pristine beaches of Kiama and Gerringong, it’s the perfect base for your next getaway. The property is not available for bucks parties, for group's of males or students.
The homestead boasts charming traditional interiors with warm fireplaces, a dining room seating 12, rambling gardens, and cosy, beautifully-appointed accommodation for families or groups of up to ten. Venturing beyond the garden, you’ll find a tennis court, orchard, herb garden and henhouse. Farm tours can be arranged along with your booking, where you’ll meet the resident animals: cows, pigs, goats,chickens and guinea fowl. The homestead is fully self-contained, with stainless-steel appliances and all mod-cons. Enthusiastic cooks can enjoy the Baume double oven, as well as a gas barbeque on the deck overlooking the valley. There is reverse cycle air-con, but during the cooler months, settle in by the romantic wood fire. All your supplies can be picked up in Jamberoo village, where you’ll find a grocery store, butcher’s, newsagent, patisserie and bottle shop just two minutes’ drive from your front door.
A picturesque village, Jamberoo is in the beautiful hinterland of the Kiama region on the NSW South Coast. You’ll be delighted and thrilled with the attractions, from a giant waterslide and soaring zip-line to the rainforest splendour of Budderoo National Park and the magnificent Carrington Falls. Getting to Jamberoo is easy. The scenic drive northwest from Kiama is about 10 minutes and only 30 minutes southwest from Wollongong and less than two hours southwest from Sydney. A number of 19th century buildings are in the village, which traces its colonial history back to cedar cutters. Stop for a drink and hearty meal in Jamberoo Pub, established in 1857. Places to stay include the inn and the lovingly restored colonial buildings Terragong 1858 and The Belltower, a former church built in 1875. On the last Sunday of the month is the Jamberoo Arts and Craft Fair, a delightful market. One of the exciting things to do is visit Jamberoo Action Park, north of the village. Enjoy multi-storey water rides such as the Funnel Web and speed down a mountain on a toboggan. Another adventure near the village is soaring on Australia’s highest zip-line at the Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures. Enchanting rainforest is a short drive away at the Minnamurra Rainforest Centre, where you can stroll on a boardwalk in the forest. Take the scenic Jamberoo Mountain Road to the Carrington Falls and see the Kangaroo River plunge into Kangaroo Valley. A pretty picnic area is near the waterfall.

  • Absolutely stunning property located in a peaceful valley just 3 minutes from Jambaroo township with a great IGA Supermarket and 15 minutes to Kiama and its beaches. Beautiful setting, extremely spacious character home. We were three families with 4 adults and 5 kids under 10 who could walk the acres, feed the dozen or so chickens, visit the goats , calves and cows. On site handyman was super helpful. Lots of room to play and rest with a fantastic rural outlook. Moments to Minamurra Rainforest and Jambaroo Action Park. Really well appointed, relaxed home with glorious views, high ceilings, lots of light and space. Just brilliant!

The house helper who lives on the property was very friendly and helpful and gave our family a tour of the farm which the kids loved. Very clean. You will need a car though as it’s a bit out of the way in the countryside.

    'The Beach House' is located 1.5 hours south of Sydney in the tranquil and idyllic setting of beautiful Minnamurra. The property is situated at the mouth of the Minnamurra River and boasts one of the most beautiful ocean views you're likely to see, flanked by unspoiled crown land and crisp clear waters that are home to an abundance of marine life. It's prime positioning on the mouth of the river means guests get to enjoy both the more peaceful nature of the river water which can at times appear to be a lake, or the turbulent energy of the ocean just beyond. During low tide the river produces two large sand banks divided by a shallow pool which make it an ideal place for children to splash about and creates easy access to the ocean beach. During high tide the river becomes the perfect location for any number of water craft. A gentle paddle up into the mangroves or for the more adventurous, a sea kayak through the waves and around Rangoon Island. The house itself was originally built in the 50's and underwent major renovations 2 years ago to create a luxurious retreat while still maintaining the charm and style of it's mid century heritage, tastefully furnished in a mid-century modern feel with a lot of the property's original pieces. The house has two double rooms and a loft with two single beds as well as 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. The master bedroom is adjoined by a walk in closet which leads through to the ensuite with shower and separate soaking bath tub to help you fully relax. It also boasts ample outdoor entertaining areas including a large deck accessed through the main living area to create and indoor/outdoor environment with outdoor sofa that looks out over the water as well as two outdoor dining areas, one atop the property's boat shed and the other on the street side of the house which offers more protection should the sea breeze be too strong. It also offers Broadband Wifi, TV, DVD, indoor/outdoor iPod connectivity and we have just introduced Netflix for your enjoyment with hundreds of movie, TV and documentary titles right at your finger tips. ***please note that bed sheets and towels are NOT provided*** The local area also offers any number of activities. Only 20 minutes out of major city Wollongong and 10 minutes into the historic sea side village of Kiama. A short drive in land see's you to Jambaroo, home to Jambaroo action park and the beautiful Minnamurra rainforest and waterfall trail. For those less inclined to venture too far the Minnamurra Park at the end of the block offers two full size tennis courts, or perhaps a round of Golf at the Kiama Golf Course a short walk from the property or mosey on over to the Minnamurra General Store Cafe virtually across the street for the best coffee on the south coast which offers a delicious gourmet menu and home baked goods.

    The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.
    A place to explore, escape and dream. We can accommodate for two adults and two children. There is a futon bed in the lounge room. The futon bed sleeps two children or two small adults. We also have a portable cot, a cradle for tiny babies and highchair available for children . Children including infants are classed as a guest when booking.
    Our property is located in the small rural community of Dunmore. Located on the western side of the Princes Hwy. The eastern property boundary is adjacent to the highway. The western boundary is 45 minute relaxed walk from the cottage. Kiama is 15 minute drive to the south. Shellharbour is 7 minute drive to the east. Killalea, The farm beach is 7 minute drive to the east. Minnamurra rainforest is 25 minute drive to the south west. Jamberoo Recreation Park is 20 minute drive to the west.
  • Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful farm setting with fantastic hosts that made us feel incredibly welcome for our weekend stay. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped and had everything we needed during the stay. We also took up the offer of a tour of the farm before we left which was a lovely touch - the farm is extensive with plenty of friendly animals and it was wonderful to see them in their natural setting. The farm dogs were fun to be around and we loved the 3 goats also. We will definitely stay again and would recommend the property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the Kiama area. It is a unique AIR CONDITIONED cabin, styled in a beach theme, with FoxtelGO, NETFLIX and Freeview TV (Via IPad), own private deck and full use of our backyard & BBQ. Wollongong Beach is a 6km drive away and there are many other beautiful beaches all the way up and down the South Coast. University of Wollongong, Tafe, CBD and Hospital are all within a 4km drive.
    Please take the time to read our property description and view the pictures of Figtree Beach Cabin before booking to make sure our Airbnb accomodation suits your needs. We love our guests to feel at home and our motto is “Stay, Enjoy and Relax.” If you have any questions or concerns before booking, drop us a message via the Airbnb App. Please note and take into consideration before booking: “You will have to navigate a number of steps up a long path to get to the cabin, as the cabin is significantly above street level and located in our backyard. If you have mobility issues please take this into account before booking Figtree Beach Cabin. See pic 23 in gallery for exact location and size of cabin on our property.” “Figtree Beach Cabin has a Non - Smoking and No Pets Policy.” Figtree Beach Cabin is located in our backyard, completely separate from our house so you will always feel that you have your OWN space. Simply follow the footpath up to the backyard, your private entry is via the back gate. Check in time is anytime after 2pm, however if you need to arrive later in the evening that's absolutely fine, as the path will be well lit up well for you. Once you've settled in, connect your phone to Bluetooth and the Bluetooth speaker we provide, find YouTube on your phone, then relax on your own private deck amongst the trees and enjoy your own personalised play list! Accommodation is clean, modern and relaxing, with Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, a queen sized bed, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea & coffee. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat and tea towels are provided. We have even provided a woollen blanket which is nice to wrap up in so you can sit outside on your own entertaining deck during those cooler nights. The cabin has a small kitchenette, to cater for basic food preparation. It includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge (with a small freezer space), and sink. There is no oven or stove available, however you have full use of our Weber Family BBQ. You have your own luxurious, walk in shower with two water output shower settings (one which is a fabulous massaging jet of water). You also have your own private toilet facility which has its own separate area and entrance within cabin (our cover photo shows exact layout). A cheese board and cheese knife is also in the cabin if you'd like to prepare a yummy platter to snack on while you enjoy your stay. Depending on the season, we have either a herb garden or floral garden area where you can help yourself if you're preparing a salad to accompany your BBQ dinner. The BBQ is yours to use as you wish, we have provided BBQ tools and everything you need to clean up afterwards. We add to your experience with us by providing things such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash, bottled sparkling water and a small seasonal fruit bowl on arrival, as well as your own beach towels. Extras like a sewing kit, clothes brush and shoe-shine will make you feel as though you are in a small "boutique" style type of accommodation. There are 4 windows fitted with fly screens and blinds to provide a breeze, as well as ensuring you have complete privacy. Business bookings and long term bookings: We have created a second room (totally separate from the cabin) with a work desk area including a desk, chair, comfortable lounge and Wifi access. The area is very private and overlooks the park across the road. It's a great area for working or unwinding after a hard days work. Access is Monday - Friday. Weekend usage is subject to availability, so please check with us at the time of booking if a Saturday or Sunday is required. Check out photo 18 in our photo gallery for details. We have unlimited free WiFi (NBN), however streaming and speed is subject to service provider and is out of our control. Please be advised there is “No Mounted TV” however we do have a APPLE IPAD TABLET that has access to NETFLIX, FoxtelGO and the “FreeView TV App” that you can stream and view all the same program and shows as normal TV. Etc - ABC, SBS, 7, 9, 10, 11, One, Kids 22, , ABC 24, 72, 7 Mate, 7 Flix, Racing.com, Gen, Go and Life Access to the Apple IPAD, NETFLIX and FoxtelGO is an added extra that we offer for all our guests upon request. If the Internet connection is slow, you are more than welcome to connect your own personal WiFi to the Apple IPAD. Listen out for the kookaburras, cockatoos, king parrots, lorikeets and various other bird-life as you relax on your spacious timber deck, equipped with a six seater outdoor table and chairs in a family friendly environment. You may even spot our blue tongue lizard if he/she decides to pop out to say hello! Stay during October/November and you'll be treated to the gorgeous and vibrant purple flowers of the Jacaranda trees, as this is the time of year they are in full bloom! For those that like to work-out, we have an observation deck fully equipped with a battle rope, medicine ball, 20kg shoulder sandbag, skipping rope and light weights. The observation deck is directly opposite a large, spacious park (you are more than welcome to use our workout gear over at the park). We have travelled extensively and know what we do and don't like about accommodation we have previously stayed in. This is why we take real pride and care in offering accommodation that people immediately feel comfortable and relaxed in. Ensuring you arrive to an extremely clean, tidy and fresh place to stay is our top priority. We also offer an Airbnb Experience called "South Coast Surfari" which can be booked via the Airbnb Experience (separate to accommodation booking). On this experience we will take you surfing - anywhere from Thirroul Beach all the way down to Port Kembla Beach. After the surf, we will retreat to a local café for a coffee or juice. All you need to bring is your board, wetsuit and towel. We will do all the driving so you can now "Stay, Enjoy, Relax and now Surf" at Figtree Beach Cabin. Wollongong Botanic Gardens - well worth a visit and only 5km away. Western Suburbs Olympic outdoor pool (free entry) is located only 3.9km from Figtree Beach Cabin. Great spot to do swimming training or just go for a splash. Easy access to the M1 and local and surrounding areas.

It is a short walk to magnificent surfing beaches, beautiful boutiques, restaurants, scuba diving sites and the coastal bike track. Stocklands shopping centre, Shellcove Marina and Kiama are only minutes away by car or public transport.
    The space boasts a luxury queen bed with Sheridan linen. A well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and complimentary pods, gorgeous white tiled bathroom and separate toilet with a full length mirror. The sunny courtyard is a perfect spot for reading and breathing in the sea breezes.
    "Sails" is less than a minutes walk to North Shellharbour Beach and a 4 minute walk to the cafe and restaurant precinct of Shellharbour Village. The village also boasts designer boutiques for women and children and the historic Shellharbour pub.

    Our location is in the center of Kiama, 10 min WALK to train station, 15 min WALK to Surf-beach / main street, or drive less than a min. It's the lower storey of our family home, it has a private entrance, 1 Bed room with 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed and bathroom. ITS ONLY 1 BEDROOM NOT 2. Living area with kitchenette, Sofa bed, TV. Please note that the kitchenette is very tiny, it’s perfect to make a snacks and breakfast but not a big meal. The unit can be fit in maximum of 6 guest (2ppl king, 2ppl queen, 2ppl double sofa bed) for short stay, however its best for 4(-) guest for a comfortable stay. Linen and pillows supplied.     Our one bedroom cottage is quiet and has everything you need for that quiet time away. A short drive to beautiful beaches or a beautiful place to sit and gaze at your uninterrupted view of rolling green hills from your backdoor or dare to look from your very own spa.
    Open plan kitchen, living and sleeping area and a separate ensuite with a large spa bath that has an uninterrupted view of rolling green hills and 2 dairies. A Comfy wooden Queen bed, dining tables both inside and out, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a small kitchen with 2 hot plates, fridge and microwave. Living area has a lounge and television, large glass doors which again allow you to take in those wonderful green views. The cottage has its very own access and private garden. A porta cot or single bed can be made available to put in the cottage for a child or children as additional guest(s). Please add this additional guest when booking if required.
    A short drive to the beautiful beaches of Kiama or visit the famous blow hole. Kiama also hosts many shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels. A short drive in the opposite direction will lead you to the historic township of Jamberoo. There you will find some small shops, a cafe or enjoy a drink at the Jamberoo Pub. Alternatively a 10 minute drive can take you to the excitement of the Jamberoo Action Park, or a walk in the Minnamurra Rainforest, take in the views of the Saddleback Mountain Lookout or adventure down the Illawarra Fly.

  • We had a great stay at this surprisingly spacious cottage/studio. Lovely large windows and light filled with views out across the countryside. The kitchenette is compact but had everything we needed and enough space in the fridge to self cater for three days. Our dog Skye was welcomed and also enjoyed the mini-break. It was about 10 mins drive to Kiama where there are a number of dog friendly beaches (Bongo, Werri and Jones). Would stay again if visiting the area.

  • This place screams relaxation! It is so peaceful and quiet and incredibly private. The view of the valley was gorgeous from the wide windows & bath. The bed was super comfy. This is the perfect getaway for a couple and a dog, Kiama is super dog friendly with the beaches and accommodating cafes and pub. Fantastic place to relax in the country, yet super close to town for convenience.

    Please read all the information we give you. Read the reviews too before you do your booking. Honesty is our priority. It's a Tiny house. it means small. Not big enough to throw a party. Elegant, Cozy but spacious. Lots of Storage in wardrobes and drawers. Spacious clean shower, toilet, new washing machine and a new good size fridge. Floor with beautiful clean tiles. Wide window facing the reserve for fresh air coming from the Ocean. Listen to the Ocean waves. You're 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Don't expect a beach front. Not for this price. The ocean breeze comes through the Fly-screened window and door. No mosquitoes or flies. Lots of clean and private spaces surrounding the studio to sit and read a book under the new pergola. We respect your privacy, we don't intrude but you can call us any time you need something or you have a question. The studio has a nice new kitchenette with electric fry pan, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and kettle. NO oven or cook top… The gate at the back of the property leading to the Public reserve, you can walk to the beach and Bowling Club from there. Its only 8 minutes walk or 2 to 3 minutes drive to the nearest beach.
    Shellharbour North and Warilla Beaches are beautiful. Only 8 - 10 min walk to the beaches and 20 min walk to the Shellharbour Village or 4 minutes drive. There are many restaurants and coffee shops. A quiet and relaxing holiday spot. Lots of free street parking wherever you go. It's a 5*Star Area, for the price we charge. Our street is very quiet with plenty of street parking. Please choose the parking spot in front of our house if available of course But not in front of the driveway, please.
  • Don’t skip on this place! It’s definitely a hidden gem, with an amazing price point compared to other spots around the are. Tamara met us upon our arrival and showed us around, which was very helpful. The place is quaint, cleanly, and offered great amenities! We slept on the bottom bunk (larger bed) and it was one of the comfiest beds. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone.

They couldn’t do enough for me, whilst also leaving me to my own devices. The Illawarra is a great place to visit we have beaches as well as lots of walking tracks for your enjoyment. Kiama and the Blowhole for markets is a short drive away. The Southern Highlands are close for some wineries and old wares hunting& Illawarra Tree tops. Close to Nan Tien Temple. Close enough for a day trip to Berry & Jervis Bay. Sea Cliff Bridge is a great drive for coming from Sydney.
    We have a double bed in our spare room on the second floor of our family home. You will share a bathroom with ourselves.
    Our home is close to transport and a short distance off the highway. Community shopping center a short drive away with large Woolworths for groceries as well as smaller specialty shops and restaurants. Wests Illawarra Club a few minutes walk.

The new Marina which is nearing completion is approximately 15 flat walk through the gorgeous Shellcove which boasts a brand new Woolworths complex with lovely cafe and soon to open gift shops etc.

Little Lake Apartment A is a two bedroom, one bathroom (shower), modern holiday rental in a brand new complex of only six units. It is located close to beaches, the Warilla Bowls Club and Shellharbour Village. We can accommodate up to 4 guests in two bedrooms (2 x Queen beds). We provide all amenities & WiFi. For stays greater than 8 nights and corporate guests, we offer a weekly clean and linen change.
    It's a modern & clean space with schmick amenities. You've got a good rainfall shower and a well sized kitchen with polished concrete floor. The entire layout of 100m2 includes garage and terrace. Apartment A is suitable for a couple or small families.
    The apartment is located in a residential street close to recreational areas & beaches. For swimming and picnics, Little Lake (Elliott Lake) is just a short, 100m walk away. The closest access to Shellharbour Beach is walkable in 600m, Warilla Beach is 900m or 2 mins drive away. Warilla Bowls and Recreation Club a few metres down the road, offers meals and recreational facilities. Shellharbour Village and a shopping centre are only a short drive away. With 15mins drive you are at the Jamberoo Action Park or in Kiama and we are 20 minutes South of Wollongong.

The hosts have gone out of their way to make sure that everything that you need is there. the beds are really comfy, the bathroom is super clean and modern, the couch is really comfy, there is coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, etc etc all there. there are plenty of books, attraction guides and heating and air conditioning. It is close to everything you need and far enough away to be quiet. It is well worth the money , better than most of the motels we have stayed in. Thanks for the hospitality we will be back.

    In Shellharbour City (Oak Flats) 5-10 minutes drive from the beach, this is a house in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood not only with refurbished interior but across the road is the train station. There's also plenty of shops within a short walking distance. Book 1 room for a couple (you never share house unless with friends or family) and $20 every person after. There's also a sofa bed in the front lounge room.
    There is also Apple TV with Netflix registered in the back lounge room and second toilet in the laundry
    Central Avenue with its large range of local shops. 5-10 minutes walk.

Ideal for a single or couple - the studio can also cater to different groups (1-2 children or up to 4 adults) with a queen size bed and double folding futon sofa.     With its own side entrance, our sweet little studio is decorated with treasures we’ve found on many trips abroad; it is located to the side of our home in the quiet neighborhood of Mt Warrigal - and only a few minutes away from gorgeous Lake Illawarra, Warilla beach, Stockland Shopping Centre and Shellharbour Hospital. All linen, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are included. Coffee, tea, milk and other basic provisions are also included. The studio is so close to everything! • Stockland Shopping Centre is a 3 minute drive • Shellharbour Hospital - literally around the corner from us - 1 minutes’ drive or a 4 min walk. • Shellharbour Village (fantastic restaurants! Adjacent to harbour and ocean pool ) - 5 minutes’ drive • The closest access point to Lake Illawarra is 800 meters away. • So many beautiful beaches - the nearest is 5 minutes. Bus stop - 150 meters walk. Compact but cozy with everything you need for a short stay. The studio is ideal for two guests with, perhaps one child. It can provide for differing types of groups with a queen size bed and a double sofabed. At 6m x 3.5m one single guest found it "small", while families of 4 and even 5 have found it "fine". The small bathroom area is difficult to dress in, so you may need to dress in the main studio area with limited privacy from other guests. The central location within a quiet neighbourhood is extraordinary. Easiest with a car, but bus is within 150m. One direction takes you to the Stockland Centre 1.4k away, (shops and restaurants) while the other direction goes around the lake shore (closest point 800m) to the entrance reserve (3.6k) and onwards to Wollongong. The nearest beach is 2.9k away, while Shellharbour village, with the main historic street now all restaurants adjacent to the harbour and ocean pool, is only a 5min drive. Dog parks and off leash beach 7 min drive, while Bass Point Reserve and Killalea State park are also close, not to mention the escarpment, Jamberoo, Kiama and Berry, all within 1/2 hour.
    Mount Warrigal is a quiet suburb with empty streets, but so close to attractions. The nearest convenience store with FULL deli is 300m away in Jones St. It also does coffees, with the fish and chips/burgers takeaway adjacent.

Suitable for a small family of 3 but not 3 adults as there would not be enough space to walk around. The bathroom is tiny but it’ll do for just 2 people. It was fine for the both of us! Necessities provided as toilet paper and kind enough to have a mini breakfast bunch with breads, milk, coffee, condiments. The kitchen is basic but does what it needs. A hot plate is provided for any frying. You can take your own dog with the lockable front yard!

    Kembali is a private self contained studio. You have on street parking. We have a homely relaxed, not sterile enviroment. With a friendly Labrador .
    Kembali is a private 1 bedroom studio. You are only a 2 minute walk to Warilla bowling club so a perfect space for any bowlers coming to compete. Warilla sporties is also only a 2 minutes walk down the end of the street. The area is known for its fishing spots and water sports you will have plenty to do and see. A 5 minute drive away you will find Shellharbour village and Stocklands where you can enjoy the many restaurants and cafes along with plenty of boutique shopping. The Links golf course, The Shellharbour Club and the Historic Shellharbour Hotel are also a 5 min drive away. Warilla and Shellharbour beaches are only a 10 minute walk away,with a cycleway that goes right along the coast for as far as you wish to ride. We have cruiser bikes available for your use. If you wish to have a go at surfing we have soft boards for your use also. A further 20 min down south you will find beautiful coastal towns of Kiama and Gerringong. Take the tourist road inland to Jamberoo to the Jamberoo Recreation Park or visit Minnamurra Rainforest and waterfalls. Coffee, tea and breakfast biscuits are provided during your stay.

    Self contained cosy beach front studio with modern, boho-inspired interior. This centrally located 2nd floor apartment is only a 2 minute stroll to Bombo Beach and a 10 minute walk to Kiama’s best cafes, restaurants, markets and boutique shops. Start your day with a sunrise swim at the beach and explore many of the region’s stunning attractions by day. This is the perfect retreat for couples who just want to relax near the sea or explore beautiful Kiama area and surrounds.
    The studio is fully self contained with a brand new queen size bed, large sofa, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. The space is all yours with private access, self-check in with lockbox as well as an undercover car space allocated for you. The studio is equipped with the following: Bar-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, tea, coffee, sugar, salt + pepper, cooking utensils, crockery Quality linen, 4 pillows, cushions and towels , blanket. Free WIFI, air conditioning, clothes rack, tower fan and TV with built in DVD player and floor lamp, Sofa, Cafe style table and chairs, iron & ironing board and hair dryer. Also outdoor seating with great beach views! The property also features a shared laundry on the first floor, communal gas BBQ area with lovely beach views to enjoy, and plenty of clothes line space available at the rear of the building. Some basic respect and common sense: - Strictly no smoking on the entire property! - No pets allowed. - Please be considerate of other guests/residents. - Please no loud noises and keep volume to a reasonable level - No Parties or gatherings –no additional overnight guests. Please note: There is no oven/stove in the studio, however there is an electric fry pan. The phone reception in the studio is very minimal you can pick up reception sometimes near front sliding door whilst inside, or ( next door no: 7 around the corner) Or use Messenger or Sykpe inside Studio and take advantage of our free WiFi.
    "Sea Breeze Studio", is located in a lovely quiet street right next to Bombo beach and a short 10 to 15 minute walk into town. Kiama and it's surrounds have many great attractions to visit , like Kiama's famous Blowhole, Cathedral Rocks, Bombo Quarry, Saddleback Mountain, Minnamurra River/and Rainforest. Kiama has many events throughout the year too eg: Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival, Red Hot Summer Tour, The K.I.S.S Arts Festival, Winter Wine Festival, Kiama Bodyboard King Pro, and Folk by the Sea to mention a few! If you love markets! "Well Kiama has plenty of them too! there is at least one type of market a week held mainly at beautiful black beach reserve.   • Traci & Dave's place is the perfect beachside escape. Easy to find, yet tucked away enough so that it is still private, & with a stunning view of Bombo beach for you to wake up to. Traci was kind enough to let us check in earlier, and was always prompt with any responses to questions we had. Their apartment itself was clean & nicely decorated. The bedding was comfortable and we were well stocked with chocs & biscuits. We initially booked to stay for one night, but after our first night decided to book another! Thanks T&D.   • This place is a true hidden gem! Traci has done a brilliant job by turning a small studio with a view into an outstanding, very cute, BnB. The bed is comfortable, amenities basic but very good, there are little touches that add charm and ultimately it is just a well presented, welcoming place to stay. We recommend it highly to anyone looking for an exceptional escape for a weekend or few days that is right on Bombo Beach at Kiama. Yes, it is beside a train track but the trains are rare and as they are electric there is virtually no noise at all. Sue, caught the train down from Sydney and got off at the little station at Bombo Beach. So handy! The studio is an $8 uber trip from the heart of Kiama and Traci's recommendations regards local restaurants were spot on. Above all else waking up to the sound of the sea, so close, is just just something else! It goes without saying we definitely, DEFINITELY be coming back!

  • This Studio was the perfect getaway and just what I needed to relax. The host Traci is a gorgeous woman and was very helpful and kind ! The layout and style of this studio was absolutely beautiful, every detail was nailed all the way down to the cookies in the little cookie jar. I cannot express enough what an amazing job the owner has done to make this little apartment feel open and stylish. 110% recommend this studio if you are heading alone and need to relax or if you and a guest are looking for a getaway!     The townhouse is a brand new construction designed especially with comfort and holidays in mind! Ducted air-con will keep everyone in the house cool in summer and cosy warm in winter. The townhouse is fully self-contained with in-house laundry (washer and dryer), and complete kitchen with premium appliances, huge fridge with ice maker and water filter, microwave, pans, mixer, blender, toaster, kettle etc. The outdoor courtyard and grassed area is perfect for lazing in the sun. The main living area and kitchen plus powder-room are located upstairs, with superb water views to the East and towards Bass-Point. The master bedroom is also located upstairs with queen bed and its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Located downstairs are bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 plus a main bathroom and laundry. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 provide versatile sleeping options - each room contains split king beds which can either be separated into two extra long singles or a king bed for each room. Perfect for families with kids or groups of adults. If travelling with infants, we can supply a travel cot with linen and a high chair ON REQUEST Free Netflix available.   • Rachael’s place is comfortable and homely and right on beautiful Jones Beach, you literally walk down onto it from her back garden. Such a lovely quiet relaxing spot. After our walks and swims in the ocean we’d enjoy a nice hot soak in the hot tub, one day we saw dolphins swimming by! The kids loved the boogie boards Rachael had for guest use. We did lots of cooking and coffee making in the kitchen. Rachael is friendly and warm and readily available if you need anything. Thanks again, Rachael!

    It's compact, but has everything you could need for a weekend away. The living area has a fridge/microwave/gas cooktop/dishwasher and proper bathroom. There is a queen bed in the mezzanine. Hanging and storage space is under the stairs.
    Quiet location, nearby Figtree Mall shopping center. Restaurants and coffee shops are a short distance away.

    Tehidy Townhouse gets its name from the Cornish translation of a place of retreat and this is exactly what is offered. It is a neat and tidy 2-storey villa that has been thoughtfully set up with your relaxation in mind. Recently renovated, it is fully self-contained with two bedrooms, a two-way bathroom, laundry, second separate toilet and fenced rear courtyard to relax in and enjoy a family BBQ. On the entry level you will find the reverse cycle air conditioned open-plan dining, lounge room and kitchen. The laundry with washing machine and separate toilet are located on the ground floor too. There is a TV with built-in dvd player and fast NBN WiFi to ensure entertainment for all when the sun goes down. No issues with this lodging: everything as advertised, clean and tastefully decorated, quality amenities in kitchen, great Wi-Fi. Garage a bonus as we had evening guests and allowed parking at unit in ‘extra’ space instead of street. Unit is on short steep grade and may be difficult for mobility challenged. Very happy with booking.

    Stylishly decorated, and newly renovated, this is the studio that feels like a designer home. Luxury at an affordable price. Large, flat-screen TV, Unlimited Wi-fi, Kitchenette, Washing machine & dryer, and Air-conditioning - all included. The sun-drenched, front garden looks towards the golf-course and mountains. Don’t forget the push bikes or walking shoes as the walk/cycle way is directly at the front of the property, which travels along majestic ocean views and headlands North to Shellharbour or South to Kiama and Gerringong

Location is wonderful and for people who don't know the area- this is where the Minnamurra river meets the sea and is very beautiful and all of this is just around the corner. The space is plentiful without being oversized- bed comfortable- good linen and towels and the bathroom nice and large. There is a washing machine and dryer which is very handy and lots of cooking appliances. Overall a great stay and the hosts very accomodating yet respectful of your privacy. Many thanks

  • This is a great place in a quiet community. (occasional train not withstanding) The coastal walk from this place is a fantastic way to start each day. The place was clean and had most necessities required. Good bed and shower so a great alternative to being in Kiama itself.

  • This was my second stay at Kathryn and Jeremy’s studio and once again I was very happy with everything. Kathryn and Jeremy are lovely to deal with. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to stay in Minnamurra/Kiama.

  • A quaint and secure area, the only noise came from the trains passing close by the studio. There was plenty of parking space, thus no issues when it comes to parking. Inside, all spaces and rooms were clean, nicely decorated, well supplied with various amenities and information. Our hosts were very communicative in the process of booking, and no direct contact was required during our stay. We are thankful for their generous hospitality and highly recommend their studio.
