I went to Valeria house for two nights with my family and had a great time. The house that corresponds absolutely to the photographs visible on the site was delivered super clean, is in a prime location for both shores of San Felice Circeo within walking distance that the dunes of Sabaudia, reachable by car in 5 minutes. Valeria is a delightful person, suggested a great place to dine and was always available. We come back for sure.

Valeria is very kind both before and during the stay. The apartment is large, very clean and close to the sea (10 min walk).

The house is a few minutes drive from the historic center, but in an area with shops, bars and a mini market right outside the door. Valeria was very polite and helpful in giving us all the information on the spot. The house is clean and very spacious and nicer than the pictures.

Valeria was extremely available. The very welcoming, we felt at home immediately. Clean and in the center. Definitely we will be back.

Valeria 'was very kind and the apartment reflects perfectly the published photos. Despite being in the center in a busy area and 'peaceful course and' need to close the windows. home out there is everything one could need, and if you do not have small children (as in my case) you can walk to the sea.

Me and my girlfriend we were hosted by Valeria for 3 nights, 4 days total, we spent a wonderful holiday and we found very welcoming and catered to all the needs, both in terms of comfort and cleanliness, both as for the very strategic location to reach the beach on foot and with the center of cute San Felice a few minutes, surely it happens again if passing through there will not hesitate to re-contact Valeria, always available and ready to meet us for any kind of need.

Cinzia is a very pleasant host. She has been available and flexible to any request. We were very happy with our stay, with the apartment and the related facilities for a long weekend purpose. I advice any couple to pay a visit to Cinzia and family's apartment.

well-kept apartment, brand new in the center of Lacona (San Felice Circeo) managed with attention to detail and extreme courtesy. Great for those who want to sea life or wander through the town of Circeo. Apartment equipped with everything you need to spend much more than just a weekend. The only drawback the stairs leading to apartment is external and spiral (Recommended light luggage)

The apartment looks exactly as shown on the pictures: everything is brand new spotlessly clean and functional. Both, bedroom bed and sofa in the living room are comfortable and the air conditioner is a salvation during day heat. A nice surprise was an open wifi spot with a stable signal (probably from some kind neighbour :)) The location is perfect- just at the corner of 2 main streets: one leads to the sea (you can opt for paid or free beach) and the other uphill to the 'centro storico'. There are 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Local bus stop is just in front of the house and the COTRAL bus to/from Rome can be caught on the parallel street (10 minutes walk from the apartment). Cinzia has been a wonderful host right from the start: replied almost immediately, confirmed our arrival time, answered all the questions. It's also been nice to meet her family: Mom, Dad and 2 lovely twin boys :) Thanks for hosting us, Cinzia! Next time we'll know exactly where to stay in San Felice Circeo :) Nina, Natasha and Zoya

modern, cozy and comfortable, in the center of San Felice, suitable for those with children. In a few minutes walk you're everywhere, in 10 minutes you get to the sea. ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Circeo. Thank you Cynthia!

Cinzia is a perfect host! Fast communication, polite and helpful in providing all relevant information. The apartment is centrally located, new and delicious and provided with all comforts. The beach is about 1 km. Recommended!

Giuliana è davvero ospitale e gentile. CJ ha davvero fatto passare un weekend perfetto. La struttura è arredata con gusto è curata nei minimi dettagli oltre che confortevole è pulita. Inoltre è dotata di tutto il necessario. (Compressed bicicletta e BBQ in giardino). Da provare!

The arrival was none of a problem as Valetta took great care of us although we arrived later than expected. The appartement is located at the beautiful historic centre of St. Felice. The flat is way smaller than it looks on the pictures. There are some things which have to be done in order to keep up the rate Barbara is asking for. The balustrade for example is dangerous as it won't hold anything but a book from falling down. We spent three days in her appartement for my sisters weeding. You will sleep directly under the roof without air conditioning so be prepared to extensive heat in the morning. The view from the appartment is definitely stunning! Be aware that during the night there is quite some noise as a restaurant is situated directly under the flat and a bar on the other side of the building.

Barbara was very friendly and the communication was reliable, very friendly and uncomplicated. We really liked the cozy and special apartment and have felt very comfortable. It is situated in the beautiful historical center of San Felice Circeo. All very "Bella Italia" :-) Recommended !!

Barbara's place was exactly as pictured. The beautiful ocean view you see in the photo can be seen from multiple vantage points within the apartment. The quaint and historic town provides a special opportunity to experience natural beauty, classic Italian charm and a restful stay. Barbara communicated in a timely and clear manner. Excellent location, great experience!!! I definitely reccomend it!!!

Really nice small flat with a marvelous view of the sea. Location is great, as the historical town is quite lovely, nearby minimarket will provide you with basic supplies (if you don't prefer plentiful restaurants in the town) and also beaches are reachable by foot or bus. It's up to you whether you prefer the nice sand beach (a bit crowded in the high season) or more secluded beautiful rock coast of Punta rosa for the swimming or sunbathing. If it's necessary, you can get online for free in a close infocenter, where you can get all the advice you need. The absence of air conditioning might be an issue for someone, as the flat is located under the roof, but we had no trouble in the high temperatures of August, a fan was enough to keep us comfortable. Even though our arrival was a bit chaotic, Barbara's friend who checked us in was forthcoming and everything went smoothly.

Nice cozy apartment, as in the photo. Straight road to the beach. The apartment is not enough electric kettle, Wi-Fi. In the shower tiles laid at an angle, so it is very slippery and can fall. Not enough clothes dryer.

Perfect welcome. Unfortunately I could not know, however, that Barbara was very present and directed me to Violett who greeted us with extreme kindness and helpfulness. The house is very pretty and absolutely corresponding to the description. The stay was very pleasant. Thank you.

Barbara's flat is a really beautiful small apartman in the old city center of San Felice. Really comfortable and clean, so I suggest to everyone to choose this place! The sea and the green mountains are also few minutes far from there. Free parking place in oktober and good bars! Barbara was helpful and friendly and tried to help us and answered all our questions! We spent there 3 days, but definetely will come again! So thanks again Barbara! :)
