Sleeping 2x2 m solid wood bed for 2 persons, TV, ,wardrobe, dresser, living room with sofa bed for 2 children 1 EW, additionally 1 travel cot up to 18 months, secretary, coffee table 1 pitch electric car electric bike charging possible. Nothing for longitudinal sleepers, since morning traffic during school hours, but ideal for excursions. Train station 10 min walk EK in 5 minutes central. 3 lakes in 5 minutes. Renovated in 2020, the apartment in the basement (yet bright and friendly) is located near (about 300 m) from Kochelsee. Just cross a road - a park will take you to the lakeside promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and 1 folding sofa (1.85x0.75m as an additional sleeping place). A private entrance, a covered patio and a parking space are available.
