Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

The accommodation is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld.
