Golden Gate Apex Hideaway

Wake up to rooftop views and sink into an inviting armchair under the eaves of this vibrant third-floor oasis. Freshen up in the chic, tiled shower with a revitalizing rain dance mode, then take it easy in front of a movie on the 72-inch TV. The Orange Suite is a convenient, kitchenless studio on the 3rd floor of my house! It offers a comfy firm queen bed, a new bathroom and fixtures, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, espresso maker, as well as the sweetest sitting area in orange you ever will see – with couch, chairs, bean bag chair and tv. I love spending time under the cozy slanted ceilings! PARKING - Street parking in the neighborhood is usually good, there is no parking space with the unit. (Also this is good to know for most neighborhoods in San Francisco: There is a 2 hour limit weekdays from 8a-6p. Effectively what this means is you have to move your car if the tire is marked between 10am and 4pm. Overnights and weekends there is no time limit.) Washer/Dryer available for your use on same floor. UCSF only 4 blocks away. I am happy to answer any questions in person or via text, you'll probably want me to stop making suggestions for things to do and places to try, and hearing people's stories makes me exceedingly happy. Within a 5-minute stroll is the heart of the Inner Sunset, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to browse. Then feed the brain at the nearby DeYoung Museum and the California Academy of Sciences, before exploring the park all the way to the ocean. MUNI train line N-Judah 2 blocks away, bus lines (phone number hidden) A combo of which will take you downtown, to the Haight, Cole Valley, the Richmond, Ocean Beach and many places in the city. Not to mention affordable Uber/Lyft etc for a more direct ride to the Castro, Mission, North Beach, Marina, etc. There is a lovely espresso maker and hot water kettle for your morning americano, espresso shot or tea. A small refrigerator, toaster and a microwave are also there for your use. If you want to go to Alcatraz, book your tickets as soon as possible, it almost always sells out days or weeks in advance.

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest suite in the Outer Richmond. A spot just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a downstairs room in our home with a private entrance.

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
