Very pleasant stay

Great base to explore the south side of the island! In the evening, splash in your own swimming pool and look out over the cocoa and banana trees! Very relaxed !!!

Coco lodge was a beautiful place to spend the first week of our second holidays on Martinique. Arriving in the dark, we were received super friendly and courteous with a delicious meal prepared. The next morning we found ourselves waking up in a little paradise. You can easily spend a whole day at the bungalow, lying by the pool, watching birds, crabs and other animals and enjoying the beautiful view into the green nature (which you also can relish, when standing under the shower in the bathroom). When the night begins, bats and little frogs come by and you can prepare dinner on a small barbecue on your own little veranda. The balcony is barely visible from the other lodges and (apart from the animals) you are completely private. The kitchen and bathroom are well quipped, even hammocks and diving masks are ready to be taken onto your beach trips. To sum ist up: We felt very at home. We recommend you though, to have a repellent ready, as the mosquitos seem to love the damp climate at the lodge very much.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is located in a very quiet and very secure private residence. The Garden of Mary is a little gem that she nurtures with love on a daily basis. We were in paradise among this lush vegetation and hummingbirds. Marie is a very caring host for her guests. She was really lovely preparing us a meal for the evening of our arrival. Breakfast was also prepared for the next day and some food in the fridge. She also gave us lots of advice for visits and made the reservations that interested us. While being present, it also preserved our privacy. To recommend with eyes closed.

The bungalow Les colibris is located in an enchanting setting; it is set in a lush garden, right next to the swimming pool, much appreciated under the Martinique sun. Hummingbirds are indeed very present and very pretty. The residential area is very peaceful and safe. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. When we arrived, Marie had reserved little surprises for us, to our delight: breakfast, homemade jam, arranged rum and several small jars of various foodstuffs. A house guide is left to our attention and was very helpful. I thank her for the recommendation of the boat trip, to the islets, with Mathieu. A memorable day, including a rich and delicious lunch. You should also not miss the hike to the peninsula of La Caravelle; a small sandy beach and breathtaking landscapes. For a romantic dinner in an enchanting setting, nearby, you have to go to "The farm with orchids". Marie and Fabrice are very welcoming, welcoming and above all very friendly hosts. They were very attentive to us. We will keep a great memory of our stay here and hope to return one day.

Marie speaks fluent English, which made communication very easy for us, and also gave us nice tips. It is wonderful that you can also use your pool, just a few meters from the small terrace of the house. Which is also well equipped. Super welcome from Nicolas and his wife, very responsive. We were treated to a welcome drink on arrival house planter. The bungalow is very beautiful, well decorated and perfectly clean. The swimming pool of the super beautiful house with its magnificent terrace and its comfortable deckchair. Only downside: mosquitoes but with air conditioning + mosquito net we limit breakage. We spent four nice days on the Atlantic in the small house. Nicolas was a very good host. We don't speak French and his very good knowledge of English was really helpful. The additionally offered breakfast was very tasty and lovingly prepared every day.

Housing very good! Very well equipped! Decor in the air of time ... The house of William and Raphaelle is very nice with a nice tropical garden and the pool with views is really really top This is a real plus! When we arrived we met William and Raphael just one night as they were going on holiday the next day but their house was guarded by William's uncle and aunt and they pampered us the least we can say! We chatted with them about what to do and they gave us and learned to open a coconut! Top !! We even left with 2 coconuts in the suitcases! It's stupid but we were all happy

Very nice couple. We were able to arrive before the scheduled time as accommodation was available and it was raining and warming up with the rum offered by our hosts. Accommodation in the heart of the green nature. We enjoyed this change of scenery that the sun was not always there to enjoy the deckchairs and pool.

An exceptional place in the countryside for a dream holiday. Nevertheless be aware that both rooms are outside / terrace so avoid if you have young children. Moreover the night atmosphere is quite noisy (frogs, rooster, mangoes that fall on the roof). But this remains an exceptional place (and more cool than the seaside) and we will not forget our stay!

Very good stay, in line with our expectations, total change of scenery in the middle of the forest without opposite. Small bottle of rum on arrival which is always a pleasure after a long journey.

A thoughtfully designed indoor / outdoor split-level space, with private dip pool overlooking a lush forest ravine. Very secluded, the property is surrounded by tropical fruit trees. We were there during the mango season and the ripe fruit was literally falling off the trees around us. Beautiful jungle sounds and fireflies at night, hummingbirds and little lizards as company during the day. We couldn't have asked for more. The property is on a slope, so may not be ideal for people with limited mobility. This place is a great base to explore the southern part of Martinique.

Un super petit villa style "beach house" avec une vue incroyable. Véro nous a souhaitée bienvenues avec un planteur super. Elle avait aussi fait un guide pour trouver des choses interessants a proximité qu'on a bien profité. Lovely place with the best possible host! Sure, the host lives next door and you're sharing the pool which at first felt a bit intimidating for a shy Finnish person as I am :) But after all, it was an incredible place with views to kill for! Be prepared for the mosquitos though! But hey, that's the nature! Not much you can do about those :) Véro was super helpful and the local guide booklet she had put together was in a great use daily.

The villa of David & Véro is wonderful. The villa is very comfortable, the view is breathtaking. The decoration of the house is perfect. David & Véro were very attentive to answer our questions and help us. The proximity to Le François is very convenient as all the shops are accessible within 10 minutes by car. I totally recommend it.

Superb location in the heights for this beautiful, spacious and well-appointed accommodation. You never tire of the swimming pool with a view of the Ilets du François, a unique moment to (re) discover each morning! We stayed 2 weeks in Studio Zepices, in which we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. It feels good to hear only locusts and frogs to fall asleep. The studio conforms to the description and what we expected, there is everything you need for a good stay. It is also very well located for visiting the entire island in 2 weeks, in anyway with a good organization that is what we were able to do. Sébastien and Martine are generous, caring, cultivated people with whom we can exchange on different subjects, their children are very cute. They also advised us full of good addresses, unmissable places and various events, throughout our stay. We thank them once again for this pleasant stay!

Comfortable and pretty bungalow despite its small size, we were well sheltered from the rain. Small flat on the fact that the site is completely non-smoking except in the parking lot next to the trash; make a small sheltered installation in the parking lot so that smokers can have a quiet drink in the evening, especially since there is nothing to go out in the village, it would facilitate meetings between neighbors when it rains ! Ah yes, the view is magnificent and Martine always has good tips & advice.

Outstanding value for money

Thanks a lot Tony for your lovely accommodation, it was an oasis of peace and tranquility that made our last days of vacation wonderful. The house is in the centre of Martinique island and by car it is very easy to reach all interest touristic points and not of this vulcanic island. The house was cleaned and ready for use equipped with an AC and smoke allarme and everything you need for cooking.If we ll return to Martinique it would be our first choice.

We had an excellent stay in Marine's home. It was beautiful, clean, and central to all island activities. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen is modern and stocked with cooking supplies. The directions to her home from the airport were easy to follow. I will add one adjustment for the very end. The final 500 meters: go up the road, all the way to the plateau, and reference Marine's pictures provided in the Airbnb check-in instructions. Overall, it was very easy to find. I had no issues. Loved my stay. Loved the island. Amazing experience.

Marine was very available and had some attention. During a return at the end of the day during the carnival we were surprised to find good coconut and banana pastries.

The accommodation was above my expectations. Home, cleanliness, large area & quiet .. everything was together. Marine is totally available and advises superb places to visit. I recommend this accommodation which is ideally located to reach the different places of the island.

Marine offers a property quite in line with the description of the site. You will enjoy an incredible terrace for all times of the day. Ideally located, you can quickly switch to the four corners of Martinique avoiding traffic jams.

Hello, A welcoming, cozy and clean place. Bedding where it is very good to sleep. Authentic people who receive you with sympathy and give you valuable advice to discover Martinique. Invited to share the Sunday meal, I spent a warm moment with Ginette, Gérard and their family. I had the impression of being part of theirs. I highly recommend this rental all well located and equipped as it should, we lack nothing. The first breakfast is offered (or more in view of the quantity). I had iron, washing machine, air conditioning, fans ... (and many others). In addition there is a cocooning area outside with hammock, at the top. My stay in Martinique was largely thanks to Ginette and Gérard who know how to combine professionalism and sympathy. If I have to return to Martinique it will be at home for sure!

My family and I had a great stay at Dominique and Clarisse. Their welcome was warm and full of sweetness. The itinerary is sent in advance by email and is very explanatory of the location of their house, located on the heights in a neighborhood of the Holy Spirit. Arrived on the spot, the apartment corresponds to the photos and I do not have particular points to add. The necessary for this furnished apartment is provided including a barbecue we used, a beautiful terrace and a hammock, all surrounded by lush nature. As a company, there are also the four lovely cats, Sky, Cloud, Moon and Sun, from the smallest to the largest and all of whom have their own personality. The place is very relaxing and we did not have to suffer any unpleasant noises. The wifi is fast and the air conditioning that cools all the rooms is very useful. I can only recommend with all my heart this haven of peace !!

We spent ten extraordinarily beautiful days with Clarisse and her husband. The bungalow is right next to the family home, slightly elevated and with its own staircase. It is very lovingly furnished with enough space for two to three people. It was wonderful to sit on my own porch at night and listen to the sounds in the family's orchard. Clarisse and her husband are wonderful hosts who care about the well-being of their guests and who are always available for a chat. Thank you for this great experience!

Very good night at Benedict, the room is really isolated from the house and quiet :) moreover it is well equipped (air conditioning, fan, mosquito net). The breakfast was very good with local and varied products. In short I highly recommend this address

Benoît is a charming host whose advice is precious. His house, with its perfectly oriented pool, is very nice. We had 3 lovely days. And a barbecue party with his family that will remain for us an excellent memory!

Yolande and Pierre are very welcoming hosts. We arrived late the first evening, just out of the plane, a little lost on the small Martinican roads but Pierre kindly came to pick us up the path down to their home to guide us. Yolande was kind enough to prepare us a small meal to help us out. The accommodation is located in the Martinican countryside and we had a very good stay. I recommend !! Excellent value.

Ghislaine is of an incomparable kindness, we spent a week in her pretty accommodation in the middle of a small luxuriant and very well kept garden. After our arrival on the island, we had to face the cancellation of our initial Airbnb, Ghislaine welcomed us urgently, she did everything to make us feel good. She is a perfect host, I really recommend her.

It was fantastic all along! The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is new and in very good condition. The garden is lovely and Ghislaine is a very kind and helpful host who looked after us very well. Despite the language barrier (French - German), we had no communication problems. Very beautiful airy bungalow in a very appreciable rural setting a few minutes from François and Vauclin. We feel in nature with the animals all around and the bannaneraies. The accommodation facilities are very functional. Johan and his companion are adorable and very caring with us and are very responsive to our requests and comments. Being in an environment full of vegetation, I strongly recommend wearing long-sleeved clothes to be able to fully enjoy the terrace without the inconvenience of insects! The quality / price ratio of this accommodation is excellent. I will recommend this accommodation to my friends!

We loved the rural location. Very quiet and well studied, the house is really great.

Very pleasant stay surrounded by nature, very quiet despite the presence of a road (not very busy) below. The terrace is clearly the place to live, it is a pleasure to take meals there. Nice attentions from Johan. Beaches and shops 15 minutes by car.

Johan's bungalow, fully consistent with the photos online, is very well equipped and has a large sheltered terrace and very pleasant at any time of the day. Located a little inland, near Johan's parents' house, but perfectly independent, on a fenced hillside site, it has a beautiful view of the opposite side of the valley, a magnificent piece of tropical nature where the light plays pleasantly, especially in the morning. Overlooking a small road with little traffic, the place is calm and relaxing and allows you to easily reach out to the southern two-thirds of Martinique, or even the entire island. But it is the hospitality, the kindness and the spontaneity of Johan, his parents and his companion that make this stay exceptional. Besides that they are all welcoming and smiling, they are very available and Johan does not hesitate to take the time to answer all the questions concerning Martinique, its beaches, its roads, its restaurants, its hiking trails, its landscapes , its customs, its rums ... He seems to know his island by heart and wants to share it in joy. To sum up, it is a very remarkable address because of the reception which is reserved for visitors.

Anne and Claude are very attentive hosts, who speak of Martinique (among others!) With passion. Thank you for the planter, the ceviche (the best of our vacation!) And the homemade guacamole. The accommodation is charming and colorful. We recommend eyes closed!

Our stay at Ixora Lodge by Tony and Nadia was outstanding. The accommodation is flawlessly clean. All major amenities are present, including air conditioning in the bedroom. The respect of the guests for the tranquility and privacy of their guests is remarkable. All in all, this was by far the best place we could choose, at a rental price more than reasonable. Accessibility becomes easy after a few trips. Really, we strongly recommend this accommodation to those who want a quiet and safe place, where evenings are quiet.

Located a few minutes from the city of Ducos, the house is located in a quiet area, in the middle of a large garden, with a private entrance with gate. Recent, it includes all the necessary equipment: washing machine, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, kitchen and utensils, towels ... The terrace and its outside lounge are perfect for the meals in the sun in peace, the breakfasts and the aperitifs ti'punch ;-) The house is tastefully decorated, and has a fan and air conditioning in the room. The hosts, Murielle and Guy Albert, are exceptional and will welcome you as it should to start your holiday! Very kind and interesting, they will be attentive, available and accommodating, and will not hesitate to direct you on the activities of their island. Discreet, they live a few steps from the house when needed. We can only recommend 100% accommodation. More than a good experience, it was for us a very beautiful human encounter. Go ahead with your eyes closed!
