Welcome to our home . Improvements have been made since 2022. Located 5 minutes from flip-flops from the beautiful beaches of Saint Vincent sur Jard, the famous house of Clémenceau and the forest, 30 minutes from Sables d 'Olonne and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Ile de Ré is right across. The bike path (Vélodyssée) passes by the house. It contains a beautiful living room of 40 m² with living room, dining room and kitchen, it is very bright, south facing. Neat decor and furniture.
